Todo el personal ea muy amable

La cama es muy cómoda , el lugar no es lejos no cerca , y la verdad me encantó mucho volvería son duda alguna

Hay agua caliente pero dura mucho para calentarse pero todo estaba 100/10 solo el baño que es un poco pequeño

En mi segunda visita me tocó una habitación en el cuarto nivel. El aire acondicionado casi no enfriaba y se tuvo que encender el abanico. El baño era mucho más reducido y la ventana del mismo estaba rota, además de los mobiliarios que se veían un poco deteriorados.

el trato del personal y habitación cómoda estilo apartamento(buen closet, sala con butaca y sofá, estufita, nevera, microondas, gabinete con vajilla y utencilios, juego de comedor, cama y almohadas cómodas)

no variedad en desayuno, inestabilidad en el internet, fachada necesita cariñito

Que se escucha mucho ruido las puertas la tiran y el personal de limpieza hace mucho ruido me despertó el ruido de las personas que limpian fue muy fuerte y lo de que tiran las puertas. Luego de eso todo bien .a y comprar mejores sábanas y corchas.

The hotel is in a good location, the breakfast was excellent

I booked an apartment with 6 beds but the receptionist who received us in the night shift gave us one with 2 beds because we were just four people. Even though, the place was good, I liked the decoration, apartment distribution, the bathroom was excellent, everything was clean. The day shifty receptionist gave us an excellent service.

The room was very nice. Tidy. Comfortable bed. Nice building overall.

The shower was only lukewarm, just enough to take the edge off the cold. The shower door did not seal, so the floor got wet. The breakfast was not great, but there was coffee, a banana and granola.

La relación precio calidad del servicio e instalaciones no estaban acorde. No limpiaron la habitación durante mi estadía. Y al llegar había basura de otro huésped en el zafacón del baño

Facil acceso

El desayuno poco variado, la bulla en la recepcion , me toco una habitacion cerca y en la habitacion se escuchaba la bulla de los que estaban que duranron hasta las 12 de la noche y el timbre de la recepcion me despertaba cada vez que lo tocaban

La ubicación y la seguridad fueron puntos clave. Sin embargo, también cabe destacar al Sr Erick en la recepción que es una joya, siempre muy servicial y amigable en todo momento. Me ayudó mucho.

Petit déjeuner passable. Situé assez loin de la zone coloniale.

Excelente estaba todo muy limpio e impecable, buena locación, céntrica.. el personal excepcional. Volvería sin pensarlo.

Conexión a internet es muy deficitaria.

Logement pratique, bien placé, magasin autour. J’ai eu une chambre plus grande que prévu.

Le wifi passe mal

El hotel está bien ubicado, en un área donde tienes comercios, supermecados y cosas alrededor, es fácil moverse en Uber para todas las áreas principales. El hotel cuenta con recepción lo cual es cómodo para referencias, y desayuno incluido, el cual estaba bastante bien por el precio. La habitación es bastante básica, pero relación costo/beneficio es aceptable.

El baño tenía muy mal olor. Las habitaciones que tienen literas, no son tan cómodas con las literas. El wifi no es de muy buena capacidad, pero es una habitación que funciona para lo básico.

Everything. The moment we enter, I sense the place is gonna be bad. Cleanliness is poor outside the area. Breakfast was part of the booking but it was not available on the first day. The Internet was so poor and cannot be connected most of the time No elevator for the property. No water or coffee station(My expectation was high may be). The bed was smelling clorex and wrinkly. Overall a cheap hotel

The property was great but my second stay was a mess with the staff treatment and that was why i took to hill.

Really good place. quiet and clean. Lady at front desk was very helpful with everything and assisted me with extending my stay with no problem

I liked the level of cleanliness and Wifi was good.

There's not enough parking, I had to park on the main street. There's no elevator. Due to my leg injury, it was hard going up and down the stairs. This place is not suitable for the handicap.

As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe, from the first contact with the night receptionist to the next morning at breakfast, waiting for my taxi in the lobby with the day staff.

The walls are thin and some other guests are not as considerate, but nothing in the hotel’s control sadly

Ideal stay for business or work. I was with my colleague and we could share a space which facilitate our work but still have our privacy because each of us had our own bedroom. Very clean and relaxed. But very noisy because of construction work next the building from 8am till 5pm. Not suitable for less agile person because no elevator.

Concierge is very welcoming guy. Recommend this place if you are to explore the city

Las almohadas estaban manchadas, las sábanas sucias y súper usadas, por el preciso no valió el precio, mejor me quedaba en una cabaña. Fue un desencanto y robo de dinero. En especial llegamos y nos dieron el penúltimo piso el cual había que agachar la cabeza subiendo las escaleras. Me fascina ir a dominicana pero de verdad es una lástima el abusivo.

This is a cozy hotel. I love the area too.

My request for a change of room, microwave and plates was granted. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Overall experience was great.

No elevator and the staircase decking is quite low for a tall person to walk through without having to bend the neck.
