We booked two rooms and specifically requested adjacent or adjoining rooms — instead we were placed at opposite ends of the hallway. There was also a party room right next to one of ours that played loud music past 2:00 am. We called the front desk to complain and were told we'd get a discount on the rooms, but at checkout the desk clerk said she couldn't actually do that. Between the noise and the runaround, we got no sleep at all. The front desk staff were unhelpful throughout. The hotel itself felt very dated for the price, which was quite high. Breakfast didn't start until 8:00 am. There's no elevator access to reach our room, and the parking lot is so narrow it's really only workable for something the size of a Smart car or a Vespa — bring an anxious driver's blood pressure medication.

Central location, half an hour from Emerald Park.

Rooms got uncomfortably warm in the night.

Bar area and staff friendliness. Food was good but had a scone on the following morning in the bar area and it was inedible.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the room was too hot. Also bathroom needs refurbishing and a proper shower installed. The soap supplied is terrible.

No kettle in room, although there was teabags, so no way to boil water.

The room was very spacious. My children were very excited to have two sets of bunk beds. The beds were very comfortable. The food was nice too. The hotel is close to the town centre. A special mention to a blonde member of staff who was working during the breakfast. She was very helpful and polite and when we were leaving to go to the car park, she helped me carry my double buggy down the stairs because there was no lift down to it. She was finished her shift and I just think it was so nice of her to help.

Only a stairs going from the car park to the hotel. But it seems to be a theme throughout Navan, stairs and steps everywhere

Lots of space in family room, lovely breakfast. Only about 25 minutes from Emerald Park

On this trip I could find nothing to like about this stay.

Trying to find a way to the hotel with the road works was a nightmare . the grout was falling off the tub in the bathroom the bedroom had carpet on the floors it was dirty and the room was stuffy and needed to be aired out the music finished in the bar at 9pm.we came down for breakfast at 9am and it was not stocked up not a pleasant stay

The room was lovely and the hotel itself was beautiful, my teenage boys thought it was very posh downstairs in the lobby. The hotel bar was really well done and it was all quite lovely downstairs in reception and the downstairs seating areas. The cooked breakfast was great and we all enjoyed that.

Everything was really great, but when I got there I really wanted a cup of tea, and the room only had a coffee machine. I went down to ask if there was a kettle and the young girl said she would send one up but then clearly forgot, and I had to go down and ask again. Not a major inconvenience, but I really fancied a cup of tea after hours of travelling.

Great location, parking alongside however wouldn’t recommend taking larger vehicles in there as it is EXTREMELY narrow

The bathroom was terrible plus our room was facing a very busy room so didn’t get much sleep

A great hotel. The staff were very pleasant and it had a home from home feel to it. Jeremiah was a great man and very helpful. All staff were! ... they were friendly and made our stay relaxed and enjoyable. I will definitely be back! Met some lovely people. Food was nice too, bed very comfy, coffee machine, iron, hairdryer in room. The hotel was clean and very well decorated lobby. Thanks everyone!!

Some staff weren’t very friendly. Bathroom in room could be refurbished. Rooms could be cleaner found a clump of hair on the carpet. Toilets in lobby had no toilet roll in some toilets.

Room was like a boxroom, window didn't open fully, view was block wall with pipes and fan in room to try n keep cool as very warm in room. No air-conditioning?

We stayed here last year, was handy as we had been in emerald park all day. The standard was much higher last year.

All the plugs in my room didn’t work bad the 2 beside the coffee machine. So TV didn’t work for plugs beside the bed didn’t work. The bathroom was full of short black hair on the floor and in the bath. I said to reception and she radioed someone to come up but they never came. She did offer us to move but we where with 3 others and with kids and our rooms where beside each other and then it would mean us moving to another floor. Breakfast staff we not friendly bar one girl. Just wasn’t happy with the room everything else was grand. I’m not one to complain but was very disappointed after having a lovely room last year with Netflix and everything.

The hotel is very nice, clean, good food, lovely staff.

Michelle and the staff were outstanding. They were very friendly and helpful with all aspects. We like the location, being in the middle of town. The breakfast was very good.

It was a little hot (it was warm outside) and became noisy with the windows open.

There was tea and coffee in the room, without kettle to boil water, there was a coffee machine that was not working in the room. We reported it to the staff and they promised us to bring a kettle in 40 mins, and they never brought the kettle all through our stay. We were lied to.

The hotel was fantastic. Great value for money and great location. Food was fab and they catered for gluten free. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel and the staff were very helpful.

Bedrooms were extremely warm for some reason and woke very early in the mornings with bin/work men. However I would still stay here again.

The location of the property was perfect, close to the centre of town.

The decor of the hotel was ‘tired’ and in need of updating, be aware the off street parking is very tight to drive around.

The food in the bar next door was outstanding! Probably the best hotel food I've had, and the selection on the menu was unbelievable!10/10! Service from the staff was exemplary and they were all really attentive. Breakfast was also exceptional and really fresh.

The beds were comfy enough for one night, but could be improved I guess. Everything else was outstanding!

Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly, Bar food was excellent and very reasonably priced, staff were very friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Beautiful breakfast with lots of healthy options as well as the usual treats.

Nice a handy in the middle of the town close to restaurants. We stayed there for a day for emerald park and was convenient. Breakfast was included for the price was very reasonable.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, the restaurant serve lovely food and reasonable priced, our room was lovely and the hotel is in an ideal location in the town.

Parking very tight. Not enough space to fit cars into all the spaces. Very low roof so no room for our campervan.

Hotel hat eine gute Lage, die Zimmer sind groß. Wir waren unter der Woche da, hatten keinen Lärm, haben allerdings auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern geschlafen. Das Frühstück war ok, könnte liebevoller sein und mehr Auswahl haben, aber für eine Nacht ist alles ok.

Couldn't find fault in hotel, but the car park health and safety esp when going in car park because it's only 1 way in and out have be 100% careful driving

Perfect for our trip to use as a base to visit attractions in the area. Food in the bar is delicious and staff were very helpful.
