Très bien situé, place pour le parking à environ 400m. Idéal pour les visites de la Médina. Personnel très serviable et agréable. Très beau Riad, décoration originale, belle chambre et confortable. Bon petit déjeuner servi à 8h pour notre départ.

The riad is beautiful, and the rooms are very comfortable. It is located in the Medina, which has both advantages and disadvantages. Although the riad is described as being accessible by taxi, the reality is that most taxi drivers will ask you to get out about 100 m from the hotel, as they cannot drive through the narrow streets of the Medina. The location is perfect for exploring the Medina, and it is also easy to take an Uber after a short walk. We found some very good restaurants in the surrounding streets. I particularly recommend the Italian pizza and Moroccan food at 155.

The breakfast could be improved, particularly in terms of service speed.

L'aria condizionata nella camera non funzionava, abbiamo chiesto più volte di aggiustarla, ci è stato detto ripetutamente che erano intervenuti, ma la temperatura nella camera non è mai scesa sotto i 30° e abbiamo passato 3 notti in bianco. Il riad è molto bello, ma non adatto alla presenza di bambini per via dell'eco e dei tanti tavoli in vetro.

Some places are beautiful in pictures, but then there are places that feel even more special once you actually experience them. This Riad is truly one of those places. We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful Riad, and honestly, it was even better than we expected. We stayed here as a family and from the very beginning, we felt so welcomed and well taken care of. The location is perfect, close to everything, yet once you step inside the Riad, it feels like a peaceful little oasis. You can completely relax and enjoy your time without hearing the noise and busy streets outside. What made our stay truly special was the staff. They were such warm, genuine and kind people who always went the extra mile for us. They always had a smile on their faces and made us feel genuinely cared for. Their kindness and hospitality felt very personal and came from the heart. They truly deserve to be mentioned because they are a big part of what makes this Riad so special. We also loved the breakfast, which was delicious and different every day. The beautiful music, the Moroccan decorations, the furniture and all the little details created such a warm and authentic atmosphere. Even the oil lamps and the shower gel and shampoo smelled absolutely amazing! Don’t miss their beautiful Hammam and relaxing massage at the spa next door. A truly wonderful experience! We came here as a family for a holiday, but we left with memories that mean so much more to us. We will genuinely miss this place and the wonderful people who made us feel so at home. This beautiful Riad and its amazing staff will always have a special place in our hearts. We will definitely come back, and next time we are bringing Swedish Marabou chocolate and Swedish sweets for you! 🇸🇪🍫🤗 Thank you for giving us such a beautiful and unforgettable experience. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréable chacun a son petit coin de terasse... La clim est présente et top par ses grandes chaleurs . L hôtel est accompagné d' un spa..❤️❤️💕. Ou je me suis régalée ! L emplacement est géniale pour ceux qui aiment la marche et qui souhaitent découvrir Marrakech comme il se doit... Tu as beaucoup de restaurants magasin autour... Le petit déjeuner ! Royale! Et servi à beaucoup d attention ! Le personnel le gérant....au top une véritable préoccupation pour ses clients... Allez si je dois trouver un bemole sa serais là connexion Wi-Fi qui est pas toujours top...mais bon ce qui est pas forcément un problème vu que tu as toujours des personnes qui te renseigne ou guide....

I highly highly recommend Riad Bindoo & Spa. First of all the staff were absolutely amazing, they were beyond friendly and attentive and they were just all round spectacular for the entirety of our stay! The staff alone would make me want to stay at the riad again. Second of all the rooms and the riad itself were just absolutely beautiful, it was such a pleasure returning to the riad everyday and just being able to relax in the most beautiful atmosphere. The rooms were made up each day and it was just perfection. I also have to note how delicious the breakfast was, one of my favourite parts of our stay in Marrakesh. It was a delight every morning and as silly as it sounds, the fried egg was the best I’ve ever had! Overall, Riad Bindoo & Spa exceeded my expectations and I truly can’t wait to stay again.

Absolutely beautiful Riad in the traditional style. Perfectly located to walk to the souks, cafes and restaurants. Has shops, cafes and restaurants nearby too. It looks exactly as depicted in the photos but is even more stunning. Really clean rooms with great showers and bathroom facilities. It was 47°C during our stay but the air con dealt with it no problem. The beautiful central pool was perfect for cooling off and having a swim. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite and kind. We didn’t use the rooftop much (as it was so hot!) but it had plenty of loungers, seats in the sun and shaded places to sit too. Lovely breakfast which varied a little each day. I would definitely stay at Riad Bindoo again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

Un séjour absolument exceptionnel au cœur de Marrakech ! Ce riad est une véritable pépite dans la médina. L'emplacement est parfait, à quelques minutes des principaux sites touristiques, tout en restant très calme. La décoration marocaine est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses, impeccablement propres et très confortables. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, toujours disponible et très professionnel. L'accueil a été chaleureux du début à la fin. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, varié et préparé avec des produits frais. La piscine, le rooftop avec sa vue panoramique, le spa, le hammam et les espaces de détente rendent l'expérience encore plus agréable. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent et le service est digne d'un hôtel de luxe. C'est sans aucun doute l'un des meilleurs riads de Marrakech pour un séjour en couple, en famille ou entre amis. Je recommande ce riad à 100 % et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Une expérience inoubliable !

Les diners sont excellents. La nouvelle cheffe fait une cuisine soit marocaine soit européenne très délicieuse et extrêmement bien présentée. Les chambres et salles de bains sont très spacieuses et propres. Tout sent bon dans le riad et il règne une atmosphere paisible et très agréable. Le personnel est top et très professionnel; Ils sont souriants et très cool. Mention spéciale à Mustapha et a Ayoub et Maria.

What I would miss most is opening the door and walking straight to the wonderful pool) The entire riad feels like a living postcard... or the kind of Insta reel you never want to end! Mornings begin with birdsong, followed by a delicious breakfast, stunning traditional interiors and the genuine warmth of the team, who always welcome you with a smile and a cup of delicious Moroccan tea.

Siamo state al Riad bindoo per tre notti tra amiche per un addio al nubilato. Per il resto la struttura è incantevole, abbiamo fatto anche un Hammam (a pagamento) nella spa che consiglio. Colazione abbondante e varia.

Le camere erano carine anche se un po vecchiotte (soprattutto i bagni).

Es mi tercera o cuarta vez en el Riad y siempre es un placer volver. Sin duda, lo mejor es la ubicación, la tranquilidad y la belleza del lugar y, por supuesto, la atención del personal, en especial Yacine y Abdel!

The staff here are some of the nicest we have ever met. Nothing was a bother. They go out of their way to help. And are always in good form.

The rooftop plunge poor was not open. Ground pool was not really suitable to use. If you are looking for Riad experience you do get that here. In the middle of the Medina. Maybe stay a few nights and then move to a hotel. If you are getting omlette for breakfast, ask for it well done

Location, kind staff and the colorful and lots of plants

The hotel is in a typical Marrakech style, colorful and with lots of plants. The staff is very responsive and kind. The room we were accommodated in was like a rigid structure with different levels. The walls and ceiling were covered with carpets that were clearly very old and worn. A clogged drain and sink were the lesser of the problems of a moldy smell that we had to endure in the two nights out of three that we had there. They moved us for one night to a normal standard room and as compensation they organized a transfer to the airport. I do not recommend this hotel and I do not appreciate the good hygiene and the meager breakfast it offers.

Un grand merci à Yassine, le manager, et à toute son équipe pour leur professionnalisme, leur gentillesse et leur attention aux détails. Ils ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le spa est un vrai plus : hammam et massages de grande qualité, parfaits pour se détendre après une journée dans la médina. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Je recommande vivement cet établissement à toute personne qui cherche une expérience authentique et relaxante à Marrakech. Net terug van 4 dagen Marrakech met verblijf in Riad Bindoo & Spa. Wat een heerlijk Riad, je waant je echt in Arabische sfeer en het personeel staat altijd voor je klaar. Het ontbijt is heerlijk, bedden perfect. De douchegel van de Spa die bij de douche staat is heerlijk. Helaas vergeten een te kopen. De spa zit ernaast en ook echt een aanrader. Met andere woorden, wij hebben ontzettend genoten en willen hier graag weer terugkomen. Nogmaals veel dank voor alles lieve mensen van de Riad.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement du Riad, où nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Le Riad en lui même est magnifique, rappelant le bleu de la maison Majorelle. La chambre était spacieuse et excrément calme. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et le personnel est aimable et serviable.

Nous avons été déçus par les prestations, en dessous de ce que nous attendions en termes de service. Le petit-déjeuner était ok mais avec des produits parfois à peine décongelés (mini cake), et certaines options indisponibles (œufs). Concernant les déplacements, le conseil fourni n’était pas adapté : un trajet très court (5min en voiture) a été proposé à un tarif nettement supérieur aux prix habituels. L’ensemble manque de cohérence avec le positionnement attendu.

Ce Riad est magnifique, le personnel est très gentil et nous a accompagné tout au long de notre séjour pour organiser des excursions. L’équipe du Riad a décoré notre suite à l’occasion des 18 ans de notre fille Lili et lui a proposé un gâteau avec des bougies à notre retour d’excursion. Merci à Yassine le responsable et à toute son équipe.

Nous avions la suite Assouan qui est parfaite pour une famille, le Riad est très bien placé et le Spa est top.

During checkout, I had to pay for dinner, drinks, and city tax for a group of 7 people. I first paid using Google Pay, and the money was deducted from my account (I showed this in my banking app). However, the hotel owner at the reception claimed the payment had not gone through and forced me to pay again. I questioned why I should pay twice instead of waiting for the payment to arrive. He assured me he would be personally responsible for returning the money if it was received twice, but at the same time threatened to call the police and not let our group leave Morocco if I refused. We were heading to the airport, so I had no time to argue and was put under significant pressure. Eventually, I paid again with a physical card, and that payment was successfully received by the hotel. Now, more than 1.5 months later, the first payment has still not been returned. My bank confirmed that the money was processed via the hotel’s terminal and provided an ARN number that the hotel can use to trace the transaction. Despite this, my messages are being ignored. So, where is this "responsible" owner now? The staff even didn't share his name. I attached screenshot of two transactions (both NAPS and RIAD BINDOO are the same terminal - I find it strange that it has different names) Additionally, when I first tried to book the hotel directly and asked for official invoice, I was asked to share my card details instead, which is unsafe and unprofessional, so I booked it via Booking. I also attached the screenshot of these messages. The hotel itself is nice, and most of the staff were polite. However, the SPA experience was disappointing — the included procedure was minimal, and the staff were rude.

ריאד מושלם! צוות נהדר! קיבלנו שירות מעולה, הרבה מעבר למצופה. אירגנו לי הפתעת יום הולדת מהממת! ירד גשם הציעו לנו מטריות, היינו צריכות לשלוח בגדים לכביסה, אז הם הציעו לקחת את זה בשבילנו כדי שנשלם מחיר של מקומיים ולא של תיירים. אז הם לקחו והחזירו לנו עד לחדר. עזרו עם המזוודות, והיו מאוד שירותים ונחמדים לכל אורך השהות שלנו שם. ממליצה בחום!

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral mitten in der trubeligen Altstadt. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann tatsächlich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Marrakeshs erlaufen. Das Riad selbst ist ein Ort der absoluten Ruhe und besonders die Dachterrasse am Abend lädt zum verweilen und erholen ein . Der Abholservice vom Flughafen weg und zum Flughafen hin hat perfekt funktioniert . Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Manches ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen , das Frühstück bietet keine Abwechslung.

Der Nachtportier war ausserordentlich hilfsbereit auskunftsfreundlich interessiert es war eine Freude mit ihm zu kommunizieren. Das Frühstück ist wundervoll reicht für den ganzen Tag. Pfannküchlein Brot Fladenbrot Honig konfitüre Eier wie man möchte Kuchen..... Kaffee ist gut und der Tee ebenfalls. Wahnsinn!!!! Der SPA 2 stundenbehandlung war sehr sehr angenehm zu empfehlen.

Auf der Website steht wenn man länger als 3 Nächte bleibt ist das Taxi vom Flughafen gratis. Stimmt nicht. Es ist nicht in der Nähe vom magischen Jemma El-Fna gute 15 min zu Fuss ohne rechts und links die Lädeli zu bestaunen😉🙃

Our stay at Riad Bindoo & Spa in Marrakech was overall pleasant, but there are a few points worth noting. The riad itself is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere and stylish design. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the spa facilities added a nice touch to the experience. However, we felt that the service was somewhat unorganized at times, which affected the overall flow of our stay. Additionally, considering the price, we expected a higher level of consistency and value for money. In summary, while the riad has great potential and a lovely setting, improvements in organization and pricing would make the experience much better.

Séjour extrêmement décevant et expérience inacceptable. Nous avons réservé ce logement via Booking.com en toute confiance, mais la réalité a été tout autre. À notre arrivée, nous avons été installés dans une tente qui n’était absolument pas mentionnée et non visible sur les photos. Une vraie surprise… mais surtout une très mauvaise. La tente était dans un état d’insalubrité avancé : moisissures visibles partout, odeur d’humidité insupportable, air irrespirable. Impossible de s’y sentir à l’aise, encore moins d’y passer la nuit sereinement. Les conditions étaient également très précaires : froid intense la nuit, au point de devoir dormir avec un chauffage d’appoint, ce qui est totalement anormal pour un logement proposé à la réservation. Nous avons immédiatement demandé à changer de logement, en proposant même de payer un supplément. Refus catégorique, sans solution alternative. Aucune prise en compte de notre inconfort ni de la situation. Ce séjour a été une véritable source de stress et de dégoût, et ne correspond en rien à ce qui est annoncé sur Booking.com. C’est trompeur et inacceptable. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

The staff, location, and vibes were amazing! 10/10 in all areas. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and I felt taken care of the whole time. The staff anticipated my every need. Mint tea service and breakfast were delicious. The staff helped with transportation and walked us to and from the taxi area every time. The location was also perfect. So close and easy to walk around the medina. Truly one of the best places I have ever stayed. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you :)

Everything was fantastic!

Where to start? The staff is a true 10/10, location is great if you are interested in shopping. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated. I cannot say enough about the staff, we came here with little to no knowledge on how to navigate and they took all our worries away. The staff coordinated our taxis, gave directions and made sure we had all the items we need. Already planning my trip back!

The Riad is beautiful with authentic style. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Ayoub and Mustafa were especially kind, and the driver who met us at the airport was extremely patient waiting 90 minutes for us.

Prachtige Riad met zeer vriendelijk personeel. De Hamman was heel goed!

The Riad was excellent value for money. The staff were all so lovely and kind. I felt at home. My room was so beautiful, colourful and huge. My bed was comfortable. Everything was super clean . Bathroom was huge and towels were soft and big !

Absolutely nothing to not like.

We liked the tranquility of the Riad in a noisy city. I could hear bird sounds and spa music in the courtyard area, creating a peaceful vibe. The breakfast areas are also very pleasant. The staff were very hospitable, going out of their way to make our stay very welcoming. The breakfast was also good with a nice daily variety including freshly squeezed orange juice, good coffee, sweet treats and eggs. A must is to try the local Argan butter - like peanut butter!!

The room was made up every day but the sink and shower were not cleaned, at least not on the days that we noticed it. The room could do with more light although it was nicely decorated like a Berber Tent.

People are very nice, welcoming & very helpful. Riad is a paradise surrounded by busy markets and streets, it is very peaceful & therapeutic inside Location is perfect -everything is in walking distance

Just spent a week in Bindoo Spa and it was fabulous. The staff are amazing, really friendly and helpful. Its an oasis of calm with a lovely atmosphere. 15 minute walk to the middle of the Central Square so great location. The spa is gorgeous, we had a fab hamman and massage and theres a lovely space to sit and relax or take a dip in the pool.I would really recommend anyone to use this as your base in Marrakesh. Thank you to everyone in Bindoo for making our trip so enjoyable Nuala and Seamus

Struttura molto bella e cozy, nel pieno stile marocchino, con intagli, mosaici e intonaco lavorato e arredamento unico nel suo genere. Facile da raggiungere all'inizio del centro della città, vicino alle attrazioni principali.

Pulizia della stanza non ottimale, disservizi nei primi giorni in merito alle lampadine e clima (risolto in un secondo momento). Il problema principale è la cultura dello staff, che al posto di aiutarti ed istruirti sui prezzi per servizi e taxi, contribuiscono attivamente a spremerti il più possibile: in 2 occasioni diverse sono stato accompagnato da loro a prendere un taxi e continuavano a dirmi che il prezzo proposto dal taxista era consono, quando alla fine da solo sono riuscito a trovare a metà prezzo. Al momento del checkout, il cassiere, alludendo al fatto che non aveva resto (strategia comune a marrakesh), si è trattenuto una piccola parte del resto.
