I told them to Cancel last day but they said to ask Booking.com however i did receive message from booking.com need to get permission from the hotel.

Staff didnt allow to Cancel last day and tried to confuse us. We have booked for 4 night and stayed all 3 nights. We leave the room empty for the last night since cannot Cancel. Staff is rude and no Knowledge

Wird auch als Tagugungshotel genutzt, daher spontane Überflutung von größeren Grppen.

Nous avons aimé la chambre, les employés, la proximité avec l'embarcadère pour Aller à Koh Phi Phi et la possibilité de bénéficier d'un taxi par l'hôtel👌🏾

Tout était fermé et l'éloignement du centre !

Resort très beau, propre, chambre très spacieuse et personnel au petits soins !

Amazing place and hotel. Also you can purchase any tours to Phi Phi island. I suggest this hotel.

A lovely respite from busy town areas. Had a great nights sleep! Woke up refreshed. The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.

A bit of noise from next door room but it didn't last long.

Hotellet var fint behagelig basseng. Fine rom og fellesområder. God parkering

Hotellet var fint men ble fort fullt ved bassenget. Restaurant stengte tidlig. Obs! Muslimsk hotell så egne regler gjelder.

La piscine mérite une remise à neuf Et hôtel loin du centre ville et des commerces

Resort avec heureusement grande piscine au 2ème étage car donne uniquement sur une avenue vide. belle chambres confortables et propres avec balcon.

HOTEL au bort d'une route vide, très isolée, avec gros travaux. loin de tout. aucunes boutiques et un seul resto sea food. ou street food et 7eleven au bout de rue. a 15/20 mn a pied de la ville. hotel resort agréable mais Aucune insonorisation dans les chambres, on entend tout , sol en marbre avec passage des femmes de ménages ou bagages . car porte entrée sans étanchéité. surtout si vous êtes au 2eme etage, au début du couloir, et que vous avez la chambre sur le passage de tout le monde qui veut accéder à la piscine .. (surtout qd la porte reste ouverte pendant le ménage) car à cause du manque insonorisation, vous entendez tous les bruits enfants qui jouent ou personnes qui discutent.. (ils ont raison d'y être car piscine agréable sauf transat défoncés) toujours a cause des murs très fins, on suit la conversation des voisins.. et par manque de chance, je suis tombée sur des personnes qui passaient leurs temps à se taper dessus.. a 2 h a 3 h du matin claquement de porte puis engueulades ensuite plusieurs fois où la femme hurlait a mort et l'homme tapait contre les murs .. et sur elle ?? obligée d'appeler la réception discrètement pour ne pas être entendue. rien dormi de la nuit. la nuit suivante idem, avec cavalcade de plusieurs personnes (ivres ou exités? malgré hotel sans alcool) dans les couloirs et montée escalier sur plusieures étages.. allant de chambre en chambre.. en claquant des portes et en rigolant. cumul de tout encore rien dormi et appel encore de la réception de nuit.. le lendemain au départ, la réception a reconnu le problème.. et après très longue discution.... m'a fait une petite remise "sans sourire" pour s'excuser . sinon en dehors , de ce bruit et manque insonorisation, hotel très agréable avec beau buffet de pdj.

Airco deed het nauwelijks Kamer werd niet verschoond dus geen water Mijn kame was op de derde verdieping (geen lift)

The staff were very kind.

No alcohol was allowed and there was no bar.

We loved that is was modern, clean and had a nice pool and gym. Comfy beds, nice view of the caves in the distance. The staff were super accommodating and made up our room for us each day.

Only downside was the buffet breakfast was average and the location was a bit far from everything.

War recht ruhig und abgelegen. Sehr nah am Pier um gemütlich weiter zu reisen.

Var egentlig bedre en forventet. Vennlig personale og flott sted for en rimelig penge. Kan fint bo her igjen.

Was not informed it's a Muslim hotel, so no alcohol allowed. Sunbeds all damaged Loose tiles in the gym, felt like it was not cared for

The room was neat and tidy... Breakfast was good... Pool was good with a nice view... The Staff were friendly and helpful.. Overall it was a good...

The Check out time...As per your business protocol it is OK.... But on an Hospitality front, it should have been little flexible..... We were charged 100THB for one hour... This could have been avioded ... Cause its a matter of Hospitality... it would have been appreciated... Nevertheless hope you will consider my advice in future... and have more smiles with your customers... Money is not everything....

Pas d'ascenseur. Vis à vis avec autres chambres. Très excentré par rapport à la vieille ville.

Really enjoyed our stay. Good food at the restaurant and the room was super comfy. About a 20 minute walk to krabi town

Zimmer waren geräumig und schön

Der Empfang war leider sehr unfreundlich und wir mussten unsere Koffer in den ersten Stock selber tragen da es keinen Aufzug in diesem Gebäude gab. In einem der beiden Zimmer gab es nur kaltes Wasser Inder Dusche und die Bädet sind in die Jahre gekommen und müsste zeitnah renoviert werden Am schlimmsten war es am Pool die meisten liegen defekt und die Sonnenschirme auch wenn sie denn nicht abgebaut wurden weil sie für ein Meeting gebraucht wurden und man dann in der prallen Sonne lag Im ganzen Hotel gibt es keinen Alkohol zu kaufen und Schilder weisen darauf hin das Alkohol auch nicht mitgebracht werden darf . Einen Tag vor Abreise haben wir einen Transfer beim Hotel zum Pier angefragt und erhielten die Antwort 10 Minuten bevor wir es benötigen sollen wir Bescheid geben gesagt getan passiert ist erst mal nichts da alle mit einer Dame beschäftigt waren deren Klimaanlage seit 2 Tagen nicht funktioniert erst nachdem wir laut und ärgerlich wurden und zu verstehen gegeben haben dass wir unser Boot verpassen haben sie dann doch noch ein Auto gefunden das uns zum Hafen gebracht hat

Sehr freundliches Personal, bequeme Betten, schönes großes Zimmer. Für eine Nacht vor der Weiterreise nach Koh Lanta ok.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich abseits gelegen. Das Personal konnte keine guten Tipps bezüglich der Weiterreise geben. Kein Aufzug vorhanden.

Erg goede ligging om excursies te doen. Zoals Tigercavetempel 20 minuten zelf doen vroeg in de ochtend. En ophalen excursies met boot naar de eilanden.

De ligbedden bij het zwembad waren verzakt. Nieuwe bedden bij het zwembad zijn zeker nodig. En een paar extra..

Very clean and the rooms were very nice with comfy beds

They only did halal food, and also they were very poor at getting in touch with. I only got a message back about 4 days after my stay had ended 😂 Also the gym was falling apart. I used the bench press and the other bench that was there and the bench/smith machine almost fell on me as the frame was incredibly weak

Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber und die Betten äußerst bequem. Den Pool habe ich gemieden denn da schwammen Sachen drin rum die man nicht näher identifizieren konnte. Fitness? Ein paar Gewichte für ein schnelles Workout. Für mich nur ein Durchgangshotel auf den Weg nach Nakhon Si, dafür ist es ok. Urlaub jedoch, würde ich hier nicht machen.

The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful and very efficient. We were only staying one night and it was the nearest hotel to the pier that we were leaving from the following day. We had a small balcony that was overlooking the road and the river beyond which was nice to sit on with a cold drink after our long Journey. The room was big and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large also with some shampoo and shower gel and hand soap. There was a really good newly opened fish restaurant about 5 minutes walk away which I can recommend, with lovely views across the bay. Breakfast was okay, an array of Thai dishes, egg station and a good selection of fruit and salad. The reception staff arranged a taxi to take us to the pier that we were leaving from which was cheap and on time.

The room needs painting, there are scuff marks and other marks all over the walls, the bag drop area is very stained, our quilt cover had a hole in it, the bathroom tiles above the door was very dirty and the shower curtain needed replacing. The floor of the balcony was dirty but I think this could be due to some road improvements that are taking place just outside of the hotel which is probably contributing to the amount of dust.

La chambre spacieuse, la salle de bain et l'emplacement plutôt calme . Le petit déjeuner respecte les codes internationaux. La situation à 10/15 minutes à pied des commerces et du marché.

Le non-respect des consignes de silence dans les communs, le soir tard ou tôt le matin, mais ce n'est pas du fait de l'hôtel mais de ses clients. Le mobilier extérieur autour de la piscine est à renouveler.

big airy rooms. comfortable bed . helpful friendly staff. swimming pool. easy access to Long tail boats. however staff not forthcoming with suggestions of using them to go to Krabi town to encourage us using their shuttle which was a little expensive. free breakfast.....however

however breakfasts were cold and not kept hot in their dishes. also no variety, because it is a Muslim run hotel. Although we are welcome they press upon us their Islamic way of life by not serving us the things that we like. ie . bacon with our cold eggs , tomatoes mushrooms etc . although we like Thai food a lot we don't always want that for breakfast. because they don't eat pork we can't have it. all they have is deli meat and chicken deli sausages soaking in water to keep it warm and moist. revolting. the restaurant for lunches and dinners are either seafood or chicken. no beef, no lamb. no variety at all. they are simply not considerate to our needs at all we have to bend their way entirely. As a Muslim hotel they don't mind taking our money but they do not support us and our needs. which we find a little bit hypocritical.

Un hotel bonito y cómodo para dormir. Cerca si solo trasnochas para coger un ferry, andando está a 15 minutos.

Cómodo para dormir excepto si tus vecinos son algo ruidosos (se escucha todo). No había leche caliente para el café con leche y estaba lejos de casi todo.

Fräscht, snygg arkitektur, fantastisk takpool och gym. Rent överallt. Mysiga rum med marockansk inredning

Serverades ingen alkohol på hotellet, i hotellets restaurang eller på intilliggande restauranger.

Immaculate and very modern. Lovely pool and perfect for going to the pier to catch the ferry.
