Hotel parfait, tres bien situé sur la route de l'aéroport. Accueil agreable et chambres adaptees

mais restaurant peu sympathique. Certes nous sommes arrivés attd mais les shoraires d’oiberture du resto etaitent compatibles avec un diner. Nous avons eu l’impression de deranger pour deux pizzas, arrivees au bout de 45 minutes. Menage debuté avant que le repas ne soit fini…

Everything was perfect wish we could have stay longer since it was a short trip

The air conditioning wasn’t working well then the technician came to check but issue still persist and then the offer a new room with an upgrade.

The room was spacious, staff were friendly and helpful when we called to add additional rooms.

Though the staff was friendly, we have requested for an extra beds to be added into the room before the arrival for my parents before 10pm. However, bed wasn't sorted at that time. Its 10pm, I do not see why it could not be done when the check out time is at 12pm usually, they have 10 hours to get the room prepared. We even paid beforehand, before booking, we asked if the extra bed is a hard bed cause both of my folks are 70plus and bringing a handicapped sister, we expected good quality bed, was told it is going to be a hard one but it was not. Mum also said that the switch on the kettle broken when they tried to boil water. Bathroom curtains and under the sink were full of molds. Iron was also burnt. We always travel to Nilai and is just wanting to find a good hotel so we could always come back. Saw the reviews was good and we decided to try but it seems like the other smaller hotel was even better. Though they are small but at least it is clean.

There’s no iron in the room, we have to call and request. The room I booked doesn’t include breakfast/ sahur, I’m only get notified after I receive the room key. I wish they could inform me earlier.

Our stay at Nilai Springs Resort was truly enjoyable, but what stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, every staff member, from the entrance team and reception to the concierge and door staff was incredibly welcoming. It genuinely felt like everyone enjoyed serving their guests, which made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout our stay. The resort also offers a great variety of food choices, and having a convenience store on-site was very helpful. We loved the hotel’s décor; elegant and thoughtfully designed. In particular, my mum couldn’t stop admiring the dried flower bouquet arrangements; they were so beautifully done that she paused to look at them every time we passed by. Housekeeping was excellent as well; efficient, attentive, and consistently maintaining the cleanliness of our room. Overall, the warm hospitality, lovely ambience, and convenient facilities made our stay at Nilai Springs Resort a memorable one.

The TV remote was confusing to my mum.

We chose this hotel because of its location. It is near to a few malls and the airport is around 30 minutes away. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view from our room was also quite nice. The room itself is pretty comfortable with the amenities we needed. We'll stay here again in the future.

It looked like they missed a few spots while cleaning. We found a bit of rubbish under the table. As the hotel is a bit old, some parts need maintenance but everything worked fine.

I was not satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The parking area was very dark at night with no lights, which felt unsafe. The room had a strange smell upon entering, making it uncomfortable. The bathroom smelled bad and was poorly maintained. From my room, I could hear noise from the upper floor, including the sound of people working, which disturbed my rest. Overall, I hope the hotel management improves these issues as they greatly affect guest comfort.

We booked here to be close to the airport for our early flight. Our plan was to spend the afternoon reading by the pool and get an early night before our early flight. We requested two rooms close together and they managed to give us adjoining rooms which was a big help.

For the above reason, this hotel was fine for what we needed and we didn't spend long there. However I wouldn't say I would stay there for a longer period of time. The pool area was dated and needed some maintenance attention. We weren't allowed outside food or drink in the pool chair area, but the food that was available to us in this area was incredibly limited (ice cream, popcorn, juice). The staff was a little standoffish which made us feel a little unwelcome and meant we didn't want to ask for help or assistance when we needed it.

Not so clean, noise in room next to mine (528)at 3am, loud phone conversation from someone who tried a few doors before staying in that one, quite weird, don’t feel safe.

Food was ok, not fabulous. Buffet was cold & the dishes weren't replenished.

Happy with everything just the Bath towel is not fit enough to used (the materials is somehow not like cotton and quite hard when your wipe your body and does not absorbs water well. Should consider the better quality towels. The shower cap box is setup but it’s empty ( reported to supervisor and it’s replaced). Food for dinner buffet was delicious and good preparation. Staff all are friendly and only that the parking area is So DARK. Should consider brighten it up (safety concerns). Should allowed if hotel is not busy ..ladies driver can park the car just at the front lobby.

Spacious Lobby..nice lounge but closed too early. Same to restaurant Hot Pot.

The room service was bad. Even when we asked for plates and cutlery, they weren’t provided. When we asked for ice, we were charged for it.

Oud, vervallen, vergane glorie. Restaurant biedt weinig variatie en kwaliteit is erg laag.
