It was very dirty. It was cold and uncomfortable. Please clean it further and keep it warm.

The young man was very polite. I didn't like the other things at all.

the environment is good as there are a lot of coffee shops and convenient stores. there are also elevators near the station and hostel. airport bus also nearby

the place is getting dirtier than before. i hope the staff clean the room better.

Almost all facilities were good

Nothing

The first room we got was dirty — the floor was messy and the fridge had old, rotten food. It was so bad I nearly vomited. After complaining, a cleaner was sent, but she spoke rudely, saying, “What do you expect for this price?” — very unprofessional. Thankfully, the lady at the front desk was kind and offered us another room. It was better than the first one, but still not great overall. Disappointed with the cleanliness and staff attitude, except for the receptionist.

The heating bed! And it was really comfortable. Very small space but pretty cozy. The staff was really nice. It has a washing machine and a dryer in the common area as well as a microwave and ironer.

It's a little run down and needs a little renovation. Nothing out of the ordinary though.

Great location, close to metro and restaurants. Rooftop was nice, breakfast was included - just a loaf of bread and instant coffee, but we appreciate the effort. Washing machine available (need to pay for it). The rooms were quiet and warm with floor heating.

The room wasn’t the cleanest, particularly the sheets - other people’s hair through the room. Never saw any staff on property, only communicated through messaging - they were fast to respond so not necessarily an issue but something to be aware of.

Not bad but you have to improve some parts of the rooms and toiletries. Good luck!

This room is so dirty especially under and side bed. And also I cannot switch on the TV. I hope next time TV conditions will be better. Furthermore I cannot find the plugs which connect to the refrigerator. I really recommend this hostel but a little bit expensive for staying.

Location is good

Keep the electrical cabling tidy

Best hotel for me. Complete amenities, kind communication. I love it so much! Recommended!

False advertisement from what they posted on Expedia! There is no staff on site, you call for check in, which was worrisome to have to hold the phone because of how dirty everything is. When you enter the hotel your instantly met with mold on walls and dirty floors. The elevators buttons don’t all work and can hardly fit two people with carry-on luggage. Even though the hostel was terrible we had hopes the room was better so kept going, but as we shortly found out the room was MUCH worst. Didn’t even think it was possible! The walls had dirt marks and mold all over them, trash and rat droppings were under the bed, the bedding looked as if it hadn’t been washed in months, the bathroom had mold, walls toilet was completely dirty and the house slippers they left looked like they’ve been in mud. We needed leaving immediately and booking another hotel. Still working on getting my refund it’s been several days already. But no fault of Expedia they are saying they’re having trouble getting ahold of the hostel. Hopefully they’ll just refund me and get the money back on their end since this posting was so horrible and false advertisement.

This is just a room to crash. No company. No fun. Just sleep amd leave. Dont stay for more than one night

There is no staf in the front , so I couldn’t choose the room smooth ly.

Nothing

Mold in everywhere real bad in bathroom Bedding damp live electricity in bathroom dirty thro out no staff at all avoid at all cost ...,,!!!!!! All reviews are true over 4 years

Just the location is very close to a subway.

Very dirty. All the molds on the bathroom door. Not 24 hours Front desk as they mention on the web. Very VERY DISAPPOINTED

Proximity to the metro

A horror. We were assigned a room in which the toilet was clogged with excrement and with sheets that had a persistent smell of urine not to mention the hair in the bed. So the staff changed us to another room. In the other room, mold covered the wallpaper. Everything was moldy, without exception, as shown in the photos: the walls, the sink, not to mention the shower, etc ... Again, there was hair everywhere. The temperature of the shower is also very difficult to adjust. The air conditioning, very old, combined with the mold gave us sore throats. This establishment is a disgrace and we ask you, who are reading this comment, not to book, even if the price is good. Having traveled all over the world, I have never seen an establishment like this. Do not book this hotel, for anything in the world.

The bathroom floor was constantly wet and moldy. The TV was broken.

The location was good, the subway and buses were outside the building.

The room and toilet was dirty, and we heard noise every night of the room above. (Maybe sexual commerce) the other things were ok.

Over all good

Sometimes non attentive on calls

location is good

facilities

Nothing.

The room was full of insects, the elevator to the room felt unsave. Mold everywhere, found an used condom on the ground. I got out of there as soon as possible. Insane!! Honestly I have been to many hostels before. And it was so bad it made me laugh. Though I doubt many people would be laughing in my situation. I'm 19 and my room is cleaner.

The bed is what i liked.

The lighting was a problem. The AC was not good enough we were feeling very very cold. The bathroom was the worse. When you brush using the sink, the sink leakes water. The toilet was not flushing well completely. Was just dissapointed with the place. It looks extremely different from the picture

The gentleman gave us a free room when we checked in. He is so nice. Its also in front of exit 2 and 3 of Sinseoldong Station and has a lot of restaurants and shops just beside it.

Its not really clean. I hope they clean the hostel up since it has a potential.

As I know I already paid in advance. But it didn’t push thru. Once I arrived the stuff asked me the money, After I paid she told me that the bathroom is under renovation and have to move to other hotel Which mean was bad. Why she didn’t tell me before I pay. So I can choose my own place. Anyway. I saw the comment before She had the same thing, But I just didn’t listen to her.

location very close to metro

relay message to staff but no follow up

very very close to the subway

the toilet was not okay

It’s not worth the money. It says it has a shower and a private bathroom but there’s no hot water to have a proper shower. And there was no toilet paper. When I asked for toilet paper they said the delivery will come later and he cannot do anything about it when he could just go buy some and provide for his customers. I called for the hot water too and he said he’ll send someone to fix it. No one did. The bed wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Dusty and with hair on it. Not worth it. Find something better.

near public transport like subway n bus

no somebody or helper at guesthouse

Easy to reach subway, nothing else

There is NO RECEPTION here. We waited someone to come for about 20 minutes, then she said the room we booked is in repair. And the lobby (if u could call it as a lobby) seemed so dirty, we could imagine the rooms. We had to move another hotel of them without extra fee, but it was so dirty too.

It had a clean bed and fast enough WiFi. Shower was not hot.

The best thing about the property is that it is very near the subway station. The staff were also responsive and helpful.

The rooms were smelly. We were given three rooms and all rooms had foul smell. I cannot describe the smell but maybe because of the CR or the bedsheets? There were leaks from the sink in the CR and the aircon. The bedsheets also smelled bad. The airconditioning units do not function well. But our biggest complaint really were the foul smell of all the rooms that we had.

Near the bus/subway stations, and near the convenience stores. Laundry was also very useful. The kitchen wasn't that helpful since there was only 1 set of utensils and the refrigerator reeked.

There was manure on the side of the elevator and we had to run every time (without breathing). The stairway was locked so there was no other option. Upon arriving on our floor from the elevator, there were still stairs so it was confusing and unsympathetic with our luggage. There was also no one around to aid us if we needed help. We waited for the call when checking in. Upon answering, they just instructed us to get one of the keys exposed right in front of us - this could've easily been sent as a text.

Nothing

Aircondition is damaged- very bad Shower - bed is bad smell also - and there is a very bad smell that anyone cannot accepte it. I have many pictures to show them to people about what I describe

Location was rally convenient right at the metro station. There was laundry with dryer available. The value for money.

clean, nice staff and nice lication

none

clean room with all the necessary basic necessities but don’t expect hotel kinda setup, you get what you paid for but it’s good

there were wires on the floor from the night lamp, hole in the ceiling and exposed wires to the aircond. the mosquito net was broken too but it didn’t matter as it was spring. other seasons you might have mosquitoes
