Reviewed May 27, 2024The windows of our apartment room were not soundproofed at all, as such the nonstop noise from road traffic was unbearable. Do avoid this property if you need a good night rest before your onward journey.

Reviewed Nov 1, 2023Very poorly maintained. Dirty room, even the parking area was dirty and not maintained well. Room was not up to par. Toiletries provided were too little. Rooms were very smelly and AC not working well. Not worth the money. Such a disgrace to Terengganu tourism. Please never come here 👎

Reviewed Sep 23, 2020Aircond rosak tapi lepas maintance datang, sejuk semula :) Telefon pun rosak tapi maintainece tukar telefon lain & boleh guna. Tapi semua selesai dalam masa kurang 30 minit. TQ Sumai :-) Lantai toilet licin. Tolong sediakan sabun basuh pinggan kalau boleh sebab nak basuh cawan2 tu. Overall okeh, suka :D Tp staff sangat membantu, tq.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2019Damage and dirty rooms. Leakage at 3 out of 4 rooms we booked. Lights broken so rooms are dimmed. It looks horror because it's old and dark. Toilets are yucky with stains and hair. It's smell bad because I don't think they ever wash or vacuum the curtain and carpet. It's just disgusting. We stayed because we have to attend a workshop at this hotel. Attempts to load picture but hotel.com seems to disallowed it

Reviewed Aug 23, 2018Spacious 3 room apartment for big family. Had maintainence issues with air conditioner, and leaking sink, but was promptly repaired. The air conditioner in the living hall was not operational and they gave a standing fan instead. The front desk team should have alerted me on this prior to check in. Other than that, I like the room. It has an indoor pool which my kids enjoyed. The room service food was excellent although rather pricey. Near to city centre and easy to get Grab to travel around. Soft spoken staffs and very helpful

Reviewed Aug 23, 2018Spacious 3 room apartment. Helpful front desk and staffs. Have maintainence issues like faulty aircond and leaking sink, but was promptly repaired. It is better if the hall air conditioner is repaired or replaced as soon as possible because it can get really warm in the living hall during hot days. Otherwise, the room is comfortable. I also stayed before in suite room, it was clean and spacious, but the bedsheet had a musty odour, which needs to be looked into. Room housekeeping in done daily, even if you are away from the room, so make sure u hang 'please do not disturb' notice if you do not want the room to be cleaned while you are away.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2018The hotel is suitable for standard economy class tourists.The room is wide (based on the kind of room you choose) and the and can fit many people if you are travelling with a large number of people However the facilities need more attention and needed to be fixed.For example,the water heater for the hower is not functioning at all and the doors to the bathroom(in my room at least) has holes under it.
