Pool could have been cleaner. The position is close to the Pub Street area, but this street is busy and crowded and hazardous to walk along.

Tivemos um grande desconforto com o passeio agendado pela acomodação, foi nos cobrado 35usd a mais do que o combinado. Fiz contato com o gerente que fez as reservas, o mesmo tentou alegar um mal entendido e não nos reembolsou. Não reservem seus passeios com o hotel.

Le lieu est un peu à l’abandon surtout côté piscine. Les chambres sont sommaires comme le petit déjeuner ! Il y a eu un changement de direction et ça se ressent fortement. Pour info le manager français n’est plus là

Emplacement parfait, le centre-ville et les markets sont accessibles en 5min à pieds. Personnel adorable, très à l’écoute. Chambre spacieuse et confort correct, petit déjeuner salé copieux et fait sur demande. J’ai pu booker directement via l’hôtel un tour des temples d’Angkor en tuktuk sur 2j, gros coup de coeur pour mon chauffeur Mr Kao ! J’ai passé un super séjour à Siem Reap :)

La salle de bain de la chambre où j’étais aurait besoin d’être rafraîchie. La peinture s’écaille, les joints de la douche sont abîmés, pas de gel douche et le pommeau de la douche à changer, le jet est de mauvaise qualité du à des fuites. L’eau chaude mériterait d’être un peu plus chaude. Pas de télécommande pour la tv…

Localização excelente, perto da parte mais agitada da cidade mas longe o suficiente para ser silencioso. Toda a equipe que tivemos contato foram extremamente amáveis e cordiais. Quarto enorme, com 2 banheiros. Café da manhã muito gostoso e caprichado.

A small cozy space, away from the noise, yet within walking distance to Pub Street. Rooms are a bit small and dated, but AC works well and there is hot water in the shower. Couldn’t ask for more at this price. The staff is super friendly and shall go the extra mile to make you comfortable. Shoutout to V for all the help during my stay.

There is an issue with mosquitoes getting into the room the moment you open the door.

La gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel. La qualité de la chambre et des équipements proposés. La localisation de l’hôtel (proche du centre ville et à 15 minutes en scooter des premiers temples). Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Le bar et le restaurant. C’était juste génial, nous avons adoré notre séjour, on s’en souviendra et on souhaite remercier l’ensemble du personnel une nouvelle fois.

Le bruit de la rue était un peu dérangeant pour quelqu’un qui n’a pas un sommeil profond.

Très bruyant jusque tard dans la nuit, piscine gelée, un des deux matelas complètement défoncé, pas de ménage du tout dans la chambre en 5 jours, 3 chaussons sur 4, 1 seule serviette (la 2eme n'est jamais arrivée malgré nos demandes). Bref pour le prix, il y a beaucoup mieux ailleurs !

Das Hotel (Eingang übersieht man schnell) ist ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Man benötigt nur 10 min bis zur Pub Street. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Bad und Schlafzimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Es gab genügend Ablageflächen. Alles funktionierte: A/C, TV, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Warmwasser. Stilvoll eingerichtet. Viel Holz.

I'm Bad könnten ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen gemacht werden. (Fugen, Haken an der Wand, wackliger Toilettensitz)

Très léger comme petit dej... Toasts ou pancake +Un seul café ou thé.... Alors qu'il n'arrive pas forcément en même temps que les pancakes.... Le 2eme est à payer... Un peu mesquin... Partout le café est à volonté.. Pas de jus de fruits ☹️

Le petit dej +la bouilloire est à un endroit de la chambre où il n'y a pas de prise +il a fallu demander du savon pour les mains +un tapis de bain +pas de serviette pour les mains et un seul crochet pour les serviettes dans une chambre pour deux

Location is very close to the pub street.

The property was listed as having a parking space, but in reality there was no parking available. I was required to park my vehicle on the road, which was unsafe and also blocked traffic. I had specifically searched for a property with parking and made the booking based on the facilities mentioned on Booking.com. However, after arriving at the property, I was informed that there was no parking space and that I should park on the roadside. I politely asked whether I could cancel the booking without any charges, and the reception staff agreed to this. Based on that confirmation, I cancelled the booking on Booking.com and immediately booked another property. Unfortunately, after this, the hotel rejected my cancellation request. When I contacted the manager to discuss the issue, the conversation was unpleasant and unprofessional, which was disappointing. I am sharing this experience in the hope that the property details can be made more accurate in the future, so that guests can make informed decisions with confidence.

Great staff and ideal location

Staff went above & beyond with us everyday, always smiling, happy, they were fantastic, really nice people, and very welcoming. Big clean room, breakfast fresh and made to order, clean swimming pool.

Only issue (not the hotels fault) was a lot of dogs barking at a property nearby. We love dogs and have a few ourselves at home, but this was the worst we've heard dogs barking and it did interrupt our sleep.

I booked the private twin room. It was very comfodtable and spacious. There was a dividing barrier between the shower and the toilet which I appreciated. The shower had hot water. The AC was good

Had arranged with hotel for a car to pick us up at the airport. upon arrival, no car/driver. Luckily able to access internet and then find we had tickets reserved for the airport bus, which we had to repay, of course. Then get a tuk tuk from bus station to hotel. Was not impressed. We were not told no car pick up prior to finding out on nightitme arrival.

la chambre était très grande, propre, très agréable. le personnel était super. ils ont accepté de nous faire le petit déjeuner à emporter à 4H30 du matin, pour que nous puissions partir visiter les temples d'Angkor, et nous ont permis de prendre une douche avant notre bus. le logement est également très bien situé, à cinq minutes à pieds du vieux marché, de la pub street etc.

si son bon emplacement est un point positif, il a un envers négatif : être proche de la pub street signifie que c'est un peu bruyant le soir. mais rien de très grave.

Sometimes, the music from the bar was a little too loud, and Wi-Fi was not very reliable.

El personal muy servicial y atento. El chico de recepción nos ofreció guardar el equipaje después de hacer el check out y nos consiguió taxi para ir al aeropuerto. La cama muy cómoda! Habitación enorme!

El baño se inundaba un poco pero nada grave. Había un poco de olor a humedad en la habitación pero ventilado se le quitaba.

In this price range I don’t think there’s a better hotel in Siem Reap. The service, cleanliness, restaurant, bar, décor, and vibe can’t be beat. Comfortable, quiet, and spacious rooms. Good balconies. And just a short walk to the river and Night Market area. Best of all is the staff, who are professional, dutiful, kind, thoughtful, and endlessly helpful. My heartfelt thanks to everyone at La Villa for such an enjoyable stay.

Five-star experience all the way. It’s a small hotel just a stone’s throw from the main tourist area in town, yet is quiet, affordable, and has a relaxed and welcoming vibe. It has an excellent restaurant with with Western and Asian options, quality bar and pool table, clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms, excellent food (be sure to take advantage of the delicious breakfast), and a swimming pool with inviting greenery and plenty of shade. But it’s the staff who are the real stars of the show here, polite as can be and consistently delivering first-class service. Hats off to everyone here who work so hard to ensure such a high-quality guest experience. I’ve extended my stay twice and couldn’t be happier.

Hotel situato in posizione centrale e comodissima per visitare Siem Reap a piedi. Pulizia ottima della hall, zone comuni e stanza molto spaziosa. Lo staff è molto simpatico, parlano inglese perfettamente e sono ben disposti a dare consigli Il quartiere è tranquillo, lontano dal casino incessante du pub street.

Sin duda el personal, fueron muy amables y serviciales en todo momento. El horario de la piscina era amplio, lo cual nos permitió disfrutar bastante. La comida en general estaba muy buena también; el desayuno no es tipo buffet, sino por sets (diferentes opciones) y todos los que probamos nos gustaron mucho. La habitación amplia y la cama muy cómoda.

A pesar de que estaba todo muy limpio, las instalaciones eran un poco viejas y alguna vez encontramos bichos en la habitación, sobre todo por la noche.

Everyone working at the hotel are really really nice and they care about your stay. We checked out yesterday and had a late bus, but they made sure that we could use the pool, take a shower, whatever we needed before we left. We also took tours with Anan, and he was brilliant and always offered to take photos! We had a lot of fun on the days out with him. The staff was definitely the highlight of our stay! They always greeted us with a smile and were really attentive and helpful. The family room we stayed at was really comfortable, it had two separate bedroom areas and two bathrooms, which was a big plus. The place is a 5-10min walk from Pub Street, a very central location but far enough to relax without the noise and activity.

It's a bit difficult to find as to get to the rooms you have to go through a restaurant/bar area which has a sign with a different name (Villa Sans Souci).

Our stay at the hotel was very good. The service provided by all the staff was exemplary and Michel was very helpful, always looking for a solution to our requests, especially when we asked to change rooms and during checkout when they were very flexible with the times. And the location is very good.
