Cityloft 36

Super clean

Very dated bathroom and kitchen- very bad pillows

Staff and Loction

The lighting in the room I was in and more power outlets.

Oda ve ortak kulllanım alanları çok pisti.

Beware, this is one of the earliest properties of this cityloft chain. It is not ıp to the standards that you would expect if you had stayed their other properties. It needs an urgent rennovation and repair. Otherwise it will cost cityloft a good deal of clients. Air condition was only in the bedroom section nothing in the living room section, lighting was depressive, bathroom in dire need of renewing and enlargement.

Very dirty and worn down rooms. Rooms looks very cosy and nicely decorated on pictures, but the actual room you get is completely empty, very badly cleaned and smells like smoke. I understand that it’s allowed to smoke in the rooms, but for non smokers it’s very uncomfortable to stay in a room that smells like that.

Very dirty room. Very bad condition. Didn’t look like the pictures on Hotels.com. Pictures looked very warm and cozy but room was just empty and dirty. We asked for a new room and got another that was even worse. We didn’t even stay the night and was refused any refund.

5 yıldızlı otel konforu tabiki beklemiyorum ama sonuçta para ödeyip konaklıyoruz temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi havlular lekeli banyodan koku geliyor yerlerde saçlar var filan çok üstünkörü yapılmış herşey

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation to the owner and staff of CityLoft36 for the genuine care and concern they showed during my daughter’s temporary indisposition. Their prompt response and warm, human attitude deeply moved us and greatly contributed to her comfort and well-being. It is truly reassuring to encounter people with such sensitivity and genuine kindness.

Memnunuz

Otelin altında meyhane var. Akşam buranın sesiyle uyuyamadım. Oda küçük ama iki katlı. Sabah saatlerinde işçilerin sesleriyle uyandım. Aracımı sokağa parkettim. İlgilenen biri olmadı.

Location was excellent for my needs.Room was very good as well

Noise from other adjacent units and noise from flushing of toilets from other units as well

Not much positive. The whole chain is a scam and trying to be something it is not

AVOID. Nothing good about this place or worth spending any money on. Staff are rude and blatantly laugh at concerns. No idea how to deal with customers and only speak Turkish which is fine but they claim to speak other languages. Hung up the phone to booking.come when trying to resolve, shows their professionalism. The senior management were just as dismissive. Room door itself doesn’t fit within the frame nor terrace door lock. Offered another room only after escalating twice and expected to wait a day despite having an empty room next to mine. The your staff made me so uncomfortable it’s not an option. I wouldnt stay there if I was paid to. They are a chain of scammers that make money from theft and falsely advertising the rooms. Very bad impression to İstanbul and left as soon as I could within 12 hours. Thankfully most other hotels are not like this. Do not book

Nothing at all very dirty and there was leakage everywhere

Everything about the apartment was crap very dirty the bathroom you can only use one at a time even tho there is two

Property is located in a good area close to amenities walking distance to Istanbul’s City mall.

Bence fiyat performans, oda materyalleri biraz eskiydi koltuk, TV ekranı bozukluk vardı ama genel anlamıyla güzeldi

It was a really big room! The adult bed was very comfortable! Location is great - good restaurants near the hotel and 5 minutes by foot to the Metro station

So first impression - the floor looks dirty - it was clean, but it looks like it is not. The light inside the room was partly working, it was impossible to have a dinner with a good light. There was no hot water, only little bit warm; we asked from reception to make it better, but it was never hot, just more warm. The heating (we have been in end of Nov beginning of Dec) was missing. Even Air Condition was impossible to use for the heating. The ceiling on the second floor is very low. And on the beginning Hotel tried to charge me extra money for my children!

The location

Mold in the washroom, Toilette seat fell off, key not working , not clean , noisy

Odanın kliması çalışmıyordu ilettik gelip yaptık denildi fakat 5 dk sonra tekrar bozuldu, odanın ışıkları ampulleri sürekli yanıp sönüyordu gözlerimizi aldı, odanın fotoğrafla alakası yoktu bomboştu sadece bir tane koltuk vardı yerler kir içindeydi,duş başlığı bozultu ve kırıktı en kötü deneyimimizdi fakat başka boş oda olmadığından ve ödemeyi iade edemediklerinden kalmak zorunda olduk.

Good , big room

The heating in the room was on and made it unbearably hot. When I asked the staff to turn it off, they said it was impossible and suggested using the air conditioner, which unfortunately wasn’t working. On top of that, during the night, waste was being dumped onto the street outside, causing a lot of noise and a terrible smell. Because of the heat from the heating system, it was impossible to close the window. Overall, it was a very unpleasant night.

Location

The staff Not as advertised

Air conditioner didn't work. Toilet leaks water onto the floor. Front desk assistant did not speak english

Nice place with good location

The bathroom was way too small

located close to Acibadem University in the business district;

far to the international airport (nearly 2hours by public transport) and the old city; room cleaning (which was very loud) was done in the middle of the night; cleaning staff knocked on my door at 11 pm, answering only in Turkish which was very scary

stuff

Terrible cleanliness, Outdated household appliances. Images inconsistent with the statement !

There was no air conditioner at the bedroom! The rooms were smaller than shown in the pics! The terrace door wouldn't close! Asked for iron and extra blankets didn't get any until the next day!

Great stuff and cleaning crew!

Metroya 3 dk yürüme mesafesi olması seyahatimizi çok rahatlattı çalışnlar çok ilgili hepsine burdan teşekkürler hiçbir problem yaşamadık otel temiz istediğinizde oda temizliği yaptırabiliyorsunuz çok güzel temizlemişlerdi. Güvenlik açısından problem yaşamadık. Sıcak su her dk ulaşabildik. Yataklar yumuşacık. Kötü yazılan yorumlara anlam veremiyorum. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer.

I was close to my interest point

Not clean, broken dor, jacuzzi was dirty, bathroom was dirty, elevator stopped working in the last day, I was at the last floor 6'th

The staff are very friendly and willing to help in case of any problems. We had stains on one of the towels that was changed immediately. The room was clean and practical.Bathroom sink had stained silikon but otherwise clean. Very near to metro station and bus stops, excellent location.

Price is responsible, location is close to what I cane for.

All rooms need maintenance. Some with air-conditioned, or lights, or stairs, or curtains. Hotel staff in a tourist city MUST speak English. Noisy, and you can even smell cigarettes from outside or other rooms.

Everything, reception was very helpful and kind, place was amazing specially the room with the jacuzzi

Jacuzzi was a bit small , there was no key available to the room so had to take someone from reception with me to open the door .

Oda agir sigara kokuyordu. Temizlik durumuna onem verseler eminim öne çikan bir apart otel olurdu.

Temizlik berbat havlular lekeli ve kokuyordu dublex odanın kliması bozuk çok gürültü yapıyordu gece hiç uyutmadı fakat çalışanlar çok ilgili güler yüzlüydü

Süper

Rooms could use some construction maintenance New flooring, floors were stained and dirty. A few things needs replacing or repaired.

Oda yarım bodrum kat gibi, ses izalasyonu yok, yağmur yağarken resmen her ses her detayı ile duyuluyordu. Dışarda çalan telefon konuşmalar vs.

Oda ge

Furnished in good practical way 👍

Toilet door was not fixed well , no shampoo or other supplied personal items

I don't know because i didn't eat it

Location was good.

Had to change rooms 2 times. First was due to non working air conditioner and the second the electronic front door lock didn’t work

Big Apartment room.

Facilities not working (Stove and Fridge) Microwave not even available at all (I asked twice for it because it should be included)

Nothing

- Ac was not working I reported this to the reception they did not solve it . I booked two apartment i asked if is it possible to give us the apartment in the same floor and the receptionist asked 1000 lira cash for that ! After 3 days they offered another apartment due to ac problem and we moved to another floor resulting in two different floors ( so what was the 1000 lira for ? ) . - sofas were very dirty and has bad smell . - staff not friendly. When you ask them for anything they act as they don’t understand your language I can’t believe that. - when the house keeping clean the room they don’t refill the soap or change the napkins or tissues. - no waste your money here I contacted booking they did not replied to booking.

Berbat bir deneyimdi oda kirli pis havlu bile yoktu

There was little dirt on ciuch. It was fine overall.

Televizyonu hdmi a bağlayamadık, taharet musluğu arızalıydı.

Tekrar İstanbul'a gitsem tercih ederim.

Otel odaları geniş, gayet temiz ve rahat. Tavsiye ederim
