Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Hatten 2 Zimmer - bei Zimmer 1 großteils sehr in Ordnung, Zimmer 2 wurde gewechselt; Zimmer 1: genug Platz, Bad ausreichend groß, Bett bequem Zimmer 3: soweit auch in Ordnung Frühstück: ausreichend große Auswahl, für vegan: Sojamilch, Hafer-Vanille, angeschriebenes veganes Müsli, Obstsalat, Gemüse kalt und warm,... Personal (2x Rezeption, 1x Frühstück): freundlich Lage: zum Bahnhof top, sehr gemütliche maximal 10 Minuten Fußweg, beim Hotel selber direkte Umgebung soweit ok, unwohl haben wir uns eher gefühlt, wenn wir uns aus Richtung Innenstadt dem Bahnhof genähert haben
Zimmer 2 wurde gewechselt, weil nicht ganz sauber und an Baddecke Schimmel; Zimmer 1: Kleinigkeiten = nur 1 Nachkästchen hatte eine Lampe, im Bad ging am WC nur die Großtaste, Schild "bitte nicht stören" war keines zu finden (auch an Rezeption keines übrig)

The bathroom smelled heavily like fish - it appears my sink was on the main pipe and closest to the drain, so it was stinking up. Got woken up at 7.30 by housekeeping that was vacuum the room next door - with the door wide open. Asked them to close the door which they complied with.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Das Hotel ist gut vom Bahnhof zu erreichen (etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg). Auch nachts um 1 Uhr konnte man problemlos einchecken. Das Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl.
Mein Zimmer war wirklich winzig und hatte keine wirkliche Aufenthaltsqualität. Für ein Haus mit 4 Sternen erwarte ich mehr. Das ganze Gebäude scheint schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen zu sein.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026I arrived in Frankfurt by train and chose to walk to the hotel on foot. I would estimate this took less than fifteen minutes. Relaxed reception experience and then a lift to my hotel room. The big plus is that this is a clean, modern hotel with a well appointed room. There was a good choice at breakfast time. To sum up, it was conveniently positioned and staying there was on the whole a positive experience.
The area between the railway station and the hotel is rather run down, I would recommend taking a taxi ride! The hotel is, on the side that my room faced on to, opposite a large modern building with multiple glass windows. The weather was very hot on the day of my stay and no doubt reflected heat from the building didn't help. Air conditioning just wasn't able to cope so the night-time experience was rather uncomfortable but I stress that this was an exceptionally hot day anyway.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Trotz eines technischen Ausfalls der Klimaanlage während unseres Aufenthalts im Hochsommer fühlten wir uns im Hotel sehr fair und professionell behandelt. Bereits vor unserer Anreise wurden wir informiert und konnten den Aufenthalt bei Bedarf kostenlos stornieren. Auch beim Check-in wurde uns die Situation nochmals transparent erklärt und erneut die Möglichkeit einer kostenfreien Stornierung angeboten. Alternativ durften wir sämtliche Getränke aus der Minibar kostenlos konsumieren, was wir gerne angenommen haben. Der Herr an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell. So geht man mit einem unerwarteten Problem um: offen kommunizieren, faire Lösungen anbieten und den Gast ernst nehmen. Dafür ein herzliches Dankeschön – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Les oreillers sont un peu spéciaux mais c'est un détail.
