The rooms were comfortable and clean. We were very satisfied with the hotels’ amenities. We will definitely book this hotel again if we visit Phuket in the future.

Наверху в отеле есть спортзал и бассейн, но мы ими не воспользовались. Понравился вид на город и горы, было приятно сидеть на балконе вечером.
Плохая шумоизоляция, если сосед смотрит телевизор, вы слушаете его вместе с ним. Кондиционерный блок на балконе, который упомянула в комментариях ниже, действительно шумный, но мы уже привыкшие.

It was not very clean. The valance on the bed looked as if it had bodily fluids on it and needed to be changed and washed.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Hotel poskytuje velmi dobré ubytování. Pokoj byl pěkně zařízený s krásným balkonem. Současní pokoje byla i dobrá klimatizace. Snidaně byly dobré. Uklid pokoje byl prováděn denně. Hotel má krásný menší střešní bazén , kde se můžete osvěžit. Ze střechy je i pěkný výhled na město. Restaurace hotelu nabízela skvělá jídla za velmi levné ceny. Hotel je vhodný pro krátkodobý pobyt.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, la habitación muy cómoda y la piscina en el último piso es espectacular, especialmente en la noche por la vista. La ubicación también es muy buena, cerca del Old Town de Phuket y con un sitio económico para lavar ropa justo al frente. Queremos destacar especialmente la honestidad del personal: dejamos olvidados mi argolla de matrimonio y mi Smart Watch en la habitación, y nos llamaron para avisarnos y devolverlos. Siempre estaremos muy agradecidos por ese gesto. Sin duda, lo recomendamos totalmente.

Странно, что в отзывах, которыми мы руководствовались при выборе отеля, никто не упомянул о блоке кондиционера, который в каждом номере стоит непосредственно на вашем балконе. Система такова, что при включенном кондиционере он издает ужасный шум, из-за которого начинает болеть голова и невозможно спать. В то же время из-за жары выключать его равно задохнуться. Мы сменили несколько номеров за сутки, и в итоге съехали в другой отель. Когда попросили администрацию отеля сделать возврат средств за оплаченные наперед дни, нам отказали в жесткой форме, повышали голос. Еще в отеле ужасный завтрак и расшатанная сантехника. У нас не работал душ. Подушки очень жесткие, после них отваливается шея. Жаль, букинг не дает технической возможности приложить видео как гудит кондиционер.

Das Hotel ist definitiv in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werden. Die Bilder stammen sicherlich noch aus besseren Zeiten. Der Pool ist nicht beschattet und daher kaum zu nutzen. Die Geräte im Gym-Bereich rösten vor sich hin. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nur ausreichend. Fußläufig in die Altstadt sind es 20 Minuten und es müssen viel befahrene Straßen überquert werden.

Location is really not particularly good. Really nothing much in short walking distance. Phuket town city is half hour walk and when in the heat it’s not great. Not much restaurants around. Staff not particularly friendly and often just at reception on their phones. Asked for a late check out due to flight time and was quoted an hourly price which we agreed to. They did not record this and we were asked at checkout time why we had not checked out. When we explained what we had organised with the staff we were advised of the hourly rate to be almost double of what we were previously told.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Я второй раз приезжаю в данный отель и я уже оставляла отзыв с наивысшими оценками. Но прошёл год, за это время произошёл существенный износ: стены не подкрашивают и не оттирают, мягкие поверхности в пятнах. Правда полотенца всегда чистые!
Администрация не поддерживает в отеле первосданную красоту и новизну. Ещё и телевизор сломанный поставили мне на стол, не прикрепили к стене. Пульт от кондиционера не стабильно работал.

That after 5-7 days we realised it was costing us too much to go to activities. So we cut down on travel. We asked staff and also contacted booking.com to cancel our stay there but they refused. Other than that, breakfast was not really what was expected.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The restroom was very uncomfortable and poorly designed. The sound isolation is terrible — you can hear every noise from the hallway and other rooms, including doors slamming, which makes it hard to rest. The Wi-Fi is very poor and unreliable. The breakfast is extremely limited and low quality. The location is also not convenient.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026Due to a very long delay of our aircraft, we arrived very late. Luckily it was still possible to check in. We notified them in advance. Our arrival was at 2:30
Because of the late arrival, we wanted to sleep. But unfortunately the breakfast was only until 10. We asked if it was possible to arrange something. But they were very strict with the times. So we decided to skip breakfast. The rooms were nothing special. The bed was hard. And bathroom looked like it could use some maintenance.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026В номере довольно много места, тв с ютубом, включены завтраки, есть доставка еды в номер (за деньги), бассейн, тренажерный зал, гигантская кровать, есть парк рядом, хорошая уборка номеров (но очень рано)
Мебель, да и все в принципе, уже повидавшее виды, рядом практически ничего нет, либо прям много ходить, либо такси, завтраки скорее для галочки, постоянно почему то пахло всякими зелеными веществами

A localização não contempla todas as possibilidades de Phuket mas atende ao público q deseja mais silêncio e menos bagunça.

The room's walls were very thin, you could hear everything happening in the rooms next to yours or at the hallway. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.
