Het Resort zelf is van beton, daardoor redelijk glad overal en mischien niet zo gezellig.

La vue sur les montagnes, la piscine idéalement située, le personne vraiment très gentil et serviable, le petit déjeuner sympa. La navette pour aller et revenir du centre ville, toujours disponible rapidement.

Staff was kind enough to guide me to another hotel for dinner n get the taxi driver to fetch me to night market and fetched me back to hotel afterward

We had a tiny problem of ants in the room, the staff were amazing about it and helped us to solve it quickly , it was really minor we had an amazing experience !!

Gorgeous views of the mountains in my room and during breakfast! The staff even helped me book a private scooter with driver at a reasonable price as I only had half a day and wasn’t comfortable with driving a scooter.

Had to check the towels as some had stains. but otherwise it was very clean.

Tuin was heel mooi onderhouden. Veel werk ingestoken. Kamer was wel basic naar ons gevoel. Weinig decoratie en geen charme. Het zwembad was goed en had een mooi uitzicht.

Kamer onder het ontbijt buffet was zeker niet ideaal. Jammer genoeg al om 6-7u wakker door alle stoelen die geschoven werden boven ons. Het personeel gaf niet zozeer een welkom gevoel.

Absolutamente todo. Despertar cada mañana con esas vistas y disfrutar del desayuno que era muy variado y todo riquísimo… La piscina impecable con vistas increíbles y baños al lado. Está a solo 15 minutos andando de la calle principal, y aún así tienen bicis gratuitas y un transporte disponible todo el día para llevarte y recogerte. El diseño de las habitaciones es precioso y con todas las facilidades necesarias para una estancia perfecta.

Tener que irnos jaja Nos quedaríamos allí toda la vida.

Bel hôtel de standing avec une jolie vue sur les rizières. Un peu excentré du centre-ville, mais bien heureusement il y a un service de Navette, très efficace qui vous dépose en cinq minutes au centre-ville.

Spotless. Efficient. Room was great. Bed was lovely. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Shower was fabulous. The verandah on our specific room had sun loungers and a magnificent view of the mountains. Great for sunbathing. Quiet. Peaceful. Nice and cool in the mornings and evenings. 711 nearby. Great restaurant across the road. We had come from a five start hotel in Chiang Rai- this hotel was superior in our opinion. Just a more pleasant energy and truly beautiful people working there. Lovely swimming pool. Our third time in Pai. Our fourth will be here!

We had a hire car so it didn’t matter to us, as we also enjoy walking, but it is about a fifteen minute or so walk into the centre. But there is a shuttle bus service also available. They think of everything here.

Amazing stay , clean , efficient and lovely staff . Highly recommend!

An absurd amount of bugs coming into the room through the night. Sunloungers unusable as they are left out in the rain. Moved here from another hotel thinking I was upgrading as I wanted more comfort, but it didn’t really feel like it

Vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk bed and douche. Er is een gratis shuttle naar de stad maar het is ongeveer 15 min lopen.

De wc bij get zwembad was niet schoon, ik had soms wat problemen met de wifi

Excellent views of the mountains and the grounds layout of the hotel. The views made for a very peaceful stay. We wanted to stay longer. Breakfast was good. Location not far from town centre which was helped by the friendly resort shuttle van. Rooms were great with comfy beds, big bathroom and even better countryside views.

Maybe parking if I was picky.

Beautiful setting, and stunning views from the pool! Best breakfast we have had in Thailand. Comfy beds. Amazing products in the bathroom. Large showers.

The balcony in the villa was not under cover and it rained a lot so everything got wet.

Beautiful setting overlooking rice fields and mountains - peaceful. A great pool. Out of town so quiet but you can borrow bikes for free to cycle the short distance in. Was great to have the use of a minibus to take us into town and back in the evenings to go and get dinner.

Alles vom Zimmer bis zum Frühstück, sowie den Shuttleservice. Mitarbeiter/innen waren hervorkommend.

I like the view of the villa and the stuff so friendly it's really clean and comfortable

The property was beautiful, the view from the pool was amazing. They cleaned and restocked our rooms everyday and it was nice to come back to a clean room. The front desk staff were very kind and the shuttle into town was always quick and available.

We wish there was a gym.

Freundlichkeit des Personals und Mühe der Managerin.

Unser Aufenthalt im Yoma Hotel in Pai war leider sehr zwiegespalten. Zunächst möchten wir betonen, dass das Personal wirklich außergewöhnlich freundlich, bemüht und zuvorkommend war. Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir von einer sehr netten Empfangsdame sowie einem weiteren Mitarbeiter herzlich empfangen und bestens behandelt. Genau dieser Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Teams haben unseren Aufenthalt am Ende noch gerettet. Wir hatten die teuerste Zimmerkategorie – die Villa mit schöner Aussicht und eigenem Balkon bzw. Terrasse – gebucht und uns aufgrund der Bilder auf einen besonderen Aufenthalt gefreut. Leider mussten wir beim Betreten des Zimmers sofort feststellen, dass die Realität absolut nicht den Bildern entsprach. Die Zimmer wirkten sehr heruntergekommen. Die Wände waren einfach mit einer anderen Farbe übermalt worden, was sehr unsauber und unprofessionell aussah. Auf dem Tisch befanden sich Farbflecken von der Wandfarbe. Die Dusche war extrem verkalkt und wirkte ungepflegt, die Fensterscheiben waren stark verschmiert und generell war die Sauberkeit enttäuschend. Auch der Außenbereich war lieblos gestaltet. Die Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten wirkten ungepflegt, die Polster waren teilweise verschmutzt und wir fanden zahlreiche Ameisen – sowohl auf dem Balkon als auch im Zimmer selbst. Besonders unangenehm war ein Stuhl im Zimmer, dessen Sitzpolster wirklich stark verschmutzt und unhygienisch wirkte. Wir haben uns danach die gesamte Hotelanlage angesehen. Der Pool war zwar in Ordnung, jedoch wirkte der restliche Bereich des Hotels leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wenig gepflegt. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass über längere Zeit kaum Liebe oder Investitionen in die Anlage geflossen sind. Auch der Rezeptions- und Frühstücksbereich wirkten leer, ungemütlich und wenig einladend. Das gesamte Hotel hatte leider eine etwas ausgestorbene Atmosphäre.

Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer auf die Berge war super. Shuttle in die Stadt funktionierte prima.

A beautiful hotel and property away from the crowds but close enough to join them.

La piscine avec la vue sur les rizières est incroyable ! C’est calme et proche de tout ( en scooter ) ils peuvent aussi vous emmener en navette à la walking street.

Le jus d’orange était chaud et dommage de cuire les œufs brouillés à l’avance, ils étaient froids

スタッフたちは、とてもにこやかで、勤勉で親切でした。 施設自体はすでに数年経っていますが、その分、建物や庭のメンテナンスをこまめにしていますし（ちょうどその様子も見ました！）、清潔に保たれていて快適です。 水やタオルなどのアメニティの補充交換も行き届いています。

不便にはならない程度でしたが、洗面所の水道コックに少し水漏れがありました。ヴィラのA02です。 でも、メンテナンスの職人さんたちが働いていたので、これもきっと改善されることでしょう。

The mountain view apartments are 1st class, 3 days of pure beauty is enough 😍

The place is old school, doors that don't close easy, hearing alot of other people's doors slams...need to upgrade to sliding patio doors

The room - a very comfortable bed with a beautiful view. Staff is amazing - very kind and responsive. The washroom is lovely.

There is nothing not to like. Perhaps if they had lunch and dinner options, people would not leave the hotel! ha! ha!

It’s a bit out of town but the hotel offers a shuttle buss free of charge which was very useful

The staff were so lovely, they have a free shuttle you can use to get to the bus station or the Aya shuttle station. Same shuttle can also be used to get in/out of town to the hotel. Room was clean and relatively modern. Breakfast was pretty decent. Pool is also really nice, plus a nice view to look out on.

The view is amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is great but the very best part is the excellent service from the friendly and helpful staff. That's why Yoma is the place where I always stay in Pai.
