It was o.k. Had a good t.v. and most facilities.

Awkward to enter, looked dated, not great condition, shower in poor condition, bed linen had marks on it.

Upon arrival we could not get on stood there for 40 minutes trying until another guest showed us how to use the card for entry, no instructions provided regarding how to enter. My friend and myself also showed 5 other guests how to enter . Once we got onto our apartment, we were so dissatisfied, it smelled musty and was dirty. Minimal crockery, cutlery. Not even a corkscrew or bottle opener. Linen was dollar store junk, beds and pillows were rubbish . Shower had a pipe for rainfall shower head but no head, pipe not connected to water. Hand held shower head but no where to hang it on the wall.

The property was damaged. Multiple things such as hair dryer, clothe dryer, door handle were all broken. The house did not have any toilet materials to clean. The wifi only worked in the living room. The owner/whoever was in charge did not communicate with us at all. All three nights I kept texting and calling but no response. Even though the listing says parking is paid he did not give us directions. He said to park in the blue slots for one night, the next night he did not respond to ny messages or calls so I ended up driving for 30mins in the neighborhood to find a place to park.

Everything was very old and almost to pieces.

Eigenlijk overal zie je viezigheden of beschadigingen: scheuren in tafel, vlekken op iedere stoel en bank, stucwerk dat loslaat op meerdere plekken, viezigheid in randjes van badkamer, balkondeur die niet goed dichtgaat, douchekop die niet werkt, planken en schilderijen die scheef hangen.

Microwave dirty and not working correctly (plate not revolving), host informed but no response, some slime on shower partition, key cards took many attempts to enter apartment, kitchen utensils minimal, very small cups, ok for espresso but not tea, some items on itinery not there such as kettle and iron, could do with extra pillows, balcony table could do with restaining

Disappointing stay with several basic necessities missing The apartment itself was spacious and had good potential, but unfortunately, our two-night stay was quite disappointing. There were several basic essentials missing that made the apartment less comfortable and convenient than expected. Although there was a washing machine, there were no cleaning supplies provided. There was also a coffee machine, but no coffee or anything to use with it. The electricity also had some issues during our stay, which was inconvenient. The biggest disappointment was that there was no Wi-Fi at all, which is a major issue, especially when traveling and relying on internet access for navigation and communication. On top of that, the street where the apartment is located had a very unpleasant smell, which made the surroundings uncomfortable. Overall, while the apartment was spacious, the lack of basic amenities, electricity issues, no Wi-Fi, and the unpleasant smell outside significantly affected our experience. With better maintenance and the addition of essential supplies and reliable internet, the stay could have been much better.

Staff helped us getting a new parking spot after ours was occupied by someone else

It’s summer in Zurich, it gets hot, specially in the last floor. No proper shading/black out in the rooms windows. Not much kitchen accessories for a long stay. Location is OK, but in a very specific zone of Zurich…

Es roch nach Rauch, obwohl es eine rauchfreie Wohnung sein sollte. Die ganzen Möbel waren schon sehr abgerockt. Wir haben nur kurz am Tag der Abreise einen Teil unseres Gepäcks weggebracht und als wir zurück kamen, stand die Wohnungstür bereits offen und die Putzkolonne war da. Dabei hatten wir noch fast eine Stunde bis zum Check Out.

De afstand tot aan het hoofdstation voor treinen was ver. Er was weinig voorzien om de warme dagen te trotseren. Het in- en uitchecken gebeurde aan een automaat, wat op zich geen probleem is, maar wel als op voorhand gemeld wordt dat de tijden beperkt zijn, wat een hoop stress heeft bezorgt, door de vertraging van de trein, en dus niet nodig was.

Being told Check in was between 3pm and 8pm, and that we would need to pay extra for later Check in and then that Check in was available until 11pm with no extra charge. Reservation number did not work. In the apartment one bedroom was missing a curtain so was very bright early in the morning, otter bedroom curtains were also coming off curtain rail. Headboards had greasy marks on. Only 3 very small glass tumblers for up to 4 people to use.

It‘s old and needs a reset of furniture etc. the sofa, curtains etc smell very bad and like someone smoked! They need to be deep cleaned and interior could be a bit more inviting. The entire flat doesn’t have a positive energy at all. We were on the ground floor and it was very noisy to sleep comfortably there.

It was really clean property and the stuff were flexible we checked in late and they answered our call when it was late. And we checked out at 12:00 pm they were nice. But little far from my work. But I recommend it.

Großes Apartment mit genügend Platz auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Besonders hat uns der Balkon zum Innenhof gefallen, der auch an heißen Tagen dank der großen Bäume immer schön schattig war.

Es hat weder an der großen Couch noch am Schreibtisch oder an den Nachtkästchen eine Stehlampe oder ein Leselicht o.ä.. Die Deckenbeleuchtung ist nicht gemütlich und reicht zum Lesen oder für Schreibarbeiten am Abend nicht aus! Der Zahnputzbecher im Bad war schmutzig. Teller und Besteck sind ausreichend, aber es hat nur 2 kleine Kaffeetassen, 2 kleine Gläser und 1 Minipfanne (zu klein um Rührei für 2 Personen zuzubereiten). Da könnte gern etwas aufgestockt werden!

The kids and us really liked the whole deal.. This is very good value for money. The flat is spacious, clean and bright. Washing and drying machines, dish washer, TV. Quiet street. Transports (bus and tram) nearby. Groceries, restaurants as well. Besides the staff is very reactive and trying to accommodate as much as possible. We will come back if we do another trip to Zurich.

A suggestion would be to add an air con, as it could be hot when there is a heat wave. Another thing that could be improved is the door, which can't be locked from the inside. So if you have small kids, you may need to be careful with that.

Die Unterkunft ( in unserem Fall: Zimmer 2103) war sehr verwohnt. Vorhänge in allen Zimmern hingen nicht mehr komplett an der Decke, Geschirr ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Zustand der Wohnung war alles andere als einladend.

1.客服回复的很慢，因为不熟悉瑞士的入住系统自助服务机。所以办入住的时候，我会问在线的客服。但是问了好几个问题，接连一直都没有回复。都是我们自己摸索出来的。 2.房间里面很闷热，想找他们要空调，回复的很慢很慢。到了第二天以后，也是敷衍的回了一句。全程两天一直都没有空调，因为房子比较大，跟个蒸笼一样，特别特别的绝望 特别的绝望，非常的热 3.洗手间的洗漱杯子还有水渍，很不干净，明显看出来很脏 4.没有一次性拖鞋，没有牙膏牙刷，也没有餐巾纸可以提供，只有上厕所的那种卫生纸。 5.入户门没有反锁的装置。 太热了太热了太热了，我很不喜欢。消极的服务态度，没有空调实在是太难受了。给我这次的瑞士体验画了一个不完美的句号。 6.电视没有信号。 7.也没有 WiFi 用 建议最近还要去苏黎世旅游的，一定要找一个有空调提供的民宿或者酒店。不然的话真的很难过，其他的也都可以忍掉，但是这种空调这种没有的话，就真的容易超越人体的忍受极限

angenehme Grösse des Apartments, ausreichende Ausstattung, Lage und Schlüsselausgabe via Automat ist ok, sauber und durchaus gemütliche Atmosphäre

Ich hatte bewusst ein Apartment mit Balkon gebucht, leider wieder ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss bekommen, wo es keine Balkone gibt. Bei meiner ersten Buchung in dem Haus war aus auch so. Mein Anruf und meine Beschwerde bei der Vermietungsgesellschaft wurde ignoriert. Da mir der Balkon sehr wichtig war, werde ich dort nicht mehr buchen. Ansonsten kleine Mängel: Geschirrspüler war nicht ausgeräumt, keine Halterung für Duschkopf, kein Korkenzieher, kein Bügelbrett obwohl als vorhanden angegeben, oft lauter Lärm im Hausflur - sehr hörbar

Livingdowntown of Zurich must be the worst apartment management I have dealt with in the last 30 years. I collected the key cards from the machine in the street and tried to enter the apartment. Maybe I missed something, but the cards weren't touch cards, each touch terminal had to pushed in to work. On entering the apartment, we found 1 No microwave 2 Just 4 coat hangers for an apartment for four 3 No bedside lamps 4 There was a TV, but no electrical cable nor antenna cable - so was useless. 5 One of the bedrooms has a curtain which covered only half the window 6 There was no information folder nor info about the WiFi password 7 In the kitchen there were just 2 wine glasses and about 6 small glasses. There were 6 small cups, but no mugs - apart from us, for paying a lot for substandard accommodation and management. 8 There were only 2 large pans, which would need about 2 litres of water to boil and egg - and no frying pan. 9 No sink plug to stop the water escaping in kitchen and no sink plug in the bathroom. 10 There is a locked safe but it appears the key is lost, so it can't be used. On the first day we sent WhatsApp messages to the company - no response. Day 2, I tried ringing - no reply, so another message. I tried ringing later on and this time someone answered. I explained the problems and was assured that they would send someone round straightaway. We waited in, and, of course, no-one came. Day 3, we went to the company offices but it appears to be an accommodation address as the company name wasn't listed on the board outside. I rang again and spoke to a male who clearly had read my messages and promised me some action. Later, an old frying pan and an old microwave were installed, plus cables for the TV. We are still waiting for bedside lamps and coat hangers. Inevitably, on occasions, there will be minor issues and in the past they have been dealt with promptly.

It’s extremely hot inside the apartment, No Aircondition, no fan, no ventilation, no WiFi, no microwave, refrigerator didn’t work well.

We tried over four times to use the machine to get keys. tried to phone , phones didn't work. Kind lady in the nearest pup phoned for us .They told her the machine wasn't working and that they would reset it. When we finally got to the apartment the cleaners hadn't cleaned despite it being an hour after check in time. So we had to sit on the balcony and wait. The one only pillow was cheap and lumpy.

The location was good, next to public transport but also within a lovely neighbourhood with great bars, shops and restaurant nearby. The hosts provided us with a good travel cot and bedding for our toddler which makes our trip much easier.

Some of the furniture and bathroom is a bit tired and could use an upgrade. Better pillows in the bedroll on would be good but overall comfortable for a long weekend stay for the price.

Staff were very helpful and ensured we had answers to questions about accessing the room and parking. We enjoyed the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room, the private balcony overlooking a courtyard, and the other amenities including a kitchen, washer and dryer, and a lift. It's within walking distance to transit and grocery stores. Staff worked hard to make our stay enjoyable.

Daire temizdi ve balkon olması güzeldi. Kahve makinesi ve kapsül vardı. Su ısıtıcısı, bulaşık ve çamaşır makinesi, ütü vb olması iyiydi.Merkeze yürüme mesafesi 25 dk görünüyordu biz tramvay kullandık tramvay duraklarına da 5-10 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi.Gitmeden önceki gün check in işlemleri için bilgi istedim mail yoluyla. Ben istemesem gönderilir miydi bilmiyorum. Check in için aynı sokakta karşı binada yer alan makineye rezervasyon numarasını girdikten sonra daire anahtarını aldık ve sıkıntısız giriş yaptık.

Eve sinmiş bir sigara kokusu vardı. Daire kapısında kilit vb hiç bir önlem yoktu gece de bazı tıkırtılar sesler gelince biraz tedirgin olduk açıkçası. Mutfak araç gereçleri yönünden yetersizdi bence çatal,kaşık yoktu. Check out 11:00 olmasına rağmen 10:00 da temizlik için kapımız çalındı. Zaten çıkmak üzereydik ama en azından 11:00 e kadar beklenebilir. Yorgan bir tane vardı ve o da iki kişi için çok küçüktü.

Nice location, plenty of room for the 4 of us. Also the staff were quite nice and we got early access to the building (with help from management because the self check-in did not work for us).

Need a couple more pots, small ones. Also bathroom vanity is looking quite tired where splashed from shower. Need bedside lamps, only had ceiling light. The safe in the closet was closed so could not open to use and there were no hangers in the closet. One of the desk drawers had no knob. Last there was no power cord for the TV so could not use and clock not working

Internet was slow. Bathroom cabinets edges not in good condition.

Un store HS dans une des chambres non réparé durant le séjour, quelques signes d’usure de l’appartement, des couverts pas forcément en bon nombre, des produits de toilette mentionnés mais non présents (juste du savons pour les mains)

Self-catering kitchen lacked cooking utensils (e.g. a spatula) and condiments like salt and oil (to be fair maybe it's normal in Zurich not to provide these). Also no laundry detergent for the washing machine (again, maybe this was normal for Zurich).

Sijainti oli ok, kulkuyhteydet hyvät ja kaupat lähellä. Huoneisto oli ihan ok, tosin paljon oli mainittu sellaista mitä ei ollut.

Huoneiston koko oli riittävä kahdelle hengelle, mutta varatessa koko oli mainittu 65 neliömetriä, todellisuudessa huoneiston koko oli noin 42 neliömetriä. Parveketta ei ollut, eikä pääsyä mainitulle kattoterassille. Varusteissa mainittua mikroaaltouunia ei ollut. Astioita oli minimimäärä, eli jokaisen käyttökerran jälkeen oli tiskattava, että seuraavalle aterialle oli astiat.

No es Premiun. Es cómodo pero su equipamiento es mediocre . No funcionaba la caja de seguridad y lo hice saber en cuanto llegue . En 3 días nadie se ocupó. No tiene ni un velador . La almohada mala , una sola . Poca iluminación en el Ambiente principal y mucho olor a cigarrillo.

Die Unterkunft war leider sehr abgenutzt. Es waren Brandflecken auf Möbeln. Die Wände waren schon gelb von wahrscheinlich langen rauchen. Generell wurde anscheinend sehr viel geraucht in der Wohnung da sie komplett stinkt.

Die Lage war relativ zentral. Die Aufenthaltsräume sind relativ groß. Alle Ansprüche an Minimalisten wurden erfüllt.

Die Küche war spartarnisch bis gar nicht eingerichtet. Koch und Kühlgeräte waren vorhanden, aber Küchenutensilien wie z.B. ausreichend Gläser oder Koch und Backutensilien wurden vermiesst.

Ich kann Living Downtown nur empfehlen! Die Lage im Herzen der Stadt ist unschlagbar und das Team ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber und top organisiert. Gerne wieder!"

I liked the premise overall. Pictures are a bit updated than the actual apartment is. Not as fully in the pictures yet not as different either. Location wise is perfect, available options throughout 24/7 m, not as usual in Zh city. Staff over all kind, and understanding. Havent met many rather than the ladies from cleaning department which are lovely, yet about management..had a bit if dissatisfaction considered behavior and communication and strictness , you need to leave at 12 , is fully bookrd. however I then ended up booking online again. Since was all by text messages, I couldn't tell exactly which was who, but still times on a positive note other times negative so a bit difficult to manage. Yet, he allowed ( or another colleague or so) as checking out, 1.5h later than supposed without stressing me out or so...so I'll give it an 8.5 over all. Worth it.

Zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer - insgesamt in Ordnung

Der reservierte Parkplatz war kein wirklicher Parkplatz sondern eine Durchfahrt in einen Hinterhof. Wir parkten lieber auf der Straße. Es gab keine Mikrowelle, wie angegeben. Bei Nachfrage wurde uns geantwortet, es würde eine gebracht. Sie wurde aber nicht geliefert. Die Batterien der FB des TV waren leer. Wir erhielten ein Zimmer in einem anderen Gebäude - Thema Probleme beim Check-in. Sind hin- und hergelaufen, wo unser Zimmer ist.

Das Appartment hat einen Balkon in den herzigen Innenhof ausgerichtet. Ruhige Lage. Hat alles was man benötigt. Aber für die 3 Tage einfach top Preis Leistung! Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Backofen und Mikrowelle & Geschirrspühlmaschine. Alles in allem nicht wirklich was zu beanstanden. Check In ging auch einfach am Automaten.

Die Sauberkeit war soweit okey, könnte mal neu gestrichen werden und allenfalls die fleckigen weissen Vorhänge austauschen.

Die Lage

WC war Schmutzig. TV funktionierte nicht, trotz zweimaligem Hinweis wurde er nicht repariert, am Abfahrtstag wurde nocheinmal darauf hingewiesen, das Personal wusste davon gar nichts. Zimmerdecke verschlossen, nicht benutzbar. Parkplatz: die diesbezügliche Buchung ging anscheinend nicht durch, bei der Bezahlung vor Ort kassierte man die Gebühr von chf 50.- vor Ort in Cash von einem vorbeikommenden Arbeiter oä, die versprochene Quittung per Mail, die sofort geschickt werden sollte, kam NIE an, trotz mehrfachem nachhaken meinerseits. In der 1. Nacht war dann kein Parkplatz frei( von 4), Ansprechpartner auch nicht da , schließlich war es ja 22 Uhr..), wir parkten „ wild“ mit Hinweis im Auto, dementsprechend schlechte Schlafqualität aus Besorgnis vor abschleppen, am nächsten Morgen telefonieren mit Versprechen, das Geld zurück zu bekommen. Blieb nur beim Versprechen. Am nächsten Tag war der Parkplatz wieder besetzt, wurde aber sofort geräumt nach nochmaligem Anruf, war dann in der Nacht auf Bedarf frei: Fazit: Cash in die Täsch geht gar nicht Die Wohnung lebt von der Location, nicht von der Ausstattung oder Service

Ubytovanie bolo vynikajúce. Po príchode a vyzdvihnutí kľúčov od izby som zaplatil parkovné 50 CHF za dve noci. Keď som prišiel na parkovisko, bolo obsadené nakoľko majú iba štyri parkovacie miesta. Volal som na číslo, ktoré bolo na booking, ale nikto mi nedvíhal. Aj na číslo, ktoré bolo na parkovisku bez odozvy. Na druhý deň som písal, ospravedlnili sa mi a že mi zamestnanec vráti peniaze. Nič také sa nestalo. Ubytovanie pekné, ale neodporúčam autom.
