Ottima la posizione nella zona coloniale a un prezzo piu che giusto. Comodo e sicuro l accesso all'appartamento. Nelle immediate vicinanze un piccolo supermercato e tanti localini tipici, quindi anche la notte si è presto a casa...specie se si è soli come nel mio caso! Lo consiglio.

Arrivée simple, la personne de l'accueil s'est montrée disponible et flexible sur les horaires. Les chambres ont beaucoup de charme et la localisation est parfaite.

-La limpieza de la habitación. Tenía que pedirle a la señora de limpieza que me limpiara la habitación cuando la del año pasado venía espóntaneamente para saber si necesito limpieza. Le pedi que me cambiara las sabanas y solo cambió las sabanas, tenía que pedir también que me limpiara el suelo/baño. Me dijo que el lunes tiene mucho trabajo. Pero soy alérgico al polvo y entonces necesito de vez en cuando limpieza del cuarto. Es lo minimo.

Lugar acogedor y limpio, con buena climatización, recepcionista agradable, económico y bien ubicado con un buen toque colonial.

Mejores sabanas y un colchón más cómodo.

I have stayed many times and it is my go to accommodation in Zona Colonial at this point. It is an older building with older apts, but kept very clean and well run. For an apartment it is reasonable, kitchen is well kept with dishes and utensils, bedroom and bathroom clean and comfortable.

At times lighting a bit dark in apts, and some mosquitoes, but fans work well.

La tranquilidad de la residencia y la limpieza de la habitación.

Todo estuvo muy bien. Superó nuestras expectativas.

La atención de la joven administradora, la ubicación bastante estratégica, la distribución, inplementos y entrada independiente de la suite.

Las instalaciones deben ser renovadas, ya que parecen muy antiguas. Pero son súper cómodas y tienen lo necesario para una estancia adecuada.

La localisation, dans le centre de la "zone coloniale". Pour une arrivée très tardive, 3 heure du matin, suite à ma demande, une personne était là pour me remettre les clés.

The space was big enough, clean, and had the necessary kitchen equipment. It was very close to the Colonial Zone, and the best thing was how quiet it was you can get a wonderful rest.

The only thing to improve is adding a simple light to light the sofa.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut im Sinne von gut gelegen zu vielen Attraktionen und in einer sicheren Umgebung ABER das Zimmer mit Balkon lag direkt gegenüber eines Nachtclubs der bis 4 Uhr morgens offen hatte und richtig laut Musik spielte. Die Klima war gegen Gebühr aber es gab einen Deckenventilator, der einwandfrei funktioniert hat und gratis war.

Das Badezimmer war wirklich nicht sauber. 3x Kakalaken darin rumgekrabbelt. Toilettenpapier hätte man im Vorrat im Zimmer lagern können, stattdessen musste man nachfragen und bekam dann eine einzige Rolle. Die Rezeptionistin hätte ruhig erwähnen können, dass der Nachtclub und der Colmado (auch laut Musik spielend) gleich gegenüber sind und es in der Nacht schon mal lauter werden kann.

Es un lugar muy recomendado en cuanto a precio y ubicación si quieres conocer la zona colonial de Sto Domingo que es la parte más turística de la ciudad.

el lugar es muy bonito y limpio, la terraza es muy tranquila y fue super buena para tomar alguito en nuestra estancia ya que no pudimos ir a la playa. las toallas y la ropa de cama estaban super limpias y olian bien.

seria bueno fumigar ya que en la parte de atras en otro predio guadan cosas y aveces se ven plagas.

I like the location of the place everything was within walking distance from El Conde El Malecon, and various restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful as well. Will be staying again.

The manager (Daria) of the apartment complex is very pleasant, helpful and communicative. After a few sleepless nights I was unsatisfied with the noise experienced in apartment 304. The loud music being played by people in a neighbouring property was a matter completely outside the control of the management but I was offered an apartment in another part of the building. Problem solved! Good location for those who want to be in the centre of Zona Colonial.

The fact that nobody is available to contact in an emergency was a slight concern. The building in itself is safe and well secured. Although I personally avoid the use of AC, the fact that there is an separate charge for it should have been made clear at the outset. It's not an unreasonable charge but this should be clearly advertised on the website so that potential customers can be made aware.

I have no complaints

I spent 4 nights in this apartment hotel. The building is old, and the stairwells are dark. The furniture is also old, but sturdy and well-built. The ceiling is high, which makes the room feel spacious. The building was quiet. I didn't hear my neighbors at all. The kitchen had a table, chairs, fridge, and stove. No microwave. You must bring your own matches to light the stove. You pay extra if you want the air conditioner, but I didn't use it. The ceiling fan worked well enough for me. The bed was comfortably firm. WiFi was okay, but dropped the connection at times. There is a lovely rooftop patio with plenty of seating, both covered and uncovered. Weirdly, there is a microwave on the rooftop, which I didn't discover until my last day at the apartment. The apartment is only about a 15-minute walk to the beach. It's also only a few minutes walk from Calle El Conde, the busy, gritty, pedestrian street with shops, vendors, restaurants, and a large grocery store.

1. There are windows with shutters in the kitchen and bedroom, but they don't have screens. If you open the shutters, mosquitoes come in. There is no mosquito net over the bed, so you must keep the windows closed, which makes the rooms quite dark. 2. I chose a room with a balcony that faced the street because I like city activity. However, the street was strewn with trash, and the surrounding buildings were dilapidated and covered with graffiti. It also wasn't very lively except on the weekend when the music from the bar lasted until 3 AM. There was no balcony furniture, and the chairs from the kitchen wouldn't fit through the balcony door. I recommend getting a room in the rear. Don't pay extra for the balcony. 3. The office is closed most of the time. You must contact the manager by WhatsApp if you need anything. 4. The apartment looked dreary, and the surrounding area looked unsafe. However, I walked around alone and no one bothered me. I didn't like the apartment or the area immediately surrounding it. Even though it was cheap, I wouldn't stay there again.

The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Colonial Zone. The apartment had everything which one would need for a shorter or a longer stay. A great bakery was just in front of the house. The staff members were very helpful and cooperative.

Amazing location, great shops, cafes, and restaurants around. Very spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Nice view from the windows and gorgeous rooftop terrace. The girl at the reception, as well as the cleaning lady, were very helpful and attentive. I do not think there is a better place to stay in Santo Domingos Colonial Zone.

I stayed many times at this hotel when I come to Santo Domingo, and I'm always happy with what I get. Small cozy apartment with a big bedroom and a small kitchen and fridge, super nice staff, perfectly located, and one the cheapest price in la Zona for this kind of hotels. On top of that the hotel has a super cute terrasse, and your room doesn't face the main street, which in Santo Domingo, is something that you would want :)

The location is very good, just a block to El Conde street where jou can enjoy walking around and find restaurant and bars. The room has a small kitchen which we didn't used, but we found it clean with all accessories

The apartment is very well located, simple but has everything you need for a good stay and quick cooking if needed. The big plus is the quietness of the place, in a vibrant city like Santo Domingo you like to have a good sleep, and this was the case.
