Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kooperativ. Das Hotel gehört zwar zur IBIS-Kette, ist aber nett und individuell eingerichtet. Gerade während des Festivals viele Infos zum Theater. Hervorragendes Frühstück mit gesunden Zutaten und unterschiedlichen Brotsorten - da gibt sich das Team viel Mühe. Im sehr schönen Garten wird man von den Katzen besucht, die das Personal mit betreut - eine wunderbare Aktion, für die auch gesammelt wird. Nur ca. 15 Minuten zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, ins Theater und in die Altstadt.
Das Hotel liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Badezimmer ist sehr klein.

La taille de la salle de bain Le prix du petit déjeuner,14€ ( un peu cher pour ce qui était proposée) Le manque de communication lors de notre arrivée ce qui aurait permis de trouver une autre solution pour notre repas du soir( une pancarte annonce la possibilité de commander des encas à n'importe quel moment alors qu'il n'y avait absolument rien à 20h00.)

Überhaupt nicht hat mir gefallen, dass bei Hitze und engem Raum im Bad Lüftung nur über Zimmer lief und dort kaum das doppelte Fenster zu öffnen war . Ansonsten schon das charmante erwartete Ibis Ambiente

The room was a little small, but it had everything we needed and, most importantly, it was very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the extra pillow provided in the room, which was very useful after a long day of travelling. The view from the room was beautiful, overlooking the historic city walls. The location is also excellent, within walking distance of the city centre, which made it very convenient for exploring Avignon. Another big plus is the large public parking area right next to the hotel. It was very convenient for us travelling by car, and parking is free during the night. Overall, a very good experience and definitely a hotel we would happily stay at again!

El tamaño del baño-la poca iluminación y que nunca pongan toallas de lavabo en estos hoteles, al menos en Francia.

Leider hat die Klimaanlage zumindest in unserem Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Man versuchte zu helfen, hat aber nicht funktioniert. Die netten Damen an der Rezeption haben einen großen Ventilator für uns aufgetrieben, aber trotzdem war die Nacht bei 28 Grad nicht wirklich erholsam. Wir waren zum Glück nur eine Nacht hier wegen eines bestimmten Ausflugs. An nicht ganz so heißen Tagen ist das ein tolles und empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026La posizione è ottima per visitare il centro di Avignone. Il giardino/cortile ospita due gatti molto simpatici.
La camera è piccolissima e viene pulita molto male. C'è tantissima polvere accumulata da tempo. La struttura dichiara un ambiente climatizzato a 23 gradi ma la reale temperatura era di 30, ad Agosto è assolutamente invivibile, soprattutto di notte. Il bagno è praticamente inesistente e sembra quello dei traghetti, ed è privo di finestra o areazione. Lo scarico della doccia e del lavandino erano parzialmente otturati. Questo tipo di hotel può andare bene al massimo una notte, con bagaglio piccolo e bassissime pretese, per qualsiasi altro soggiorno lo sconsiglio totalmente.

Attente pour s’installer tard le soir, dans la chambre située au rez de chaussée a l’arrière de l’hôtel, j’ai trouvé des morceaux d’ongles coupés sur la table de nuit, puis réveillée plusieurs fois dans la nuit par des bruits de course dans le plafond comme des animaux : chats, souris qui parcouraient l’espace.

La chambre au rez de chaussée, la salle de petit déjeuner à proximité, les admissions à la réception egalement … bruit de fond ambiant ! L’odeur horrible d’égout en ouvrant la chambre !! Odeur de caca permanente durant le séjour … Sans compter les fourmis partout dans la chambre et surtout dans le lit , au moment du coucher la grande surprise de trouver des fourmis dans les draps ! Dans la douche vu sur un faux plafond … sale/ moisie ! Franchement mauvaise expérience ! Bruit / odeur / moisie / fourmis … Heureusement que nous étions la pour une nuit !

Parcheggio vicino all'albergo a pagamento (se non ricordo male, nei giorni feriali dalla 9:00 alle 19:00) Altro parcheggio gratuito un po' più spostato, ma con percezione di insicurezza (molti vetri a terra)
Un unico asciugamano grande per quasiasi cosa ... L'assenza di bidet, ma si sa che all'estero non ci si può aspettare questo

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026La posizione ottima appena fuori dalle mura del centro. Ottima la vicinanza del parcheggio, anche se pubblico. Colazione buona.
Stanza troppo piccola e bagno minuscolo. Impossibile aprire la finestra, sembra di essere nella cabina di una nave: tutto troppo stretto.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026És un hotel senzill però correcte, sobretot tenint en compte el preu. L’esmorzar ens va semblar impecable, molt complet. També cal destacar el personal: la recepció està oberta 24 hores i tots els treballadors amb qui vam tractar van ser molt amables, atents i professionals. El tracte va ser realment molt bo. Hi ha aparcament a prop, tot i que és de pagament.
Queda bastant lluny del centre d’Avignon, així que si vols visitar la ciutat caminant no és la ubicació més còmoda. A més, a la nit l’entorn de l’hotel ens va donar una certa sensació d’inseguretat. Tot i això, pel preu que té, ens sembla una opció correcta.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Exceptionnels accueil et disponibilité du personnel jusqu'à anticiper telle ou telle sollicitation. Le sentiment très rapide de se trouver dans une pension de famille et non pas dans un hôtel de chaîne, avec en plus un bar ouvert 24h sur 24 permettant aussi une restauration légère. A noter aussi la petite cour ombragée, très agréable pour lire ( ou travailler !) dans le calme.
La liaison WiFi parfois capricieuse dans les chambres.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Me gusto mucho la relación calidad precio. El personal muy amable y muy buena ubicación al lado de la puerta de la muralla para entrar al centro.
No nos informaron de la opción de parking gratuito que está a 100 metros.
