Under no circumstances should you stay at this hotel. The staff are thrives no matter how nice they seem. The property owner is genuinely helpful, but he is not on site.

Just don't risk staying here, business is slow so be careful.

Lo único positivo de ese lugar es Pablo , apesar de que las instalaciones no están buena , el señor hace que su estadia sea comoda y placentera, tiene buen servicio al cliente , honesto y educado , señor Pablo un gran saludo de la familia Ambrosetti

El alojamiento necesita manutención urgente !! Paredes llena de filtraciones, el techo horrible e inmobiliarios viejos

Hice mi reserva por booking por que había disponibilidad en la plataforma , fui al lugar en taxi con mis maletas de noche , me atendio uno de los trabajadores del lugar le mostre mi reserva confirmada y para que me haga el check in etc pero sorprendentemente me dice que el dueño del.lugar tiene que confirmar la reserva??? Como va confirmar si ya esta confirmado ??? Me hizo esperar más de una hora para que al final.me.diga el dueño no me contesta por que esta en Europa etc y me dice que no me va dar el.lugar que reserve y que esta confirmado ???y encima me dice que va cerrar la puerta principal y que me retire??? Realmente es un peligro la forma como.trabajan por que el tipo que trabaja en este lugar me dejo a mi suerte pese a que tenia la reserva confirmada y sin conocer el lugar y de noche me fui , perdi tiempo , dinero, me expuse con mis cosas solo a que me roben, no conosco el lugar por que es la primera vez que vine a este balneario y el señor que atiende no tiene ni idea que es una reserva, y encima fue muy grosero y malcriado , ahora booking me cobrara la reserva eso es lo.último que falta vere como les digo y me comunico con ellos .....por eso y varios detalles más no recomiendo el.lugar es de no creer realmente.

Logement limite insalubre, le bois de l’appartement est entièrement mangé par les termites, des fourmis de partout , cuisine inutilisable en l’etat , pas de bouilloire ou cafetière, pas d’eponge et de produit de vaiselle...le plafond est plein de tache d'humidité...

The TV is hard to operate. The remote didn't work and you couldn't navigate to English speaking channels

Pablo!!!!! This was the best host I ever had, wonderful guy! He was at the property all day and helped me whenever I needed anything.

This property is very outdated. It needs some upgrades. WiFi wasn't useful too slow, television didn't have volume 😕 just an old ran down property. Be hey I guess you get what you pay for.

Instalaciones muy viejas, deben recoger muchas herramientas que hay en el lugar y hacen un poco incomodo el moverse dentro de la propiedad a parte de lo estrecho del parqueo.

It was okay the supervisor the manager on grounds was excellent

It was an extra refrigerator in there that I didn't need it didn't work it was like a a bookcase reading book case. In the stove I wasn't sure about the stove so I didn't bother to use it I wasn't sure. It looked at a little old fashioned otherwise than that everything was good and okay.

Perla de Sosua ist ohne Frühstück. Lage der Unterkunft ist gut.

Fernseher hat teilweise nicht funktioniert und nur ganz wenige Kanäle, fast nutzlos. Internet immer wieder ausgefallen. Das Hotel könnte rundherum ein wenig Erneuerung und Verschönerung gebrauchen.

The host and entire staff were excellent, helpful and accommodating. Location allowed for everything to be in walking distance.

Power went down a lot but not because of the property, but because of Sosua.

Everything! This is my second time staying here, and I love it. I bring my kids here because I feel safe and comfortable. PABLO makes you feel at home. I love it here. I recommend that my friends and family come here.

Excellent location! Pablo, the caretaker, is an amazing and friendly individual. The cleaners were incredibly helpful as well. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who genuinely cares and is quick to address any concerns. He's diligently working on renovations, so a bit of patience is needed as the place gradually improves. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Loud trumpeting plumbing off and on day and night, plugged shower, dirty and dingy kitchen with little lighting, cheap and uncomfortable furniture hard to sit on, dripping kitchen ceiling from the rain, paint pealing off the walls and ceiling, and an apartment key only Pablo could use effectively, Wi-Fi that had to be reconnected every day. No full kitchen as advertised. One frying pan and some eating utensils. Nothing else. The owner seems nice but apparently does not have the cash to deal with multiple problems. Other apartments may be better but Number8 was depressing . Been coming to DR 21 years. I’m used to third world inconvenience but Never saw anything like this

The air condition was working fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. There is a working fridge. Huge closet with mirrors on the doors next to the bed.

The room was dirty and definitely needs a renovation. I saw a brown stain on the armchair and I don't want to think what it could be. The shower head was spraying in all directions, but not straight. This, plus the fact that it's fixed to the wall makes showering a challenge. The TV was there, but was not connected and not usable. Squeaking fan on the ceiling. Weird and unpleasant setup of lights in the room. Slow and unstable wifi. A water from the freezer is dropping on everything that's stored inside the fridge. The tray for it is missing.

The only thing I like that the stores are close

I don't like because that place is dirty ,to much dust and humidity. the pool is dirty the chair are garbage. I do not recommend that place.

The place was run down with a rusty fridge the kitchen was dirty but the air conditioning was fantastic. No beach access but if you just need a clean bed and shower. This is a good choice
