Hotel is dated . Need some tlc. Bathroom head hight is very small only built for Asians. Lol. Has a bad cockroach problem. Pulled bedsheets back and there was poo under the sheets. Then got moved to another room and there was more cockroaches. The pillows where stained and old. The breakfast was something to give a giggle at. Defo not recommended.

Den beschriebenen Shuttle Bus in die Stadt gibt es nicht . Die Türe ins Bad ist nur ca 1,75 m hoch , habe mir dauernd den Kopf gestoßen . Sehr weit weg vom Geschehen

Was extremely unclean , every towel we got smelled of old body odour & when we rang reception on our first night as we noticed after my partner had showered, receptionist was extremely rude, huffing & puffing as if it was our fault they had unclean towels. Pool towels smelled the same. Was disgusting. Breakfast was also extremely poor. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

La réceptionniste a été très désagréable. Elle ne dit pas bonjour et a une attitude méprisante . Je suis arrivée à 12h à l’hôtel , et elle m’a demandé un supplément de 200 Baths pour un Check in de 2h en avance alors que l’hôtel était presque vide et que nous sommes en basse saison. Le lendemain elle m’a encore demandé 500 Baths pour un Check out a 16h car je devais me rendre à l’aéroport .

The building is seriously old. I stayed one night and had no water in the morning. I’m really not sure how long that building is going to last.

L'hôtel est vieux, manque de rénovations des salles de bains, petit déjeuner très moyen, personnel peu souriants et coopératifs. Les chambres qui n' ont pas vu sur la piscine donnent sur des immeubles dégradés Les portes des chambres ont un problème de clés et se ferment en les claquant.

Reviewed May 11, 2026The hotel is about a 20min drive away from the airport, so easy to reach and good to stay overnight after arrival or before departure. Also, the city centre is in walking distance, easy to get to the riverfront. There is an excellent seafood restaurant called Baitoey Seafood Restaurant less than 10min away. Good wifi and nice balcony (if the nearby ACs are turned off).
AC was a bit noisy. The room was cleaned before and we had fresh towels and blankets. However, we had some ants in the bath room and we found some fresh feces (these short black stripes) from possibly cockroach or lizards in the room (post cleaning). The breakfast is ok, but I would recommend to book the room without breakfast and head to town to try some places.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026The staff was great, they worked with us to get laundry done, room cleaned, etc. The hotel was very clean, we were able to walk to the night market with no problem. The pool was enjoyable after a hot day.
The bed was a little hard but that is true with most hotels we stayed at.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Rien car nous y sommes restés qu'une heure. L'hôtel ne nous convenait absolument pas trop loin de tout. C'est bon pour des personnes qui ne veulent pas bouger de l'hôtel. Nous avons donc perdu notre réservation de 10 jours non remboursables. Et donc de prendre un autre hôtel plus près des plages soit à 45 mn de l'hôtel golden hill.
Je n'ai rien apprécié du tout. Désolé
