Fuji View Hotel

The environment, the attention to the detail and the amenities, very nice. They offer free shuttle to the train/bus station every hour and there is also a bath for you to visit. Breakfast is great also, there are two chefs cooking for you either pancakes or eggs and omelette!

The staff were extremely helpful in arranging our transport and excursions. The room was great having a view of Mt Fuji (when it wasn't covered in cloud). Breakfast was great and catered for all cuisines.

The grounds were beautiful. The hotel was well maintained. Observation deck was nice. Wine bar by the glass was a great idea.

The price of the room was not worth what I received. The view of the vulcano includes a view of the road. When we arrived we were told the restaurant was closed for a private dinner and we had to take a taxi to find dinner.

El hotel está en muy buenas condiciones. Los jardines del exterior son muy lindos. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas. El ofuro muy limpio y agradable. El spa pequeño y no muy aislado del ruido exterior, pero los masajes deliciosos y las masajistas muy buenas. Tomamos un masaje de 2 horas en pareja. Una hora masaje facial y otra hora de cuerpo, fue una delicia! La comida muy buena!

I liked the Onsen and location next to the lake

Soba s pogledom na Mt. Fuji je prostrana, ugodna i dobro opremljena. Onsen radi od 6 u jutro, te do kasno navečer tako da se može dobro planirati s aktivnotistima. Uzeli smo bicikle u Kawaguchicko station te došli do hotela za 15 tak minuta. Bili smo nagrađeni- ujutro smo imali predivan pogled na Mt Fuji. Za one koji nemaju sobu s pogledom, postoji u hotelu mjesto za promatranje kroz veliki prozor. Doručak iz snova, doslovno.

Sve je bilo kako je opisano i kako smo očekivali.

看板が出ていたのでホテルまでの道がわかりやすかった。部屋からのロケーションは最高！河口湖と山間の景色がとてもよかった。道から入った緑に囲まれた静かな場所にホテルがありとてもよかった。大浴場、レストランもとてもよかった。

1階ロビーでのコーヒーサービスが12時～17までだったので、21時ごろまでやっていればロビーで珈琲飲みながら読書できていいと思った。部屋かロビーに読書ができるくらいのスタンドがあればいいと思った。

Sehr freundliches Personal! Tolles Haus, tolles großes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sensationell. Das frisch zubereitete japanische Omelette war der Hammer! Tolle Sportmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände.

Les chambres avec vue sur le Mont Fuji offrent une pleine vue sur le Mont et permettent de se donner toutes les chances de le voir, dès qu'il est découvert. Elles vous offrent aussi la possibilité du lever et coucher de soleil sur le Mont et de voir de nuit les lumières des randonneurs qui montent au sommet... D'autres petits salons et l'observatoire sous les toits permettent de donner à tous les clients de l'hôtel également la possibilité d'admirer le Mont. Les chambres japonaises permettent de dormir sur un futon et tatami, c'est une excellente expérience Le petit déjeuner est réellement fabuleux. Face au Mont. Le personnel est parfait La navette vers la gare est super efficace On peut louer des vélos pour faire le tour du Lac

You have a Great view of Mt Fuji. The 6th floor has 2 different observation rooms to view the entire surroundings. The included breakfast was great, so many options. We had dinner one night, French cuisine, it was very good. The Fuji View shuttle picked up right at the Kawaguchi station. Rooms were very spacious, included a couch and chair. Bikes were available but too rainy during our stay

Liquor have been nice if they had a bar. They did however have a wine machine, they were small like 5 oz pours but were just $6 a glass

Very very small rooms (I had 3). The carpet in the room smells bad. Poor maintenance—in one room, the sink was broken and taped/glued together, and in the second room, the bathtub was broken and they asked us not to use it. Not value for money.

Der Name ist Programm! Die Aussicht auf den Fuji war einmalig! Das Personal ist sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit.

The hotel is well kept and close to the lake. Surrounded by lush greenery and lawns, it has a beautiful garden out the front that frames up a great shot of the peak of Fuji on a clear day. We had a Fuji view room and woke up to a clear view of Mount Fuji right outside our window. We had a hire car, but if we didn’t; they have a convenient shuttle service to and from the station which would be helpful getting into town. They also have bikes and e-scooters for hire. We didn’t have food booked in but walked 7 mins to the konbini as well as to a charming local restaurant close to the end of the hotel driveway. Our room was clean and neat. The staff at the reception desk were all super lovely and chilled. Parking out front was easy.

I liked everything about this hotel. It was a quiet relaxing short stay with wonderful views. Staff were very professional and friendly throughout, from the porter service to check-in to those in the Breakfast, dining, lounge and other areas. Breakfast selection was perfectly balanced and also offered was a very good selection of non-meat foods and fruits of a high quality.

A smaller price in the stay for longer visits would have been welcoming as I really would have loved to have stayed a week or so. Dated decor noticeable. The only thing I did not like was having to leave this hotel. I had paid for a mountain view and the view offered, while waking in the morning could not have been more beautiful.

Nous avions choisi une chambre avec vue sur le mont Fuji : un vrai must, la vue est tout simplement exceptionnelle ! Nous avons également dîné à l’hôtel et avons beaucoup apprécié le menu viande. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter, notamment pour l’expérience unique d’une chambre face au mont Fuji.

Le design de la réception et de la salle de restauration nous a semblé un peu froid et manque de chaleur, ce qui est dommage compte tenu du potentiel exceptionnel de l’établissement et de son environnement.

Apesar de o hotel ficar numa localização maravilhosa com um jardim muito bonito e zona de golfe, fica um pouco fora da cidade o que obriga andar de transportes. A partir de uma determinada hora só é possível ir à cidade a pé ou de táxi. A pé ainda são alguns km’s.

Oferta śniadaniowa bogata, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, wszystko bardzo dobre, nigdy nie było tłoku, zawsze było dla nas miejsce, nigdy za niczym nie czekaliśmy. Fantastyczny onsen i pokoje w stylu japońskim - dla nas niesamowite doświadczenie. Przemiła i bardzo pomocna obsługa. Autobus hotelowy dodatkowym atutem. Czysto i schludnie.

Wszystko mi się podobało, jednak cena mogłaby być delikatnie bardziej przystępna.

Très beau jardin autour de l’hôtel, service de navette gratuite jusqu’au village. Très belle vue sur le Fuji. Chambre traditionnelle ryokan. Très beau onsen. Très bon petit déjeuner et très varié.

Nous avons testé le restaurant de l’hôtel et je trouve les prix excessifs par rapport aux restaurants.

Nous avons adoré la vue sur le mont Fuji depuis la chambre ainsi que les bains publics accessibles jusque tard dans la soirée. Le calme du lieu était très appréciable pour faire une petite pause dans nos road trip. Merci également au personnel, gentil, bienveillant et prévenant.

We had a traditional style Fuji View room and it was spectacular. Waking up to the view of Fuji at sunset will go down as a core memory for myself and my husband. The hotel itself was great, the facilities were 10/10 including the Onsen.

We only had one night to stay, but I wish there was more!!

Het uitzicht op de Fuji was formidabel.

Alles was helemaal oké, alleen de wijn zou ik de volgende keer laten staan (die was van mindere kwaliteit).

We hadden uitzicht op de Mount Fuji, dat was fantastisch. De onsen waren heerlijk. Kamers groot en een heerlijk bed. Rustig en een gratis pendelbus naar het dorp waar we graag gebruik van maakten.

Prachtige locatie, heerlijke Onsen, ruime kamers. Alles helemaal top. Fietsen lenen was ook handig

Alles was goed. Er staat alleen in de recensies dat restaurants ver weg zijn en je dus aangewezen ben op hotel. Dat is niet waar. Er is meer dan genoeg op prima loopafstand te vinden. Midden tussen de locals eten, wel zo leuk!

Great place to stay if you want to see or hike Mount Fuji. It is so beautiful here with a garden view and sadly the mountain view did not allow us to see the mountain because of clouds cover. But the garden view was spectacular. We stayed here twice - the night before climbing and the night after. The breakfast buffet was great but there is no place to eat lunch or dinner for our group so we walked to a local pizza place in town which was great. Also the shuttle into town is very convenient to go find food and to go out.

First of all the property is absolutely stunning and very well looked after. It sits on a stunning part of the lake with 10/10 views all the way round. The staff were absolutely excellent. There’s a free shuttle but to and from the main station every hour.

Only down side is how tight the bathroom is, but don’t let that put you off you can still do everything you need to comfortably.

Das Restaurant: in dem Informationsblatt stand das es japanische Küche gibt, aber es gab nur französisches Menü. Die Portionen waren für eine A la cart Bestellung viel zu klein. Zimmer Reinigung: ich war extra bis kurz vor 11 nicht im Zimmer hatte dann aber keine Geduld mehr auf die Reinigung zu warten. Dann wurde mir ein Zettel unter der Tür hineingeschoben wo drauf steht das sie um 10 Uhr reinigen wollten aber nicht konnten weil das „do not disturb” Schild von mir angebracht war. Das habe ich aber erst kurz vor 11 gemacht

Ficamos em um quarto bem espaçoso e que acomodava quatro pessoas em futons, as crianças adoraram usar o traje tradicional, chinelos e meias oferecidas na acomodação. Café da manhã excepcional com opções tanto orientais quanto ocidentais. O hotel oferece área especial para visualizar e fotografar o Monte Fuji, além dos banhos públicos, um diferencial e tanto, com ambiente bem organizado e com água deliciosamente quente.

Difícil mesmo é chegar de outra cidade até lá, mas a viagem vale a pena de qualquer jeito e o hotel conta com um transporte próprio e gratuito com saída a cada 1h aproximadamente e que funciona entre hotel e estação Kawaguchiko.

Todo!! La limpieza, las vistas al monte Fuji, el desayuno riquísimo, la ubicación, la tranquilidad que se respira! Si vuelvo a Japón, volveré seguro a alojarme!

Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen, da das Hotel mitten in der Natur liegt - eine perfekte Gelegenheit, um sich eine Pause von der Großstadt zu gönnen. Außerdem war das Frühstück hervorragend und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

The rooms were great, fabulous views. The location was beautiful..very close to the lake. Went for a walk and a run during our stay there..very quiet and charming area. Beautiful gardens. Even did some nice shopping at the hotel shop. Bonus tip for travelers - HIdden Gem - Must go and see the Itchiku Kubota Art Museum - spectacular private collection of very special kimonos by a Japanese master craftsman.

It woudl have been nice for teh windows to have an insect mesh as given the nice weather and with a balcony room we woudl have liked to sleep with the windows open but were unsure about the insects coming in.

La stanza è in stile Giappone tradizionale, con futon a terra (da provare almeno una volta) . Il bagno è composto da 3 differenti locali: uno con il wc, uno con doccino e vasca separati dal locale dove c'è solo il lavandino.

Nonostante la stanza vista montagna, seppur la struttura non possa farci nulla, il brutto tempo non ci ha permesso di vedere il monte Fuji e abbiamo trovato la funivia chiusa (l' abbiamo scoperto ormai troppo tardi).

环境，服务，员工都很好，晚餐也很用心，我最后等shuttle bus时还在酒店一楼的商店买了一条裙子，很好，自行车很好，还可以变速，收费也合理！

唯一遗憾的就是酒店的房间隔音不好，是我去过日本这么多次，能听到隔壁客人很晚还在聊天，说笑的，（大概夜里1点左右，两个晚上不同客人都可以听到，在这里两个晚上我都没有睡好，这是唯一遗憾！其它都完美！

Der Blick auf den Fuji Berg 10/10! Der Onsen Bereich ein Traum und Tattoo freundlich! Drinnen und außen Bereich - wir haben es dort geliebt. Personal super freundlich. Wir hatten das japanische Zimmer mit Balkon und weiter oben - super klassisch und wirklich süß. Shuttle Bus! Gute Zeiten und immer pünktlich.

Das Frühstück war leider nicht gut.
