On the day of check-in, I was attending my sister’s wedding in Gauteng, with the second part of the celebration scheduled in Limpopo the following day. This meant I had to drive to Limpopo late on Saturday night to be ready for the preparations on Sunday morning. Although I had originally planned to check in at 11 pm, unforeseen circumstances delayed my arrival. The host was incredibly understanding and graciously assisted us with check-in at around 3 am, without making us feel uncomfortable in any way. The hospitality was truly outstanding a perfect 10/10. Please continue treating guests with the same kindness and professionalism. God bless you!

The lack of a good Bathroom mirror, broken basin tap which was hard for me to use in terms of brushing my teeth and the kettle allocated in the room is old which needs to be changed for good hygiene.

Waiting at the gate and make a call, I felt nervous because I didn't know how risky the area is especially late at night.I suggest that a person who makes a booking, should also provide the car/s registration number.A camera be available at the gate so that when the guest arrives, the gate be open without making a call.That on its own will put the guest at ease when at the gate.
