SR Suites Pangyo

It was good!

The breakfast was really delicious. The room was a excellent size.

It was hard to find the entrance.

Nice Staff, clean, large room, good location

Windows in rooms much too small. Dark colours. No daylight. Breakfast room in the basement without windows

The shower, location, size of room, cleanliness!

We had some deliveries but the staff didn’t let us know they arrived.

Clean, very kind ,large space room

The location was right next to the river for exercise and by great restaurants and shopping. Close to subway and bus routes.

breakfast was ok location ok but location hotel was not ok

they give me a room with small window and one meter from window was wall so i have all day dark in room very depresed room after i go to reception they say they find solution and in 21 days they not find and they not care after that i was see by mistake the they have room too with more nice view and i change the room where i not fell depresed so very bad bad bad hotel room before you take room check because all pictures on booking are bright rooms but they are not

Location, big rooms

I'm an ex hotel general manager with a major chain in U S. The buffet breakfast has a very good selection During my five day stay THE FOOD WAS CONSISTANTLY COLD, EVEN AFTER A FRIENDLY REMINDER THEY JUST DID NOT RAISE THE TEMP SPECIALLY FOR.THE FRIED EGGS AND HASH BROWNS.. I really did not understand their logic. I believe they should refund me for the uneatable breakfast .

Comfortable rooms with huge bathroom! Friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel is on the outskirts of Seoul so be prepared to travel!

Convenient location and very clean.

Little dark even I turned all lights up.

We always stay here when we visit bundang every year.

Good location for restaurants and close by subway

Noise from upper floor everyday. And, there is sound when the other rooms close room doors. The noise and sound bothering staying and sleeping.

Jeden Tag gleiches Frühstück- Personal kann kein Englisch /versteht kein Englisch

Everything was good!

Great location, very kind staffs.

The room was bit dark

Room is spacious. Front desk is very helpful.

It was awesome, especially because the room was larger than the one at the other hotel.

The room and bathroom were spacious and the breakfast buffet was good, but the window was small and completely blocked by the building in front of us.

SR Suites Hotel Pangyo offers spacious rooms that are well-designed for comfort. The bathroom is notably large, featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower box, which adds great convenience. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Overall good.

Overall nice property. The LG Styler and washer in the room were big pluses. Room was spacious and clean. Was a bit warm but opening the window helped. Close to subway, shopping, and eateries. Would stay again!

Room was overall good but the whole room felt cold throughout the stay despite perfect AC condition.

This property is clean, nice and conveniently located. Only issue was that they gave me an almost windowless room (it had a wierd angled corner latch window which I had to keep it covered). So I stayed here for a few days without seeing sun much which got depressed at times.. Staff is nice and polite and property itself is clean and modern.

The washer in the unit. A cafe in the lobby, Convenient location. Clean and well maintained property. Nice staff.

I had no particular issue during my stay.

The property is clean and well maintained. The staffs are kind. There was a washer and a dryer rack in the unit I stayed, Jr. Suite Room, which was a plus. I had no issues during my stay of about two weeks. The location is very convenient. It's just a few minutes walk to AK Plaza/Seohyun Station and gives you excellent public trasportation choices or shopping. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel as well. There is a a little cafe on the hotel lobby floor and they serve a good coffee.

There is nothing that I can think of. The only thing I thought was the front desk area. There is only one desk/podium for front desk, but that was not a big deal. I didn't have any problem because it was not crowdy at all times.

No complaints. The staff was very friendly and knew their English very well. All of them were very accommodating and friendly when helping out. This place is convenient with walking distance to medical clinics and the AK Plaza Mall. Very clean and not small or claustrophobic. Would book again. I think this is my favorite location.

Room was large and clean. Friendly staff.

We stayed at Junior Suite. It was very spacious so we could stay very comfortably. Staffs were very friendly. I definitely will stay here again at next visit to Korea. And I already told my friends that this hotel is very good. I enjoyed my staying with my wife.

Hotel was clean and spacious. Free valet parking was convienient. The hotel does not have tempur-pedic mattress as advertised on hotels.com

.

The location was so convenient, and the room had everything that I needed (washing machine, iron, microwave, etc.). The reception in charges was always so helpful and nice.

The only thing that disappointed me was that there was a balcony photo for the room on booking.com, but actually, this room had no balcony, so I had to smoke outside every time.

breakfast is good. located at a prime location. very comfortable

a little expensive. staff speaks less english
