שהינו בציריך ללילה אחד. המקום היה נוח מאוד. שני חדרי שינה - אחד להורים ואחד לילדים, ומטבח מאובזר יחסית בחדר נפרד. אין מזגנים, אלא מאוורר בכל חדר. אבל כשאנחנו היינו זה הספיק.

Tem as coisas básicas para quem está viajando conseguir ficar bem instalado. Por exemplo papel higiênico suficiente, produtos de limpeza básicos, shampoo, condicionador e etc. Tem ainda alguns mimos disponíveis típicos da região para nos receber. Achei bem atencioso.

Encontrei um cabelo dentro do acento do vaso sanitário. Talvez a limpeza pudesse ter sido um pouco melhor nessa região. Mas no geral foi tudo bom.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, the bathtub curtain was dirty, the windows were also very dirty, and there was an extremely strong and unpleasant sewage smell throughout the accommodation. The sofa bed provided was also unacceptable. It can hardly be considered a proper sofa bed, as there is practically no mattress, making it extremely uncomfortable for sleeping. To make matters even worse, we were unexpectedly told that we had to leave urgently on September 12, even though our reservation and payment were valid until September 13. We later learned that this was due to an error by the accommodation. This caused us considerable stress and inconvenience and forced us to find alternative accommodation at very short notice. “A very disappointing stay, with poor cleanliness, a strong sewage smell, a broken elevator, and serious communication issues. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend this accommodation.

المكان في حي جميل وفي الصباح التمشية فيه جميله ،، بالنسبة للمواقف انصح انك توقف سيارتك في المواقف تحت الشقه باللون الأزرق لانها تكون مجانية تقريبا من بعد الساعة 7 مساء حتى 9 صباحا والأحد مجاني ،، فماله داعي تحاتي موضوع المواقف او توقف بعيد لانه المواقف الزرقاء متوفره وبكثره

Muchísimo calor. Muy desagradable al no tener aire acondicionado

Estaba todo muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas. También muy bien conectado por transporte público.

Faltaba una cortina en la ducha y un soporte para colgar la alcachofa de la ducha.

The accommodation was clean and spacious. They also provided coffee and some small snacks, which was a really nice touch. The location was great, not far from the train station, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

The building is liittle bit run - down. The flat was spacious and clean. Tiny elevator. Location is good - transportation is near. The house sits between two busy roads. Suermarket, shops, restaurants - are nearby.

Lift to small for more than 2 people to travel at a time which is a challenge for families with luggage. No AC during summer is an issue.

La ducha al no tener mampara ni cortina es incomoda ya que se sale el agua. El sofá cama para un niño bien para un adulto algo incomodo. Al ser el ultimo piso y llover es bastante llamativo. Si abres ventanas de noche hay mucho ruido. Nos hemos apañado con los ventiladores, pero también es cierto que no ha hecho excesivo calor estos días.

Ev ve apartman oldukça Eski ve bakımsızdı, çocuklarımızın yattığı kanepe çökmüştü ve konforsuzdu. fotoğraflardakine göre çok daha kirliydi. Perdeler yerlerinden çıkmış ve hiç yıkanmamıştı. Banyo yeni gibi görünse de 2026 yılında duş perdesi diye bir şey olmamalıydı. Ayrıca küvetin hemen arkası camdı ve banyo yapan kişi özellikle akşamları dışardan belli oluyordu. Tuvaletin gideri kirli suyu çok yavaş çekiyordu ve bu son derece kötü bir deneyimdi. Gardrobun ve dolapların içerisi tozluydu, hepsini baştan silmek zorunda kaldık. Sigara içilmeyen oda olmasına rağmen sigara kokusu vardı bu muhtemelen kurallara uymayan misafirler kaynaklıydı. Cadde Çok gürültülüydü ancak camlar kapalıyken ve panjurlar kapalıyken bu gürültü büyük ölçüde hissedilmiyordu. Mutfakta kocaman bir cam olmasına rağmen perde dahi yoktu ve dışarıdan aynen görünüyordu. Balkon ve pencereler son derece kirliydi. Maalesef tüm bu nedenlerden dolayı tekrar Zürih’e gelsem asla kalmam

La ubicación, el olor a humo impregnaba todo el apartamento a pesar de que indica claramente que no se puede furmar, el edificio es cochombroso... gente muy rara en los alrededores.

Sieht auf den Bildern besser aus als es in Wirklichkeit war. Die Wohnung war etwas abgewohnt und sehr einfach ausgestattet - für uns keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Beistelllampen und Steckdosen funktionierten teilweise nicht. Die Ausstattung wirkt auf den Bildern besser als Sie in Wirklichkeit ist.

Building not clean

The apartment was located with easy access to trams and wiedikon station. It was well equipped and we had a comfortable stay.

Very close to the Wiedikon tram station. There was a very nice pizzeria nearby, which was really convenient on our first day after arriving. Not bad in terms of value for money.

The room wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t particularly clean either. Since we were out all day, we managed with it. The apartment has such a tiny elevator that it can barely fit one person and two medium-sized suitcases. The place under the apartment where we were told we could leave our luggage turned out to be a unlocked room enclosed by wooden railings. Instead, we used the lockers at Zurich HB station.

Really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation had everything we needed and the location was perfect — the nearest station is a 5-minute walk, and Zurich main station is about 20 minutes on foot. It was very hot during our visit, but the host kindly provided fans which we really appreciated. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and check-in was easy. The kitchen was well equipped with a fridge-freezer and all the utensils we needed. The bedrooms were also nice and spacious. Highly recommend!

A prop del tram, hi ha supermercats al costat, és molt gran, personal molt atent, hi ha televisió, balcó. El barri és ètnicament interessant.

El sofà llit era HORRIBLE. Aquell matalàs semblava un pneumàtic. A més, hi havia força soroll dels cotxes.

Great location, close to Wiedikon train station and an easy walk to the center of the city or the lake. Well provisioned kitchen made it easy to cook at apartment. Clean and welcoming space! Free laundry on site!

The road is a busy one and there is maybe a fire station that lead to a lot of sirens with the windows open. We survived an unprecedented heat wave with no ac and minimal discomfort, but maybe a few more fans would be good? And I would love a clothes drying rack to be added to the amenities to avoid using the dryer.

Nice to have an own flat while staying.

It looks nothing like the pictures. Damaged walls, mold, very worn down. Bugs in the bathtub when we arrived. So hot during summer. Do not stay here. There is a big street outside and it is so much noice from there all day all night. Not a cosy place at all.

Die Couch die zum schlafen zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, war sehr durchgelegen. Darunter war noch Müll vom Vorgänger. Extrem laute Lage. sehr unschönes Haus.

外観は古い集合住宅な感じで最初はびっくりしましたが、内装は綺麗でそこそこ広さもあり清潔でした。駅からも比較的近く便利でした。

Bir ev konforunu yaşadım. Mutfak ekipmanları vardı ve sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Eve ilk girdiğimizde ikram olarak sunulanlar güzel bir jest idi. Görece şehir merkezi diyebilirim. Ana noktalara 1,4 km civarında idi. Havaalanına ulaşım çok iyiydi.

2 gece kaldım. Ama temizlik ücreti olarak ödettirildiğim tutar kalma tutarımın yarısı kadardı. Siyah ve büyük puntolarla yazılan miktarı ödeyeceğimi zannederken, küçük ve belirgin olmayan puntolarla yazılmış olan temizlik ücretini de ödediğimi ancak kredi kartı ekstremden öğrendim. Bu hoş olmayan bir durum idi.

כזוג דתי הדירה התאימה לנו בצורה מושלמת, מפתחות מכניים, אין חיישנים בדירה או בחדר המדרגות. הדירה מרווחת ונקיה. מול הדירה נמצאת מאפיה כשרה ובמרחק של מספר דקות יש סופר קטן כשר ובית כנסת. בקומת הקרקע של הדירה יש מכונות כביסה ומייבשים. מהבחינות האלה היא מושלמת.

אין בה מזגנים. אנחנו שהיינו שם כשהיה עומס חום והחויה היתה קשה ביותר. הם שמו מאווררים ניידים, אבל הם לא עשו את העבודה.

It was nice, clean, convenient and I was extremely happy to be able to do laundry. Thanks so much for the coffee machine and supplies too. An excellent place to stay!
