Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Great location, a beautiful and spacious hotel right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and lovely. Nhi, Trang, Thuy, and Anh were especially kind and helpful. I will definitely come back next time!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Bên ngoài phòng như: Thang máy, hành lang, sảnh thì ok. Nhưng trong phòng thì tiện nghi khách sạn xem xét kiểm tra và sửa chữa và thay thế. Như máy sấy tóc là vật dụng cần thiết thì chỉ dùng dc 1 tốc độ và rất chậm mất rất nhiều thời gian để sấy sau khi tắm. Vòi cài bồn cầu thì ốc lung lay lỏng lẻo sắp ra khỏi tưởng....

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Locatie was vooral een pre. Het heeft een schoon en plezierig zwembad, met fraai uitzicht! Leuk dat er ook zwemles gegeven werd aan kinderen. Het bad is groot genoeg, dus geen bezwaar. Het ontbijtbuffet was goed, verse soep en eieren vielen in de smaak. Prettige kamer, prima bedden. Alles netjes schoon.
Het zwembad heeft beperkte openingstijden, tussen 12-3 is het dicht. Het hotel is enorm en het leek absoluut niet druk, toch konden we niet vervroegd inchecken helaas. Wel vriendelijke service, met mogelijkheid tot bagage achterlaten.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The hotel is undergoing renovation and the room we had for the first night was not as inviting as the renovated room we had for the remainder of our stay. The price was fair for our length of stay at 20,700,000 vnd per room for three nights including breakfast. We enjoyed the pool which also hosts the local children at times for swimming lessons. It was fun and friendly with asking questions about where we were from
There was nothing that we did not like. We understand that renovations are renewing the hotels vibrancy.

通常部屋に置かれているサービスの案内ですが、ここはQRコードを読み取って表示する方法でした。それは先進国のホテルでもあまりない方法でいいのですが、英語を選択してもベトナム語のものしか表示されませんでした。最終的にフロントで印刷してもらいました。 エアコンの使い方がよくわからなかったこと（ウェブで検索して対処しました）と、金庫のパスコードが設定できず使えませんでした。 DO NOT DISTURBの表示も札をドアノブにかけるのではなく、ベッド横のスイッチを押して設定するという方法で、かなりユニークだと思いました。

Nhân viên nên để ý khi xe về khách sạn, cần hướng dẫn Khách vị trí thay vì để Khách tự tìm.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí trung tâm thuận tiện di chuyển. Phòng hội nghị, tiệc sang trọng, sạch sẽ, đồ ăn ngon, nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình. Bạn Tâm và Thủy đã hỗ trợ tôi nhận phòng và trả phòng muộn vì dự hội nghị tôi rất hài lòng với cách làm việc của các bạn.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Phu Bai空港からHotelまでの片道約90㎞の往復送迎をお願いした際、密なる事前連絡があり不安など皆無だった。 そして、復路の送迎予定を当日変更したがレセプション、ドライバー共対応の早さは素晴らしかった。 また、ハウスキパーの臨機応変な対応にも感謝した。
私が利用した部屋だけかもしれないが、洗面台の水はけが良くなかった。 朝食のﾊﾞｲｷﾝｸﾞは折角地元料理を提供しているのに、提供場所が他の料理より離れており レイアウトを再考したらと思った。

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025Bữa sáng vượt mong đợi của tôi 1 chút. Tôi đã không có kỳ vọng gì vào bữa sáng sau khi trải nghiệm dịch vụ. Nhưng cuối cùng bữa sáng cũng khá ổn. Có bánh cuốn nóng hấp tại chỗ và món ăn cũng tạm coi là phong phú hơn các nơi khác.
Giường ngủ không dễ chịu, chỉ cần 1 người xoay trở là cả giường rung rinh cọt kẹt. Tôi thuê 2 phòng đôi nhưng cả 2 phòng cà phê và trà khách sạn chỉ để mỗi thứ 1 gói, k có đường. Mì tôm ly chỉ để 1 hộp nhưng lúc check out lại định đòi tôi thanh toán vì đã dùng 1 hộp? Bể bơi cho khách bên ngoài vào học bơi nên bể toàn trẻ con ng lớn không bơi được.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2025Hotel was fine but we believe they overcharged us as when we were leaving (and the taxi was waiting) they said we hadn't paid an early check in fee which we felt showed clearly on an invoice as paid. we didn't have the language or the time to argue the case and paid it in cash.

Reviewed May 30, 2024Good place to stay in Quang tri province is Muong Thanh grand Quang TRi. It is such a nice hotel with great service. Our room is in high floor that we can see the whole main city through the big windown from room. The amenities and everything in room is so perfect for us indeed as well as the very friendly staff.
