It would take so little to make this place spectacular! Some room amenities like maybe cups for drinking water or a coffee pot! Less expensive meal options! Less expensive drink options since you are not allowed to bring your own onto the property! Attentive staff would make a world of difference! If you are not going on one of their excursions, you will be ignored!

Lo único deberían mejorar los secadores de pelo si los ofrecen porque eran de muy mala calidad y no secaban

Breakfast was small did not fill me up or my husband. Also didn't like how hard it was to get a hold of staff, we had to actively search for them multiple times.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025E' un villaggio molto bello, l'albergo si trova in una posizione strategica, con una spiaggia fenomenale, ottimo per rilassarsi, per uscire fuori dallo schema e dalla moltitudine.
la sera la stradina è senza luce, il ristorante chiude presto e dunque quando esci dopo le 19:00 non trovi più nulla, la reception pure chiude presto e non c'è a nessuno a chi domandare.

O jardim em frente nossa varanda está cheio de mato. Nós éramos os únicos hóspedes do hotel e acho que por esse motivo a cozinha não estava funcionando, além do café da manhã. Os funcionários não foram simpáticos (além do segurança da noite) e não pareciam satisfeito com o trabalho. Não tivemos nenhuma ajuda para fazer o passeio de cayo arena. A única informação foi que deveríamos procurar algum barco na praia que pudesse nos levar.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025I stayed at Paradise Island expecting a relaxing and well-managed experience, but it was the opposite. I checked in on Sunday, and not once was housekeeping done during my stay. The hairs on the shower drain from the day I arrived were still there at checkout. Staff showed little initiative in addressing concerns, and overall service felt inattentive and indifferent. For the price and reputation of this property, the lack of cleanliness and basic hospitality is simply unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2025Hotel direttamente sulla spiaggia con lettini super comodi e vista spettacolare. Colazione compresa ottima. Camera funzionale e ampia. La signora della reception davvero molto gentile ed escursione a cayo arena fantastica.
Le camere sono molto datate hanno veramente bisogno di un restyling completo.

Recomiendo que den mantenimiento al área de playa(esta roto el columpio, dos camas de colchón rotas, las telas blancas que cuelgan deben cambiarse). Seria bueno que el restaurant tenga servicio para la noche, solo trabaja hasta las 6:30 pm, salí a otra área a cenar. Por lo demás quede satisfecha, volveré. La playa es un paraíso, hay opciones de distracción y disfrute.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2025I like that is private, the beach is beautiful, but I didn’t like the limited food options, and that the bar close so early, if you go there in please be mindful that after 6:30pm there is nothing going on, unless is Saturday. The information/ communication needs to get better, if I’m coming to a new place I expect the employee that you see the most have basic information on what tours they offer, time, cost, or if you don’t want to talk, has brochures ready to handle to the new guest. Sell what you have , at every turn. The rooms needs maintenance a/c got condensed on the first day , if you dropped them under 26 it gets condensed and started leaking.

Yocairy was an excellent manager who, greeted us, organised our tour to Cayó Arena and let us shower and stay longer in our rooms. The staff from the restaurant went over the mile to make our stay a wonderful experience.

There is no iron, and only one spot to place bottles and soaps in the shower i was only able to fit one soap and one bottle and had to place my razor shampoos and comb on the floor. The wifi is terrible and not to mention that the power goes out every night for a second. The tv doesn't work in any room you stay since i paid for three rooms this review is the same for all rooms. My king size bed only had one twin size blanket for my husband and I to share. It was very uncomfortable experience sleeping there. My family said they had neck pain because of the mattresses. The view is great and so is the beach front. Their amenities are also comparable to the locals that live there and give boat tours as well for less. I would give this place a 5/10

Aucune vente de boissons après 16h00. On nous a même conseillé d'aller souper dans l'hôtel voisin ! Très tranquille en semaine, on avait toute la plage pour nous. J'y retournerai avec ma machine à café.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2024I recently stayed at this amazing hotel, and I can’t say enough about the incredible experience I had. The beach was absolutely stunning and felt like a private paradise. The staff were exceptional, providing outstanding customer service at every turn. During my stay, I misplaced my wallet and was quite distressed. The staff immediately sprang into action, showing me videos of all the locations I had visited within the hotel. Thanks to their swift and diligent efforts, I was able to retrace my steps and find my wallet. Their extraordinary customer service in helping me recover my wallet has made me a lifetime customer. To top it off, make sure you add the breakfast included option to really get a great deal. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful beach, wonderful staff, and top-notch service.

The only downside I have is that the water pressure in the shower seemed to be on and off and not constant. Other than that I enjoyed every bit of it. The restaurant in the hotel was affordable and the food was amazing, please don’t miss the breakfast in the morning it was 10/10.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2024would like to thank Yocairy Nunez, the hotel manager. She made the entire experience feel like a real vacation. She was very responsive via email and WhatsApp, answering every question I had even before my arrival. Yocairy ensured that every member of my family and friends had a wonderful stay and always asked how we were doing. I also want to mention that the rooms were very clean. The sheets smelled like clean laundry, and I was quite impressed by how tidy the rooms were. The best part of the resort was the beach. I also want to give a shout-out to the Paradise Island Catamaran captains. I believe one of the guys' name was Jersen. Both the captain and his assistant (Jersen) were wonderful and very attentive during the Cayo Arena excursion. Special thanks to Yocairy again for helping us set that up.
