Love the location of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. All levels of staff service was perfect. Love the fact that all staff can communicate in English and that makes your guest feels at home.

The changing of lifts. One guest stop my laundry cycle which I was not too pleased. Overall these incident does not affect the service I received from the staff.

주차장 입구가 자동문이었으면은 좋았을 듯합니다. 캐리어가 있는데 자동문이 아니라서 들어오고 들어오고 나가기가 너무 힘들었습니다.

위치도 판교역이어서 편리하고 실내도 쾌적합니다. 직원분들도 항상 미소로 맞이하여주시고 친절합니다. 헬스장이 뷰가 좋아요.

판교에서 다음날 기차로 이동 예정이라 하루 숙박했는데, 늦은 체크인 시간에도 친절하게 안내해주셨고, 침대도 편안해서 좋았어요. 객실 내에 정수기가 설치 되어 있어 일회용 물을 제공하지 않아 환경친화적인 것도 인상적.

There was no place to park for taxi around the hotel.

During our family trip to Seoul this June, we stayed at three hotels: Courtyard Marriott Pangyo, Nine Tree, and DoubleTree by Hilton. Let me start with the pros of staying at Courtyard Pangyo, which offered a very pleasant experience overall. Service was the standout aspect. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, very efficient and smooth. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently attentive and caring. Whether we needed help or were simply coming and going, they were always ready to assist, providing a level of hospitality that felt close to what you'd expect at a boutique hotel. The room condition was also good. We especially liked the hardwood floors, which gave the room a clean and modern feel. Location is another major plus. Not only is it convenient for public transportation, but it’s also one of the best spots if you’re driving a rental car. It offers quick and easy freeway access to other areas. In addition, everything you might need is close by, including the Hyundai Department Store Pangyo, which has a wide range of food and shopping options. The only con was the small gym. If you're hoping to get in regular workouts during your stay, you might find the facilities limited. Hope this helps anyone considering a stay here!

This one is in wonderful location, park next to hotel is really lovely, you will also have numerous restaurants and shops nearby, evening is very nice outside the hotel. The cafe is very good and you can have all kinds of food. Room is quite spacious and hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Stayed for a week and it was a lovely stay. Highly recommended.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had. There were so many kinds of delicious foods and the price was reasonable. Need more fruits and the entrance was long and you have to wait for the receptionist. Better to avoid the crowded hours. The room was quite big but it would be better to separate the bed room and the living room. The bed was firm enough.

The area is a little noisy. I could hear the street noise during the night.

Again one of the post that I don’t normally do while still in the hotel but I was impressed with the service standard of this hotel. I was at first a little worried of this hotel because I was told it is not in Seoul but my fear is unnecessary as I was approaching the hotel as I saw many shops and restaurant nearby. When we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the Conceirge which I think his name was Andy who then led us to the lounge for check in which is quite complicated as the main entrance is at level 1 and the main lobby is at level 8, then the lounge was at level 19, but eventually all was good. What impressed me up to now is the great command of English by the name. Another gem at the hotel or what made this stay excellent was the flawless service of the Conceirge by the name of Yoon Heo, whom I realized later in the overall in charge. At the young age of 25, he too speaks great English and gave tips on where to eat. During one of my chat with him, I saw another guest came back with a bag of bread for him which showed the level of service he gave and well appreciated by others. The choice at the breakfast was also very good and several Korean options are also offered. If you are to ask me for setback during this stay , it would have to be the charging imposed to me for bring an extra colleague to the lounge on one night as it so happened that there are 3 of us. For that short 20 mins stay , I would have well appreciated if the management could have waived it off. Nonetheless if I have to be back to this area, no doubt about where I would stay.

Don't miss it if you're visiting Pangyo and/or south Seoul. Location is excellent: You'll stay at the center of Pangyo. Many shops and restaurants nearby: for example Hyundai Shopping Center is within walking distance; plenty of Asian as well as fast foods closeby. Very quite and well equipped rooms but not so large. Service is excellent.

조식인원제한을 두었으면 좋았을텐데 아쉬워요. 마감 20분 남기고 겨우 들어갔고 컵이며 음식이 채워지지않은곳이 군데군데 보였어요 주방직원분은 조리복 입고 본인 식사 접시에 담고계시고요

Location is prime: at the center of Pangyo. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby: these includes various Asian ones as well as fast foods. Rooms are quite and well equipped but not so large. Service is excellent. Keep in mind a refundable deposit of about $150 is due at check-in because they had smoking customers who damaged rooms. Overall, will gladly visit them again.

The staff was very helpful and most of them spoke English quite well. My first room was next to the noisy fitness center and they were very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and otherwise quiet.

근처에서 용무가 있어서 숙박했는데 주차장도 쾌적하고 방도 넓어서 좋았습니다~ 그리고 일단 직원분들이 다 친절하셨는데 너무너무 기분이 좋았어요 현백도 가깝고 주변에 맛있는 식당들도 많았어요 다음에도 판교에 갈 일이 있다면 꼭 재방문하고싶습니다

My husband's company always uses this hotel. The local team says its the best in the area. I got to join him here at the end of his Asia business trip. The room is very comfortable and service is top notch. Don't skip the massive breakfast buffet!

It was very good!

Spent about a week during a business trip and I think the hotel was good in general. 1) check-in My check in was in the late afternoon so the room is ready. but if my colleagues who took a red eye and arriving in the morning were charged fees for early check in. 2) Room My room was facing to the park (north) and I think the space was generous. I think it was bigger than Gravity across the station. 3) Breakfast Typical Asian hotel with a wide selection: from western to eastern and local. The place for improvement is that the check-in queue could be long since the front desk needs to assign each party one-by-one. Sometimes, there was only one front desk with 5+ people, a easy 15 min wait 4) location Next to Pangyo Station with direct bus from/to ICN airport (but limited schedule). It is also easy to access the Seoul Area by bus. There are also plenty choice of restaurants so you don't have to eat in the hotel 5) Gym It is OK but no pool ~

I had a quick 2-nights stay in Courtyard Seoul Pangyo. I have to say it was impressive with some minor issues which I'm going to discuss on my detailed review: 1) Location: This hotel is located in Pangyo area or known as the Silicon Valley of Seoul. Many tech companies are based here, so you often find many business travelers staying in this hotel too. Location is nice for business travelers, there's a decent size park in the front, many restaurant and shops around, close with Pangyo station too. 2) Lobby/Reception: Lobby is located on the second floor, which I'm not a fan, because you have to ride the elevator twice, one connected to the entrance and lobby, the other one is from lobby to the entrance. Elevator can be slow and packed especially during rush hour. Reception area has decent enough seating, but this where I'm disappointed. On the Bonvoy App, I requested for early check-in because my flight arrived early in the morning. The Bonvoy App confirmed my early check-in is at 10:00AM, so after 6 hours of red eye flight, I went straight to the hotel expecting I could've rest a bit and take shower BUT unfortunately, the reception not allowed me for check-in. The interesting part is, their reasoning is VERY inconsistent: at first they told me that the system is undergo maintenance, so they cannot checked me in. Then ~30-mins later, I came back and asked again whether I'm okay to check-in, their reason this time is my room is not ready. I'm disappointed because if my room is not ready, then why the app confirmed my check-in time at 10:00AM? They also told me that early check-in is not guaranteed. I mean, I understand, but if it's not guaranteed, then why they confirm the 10:00AM check-in in the app? It's completely misleading and I could've make another plan rather than wasting my time in the loung in a very tired condition. Anyway, Ms. Kim finally came up to the lounge and solved the issue, I managed to check-in and get into my room at 11:55AM. 3) Room: Room is pretty standard Courtyard layout. The park view is very nice. The standard room with King bed has a decent space at 28 sqm, I think it will do just fine for 2-persons, but more than that definitely going to feel cramped. I like the spacious working desk although is a bit weird that it's facing into the room instead of the window. It's not good for a video call because of the glare from the outside will darken your face. Bed feels clean and comfortable, bathroom is also nice and clean, great water pressure. Some bacis room amenities such as iron, hairdryer, water pot, are available. 4) MoMo Cafe: The cafe is located in the same floor as the lobby. It's actually very huge and the breakfast selection is quite impressive. I also tried to have dinner with a colleague and the bulgogi set does not disappointed. Service could've been improved because the burger set that my colleague ordered took awhile to came out although the restaurant does not look busy at all during dinner. 5) Executive Lounge: The lounge is small but functional. A nice perk, there's coffee machine, tea, also fridge with selection of beverages. There's also cocktail hours between 5-7PM but I did not attend as I had dinner event somewhere else. There's also private meeting room which we used for meetings and a printing station which is very handy when I need it! Overall, it was a decent experience, although I really hope they can improve their communications especially on early check-in offers. I'd rather they just go with standard check-in times instead offering early check-ins through the Bonvoy app if they can't honor it.

The hotel staff exhibited exceptional kindness, and the individuals at the 'MoMo Cafe' were attentive to our needs, serving us delightful and visually appealing juices. Regrettably, I cannot recall his full name, but I believe it was either Seunghyun or Seungyeon. His warm demeanor and welcoming attitude continuously draw me back to dine at the 'MoMo Cafe'.

While staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Pangyo, I observed that the rooms have an excessive amount of dust. Moreover, replacing the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers with transparent ones would make it easier to determine if they need to be refilled. On this occasion, I had to ask for a refill of body wash as it had run out. Furthermore, the lobby on the first floor, which serves as the hotel's entrance, emits a very unpleasant odor. It is regrettable because I think that adding air fresheners or flowers in that area would draw more customers to the Marriott Hotel.

I have been there in April 2024, as a frequent business traveler that I am I was looking for a convinient place close to Seoul. A place that would be conviniently located but not as expensive as the center of Seoul. and I sound this venue. I especially apprecieted the fact that it was a courtyard, it had a very decent executive lounge. And the are so many surrounding shops, either local shops or luxury mold are available. A nust to go.

Marriott Pangyo is so mindful of my special requests! They make sure that my stay experience is the best possible - and this is why I keep coming back!

The best part is the location. It's situated in the Tech Valley just 500m from our Pangyo HQ and just 400m from the nearest Hyundai Shopping Mall. The location is surrounded by restaurants serving international foods.

Great memories of my recent stay! They got recent renovation of their fitness center, which is quite huge and especially with a gorgeous panoramic view of Pangyo. I love this view and facility which must be big point of choosing this hotel again. I hope everyone should visit their for your fulfilled relaxation with a qualified fitness center! It gets bigger, so I could feel more pleasant than before. Also, I will be here later when it's on the sunset.

언니랑 조카랑 함께한 호캉스 !! 이 호텔에서 모모카페 레스토랑은 몇 번 이용 해 봤지만, 투숙은 이번이 처음이었어요. 큰 기대는 하지 않았는데 정말 정말 언니와 조카가 만족한 호캉스가 되었습니다. 이 인근에 다른 호텔들에 비해 1층 로비, 프론트와 레스토랑 직원분들의 친절한 서비스와 응대에 한 번 놀랬고- 외국인들이 많아서 먼가 해외 온 듯한 느낌이었어요!! 조식도 가짓수도 많고 맛도 👍 👍 아! 최근에 피트니스 센터가 새로 오픈 했다고 해서 가봤는데 운동을 좋아하는 저에게는 호캉스가 아닌 GYM캉스 였답니당 👍외국인들과 함께 운동하고 앞에 탁트인 공원 전망에서 운동하는 맛이 얼마나 기분 좋던지- 마치 여기 뉴욕인듯한 느낌적인 느낌. 그리고 모든 장비가 다 새거여서 👍 그리고 집에 올때는 딸기케익 한개 샀는데.... wow 세상에나 맛이 아주 압권입니다. 꼭 사셔야할 딸기케익 맛집 코트야드 판교 호텔 🧡 있는 동안 저희 가족 기분 좋은 경험하게 해 주셔서 감사합니다. 다시 한번 꼭 갈게요. I really like the rooms, and the newly opened gym is also comfortable. There is also a park where you can take a walk right in front of the hotel, making it ideal for relaxation. I would like to visit again. 객실이 매우 맘에들고, 새로 오픈한 피트니스도 쾌적합니다. 호텔 바로앞 산책할 수있는 공원도 있어 휴식을 취하기에 적합합니다. 재방문하고싶습니다.

The bed was so nice I was able to sleep well. Also, the fitness center was larger and cleaner, so it was nice to exercise. I hope other people can visit and enjoy it too. 침대가 너무 좋아서 잠도 잘 잤어요. 그리고, 피트니스센터가 더 넓어지고 깨끗해져서 운동하기도 좋았어요 다른 사람들도 꼭 방문해서 즐길수 있으면 좋겠어요
