Good location and a reasonable price. We stayed here for 2 nights because we had a conference at Messe Frankfurt, and the location was perfect — it was very convenient to walk there. The room could have been a bit cleaner, and some parts of the hotel and rooms could use a little more maintenance. Overall, though, for a short stay and considering the location and price, it worked for us.

Bedding like pillows could be improve with little amount of money.

Hatte Doppelzimmer gebucht, bekam ein Einzelzimmer, das Hotel hatte keine Rezeption und reagierte auf keinerlei Kontaktversuche ( nicht per Mail, Telefonnummer oder WhatsApp), ich möchte 30% des Gesamtpreises zurück Bookings mauert und möchte nur 10-15% erstatten, obwohl nach allgemeiner Auffassung 30% für diesen gravierenden Mangel angemessen wäre. Selbst wenn Bookings das nicht leisten kann, wäre es erforderlich, dass Bookings, das Hotel Topas/ Frankfurt auffordert genau das zu tun. Aber auch Bookings hat sich nicht nach 24 Stunden bei mir gemeldet, sondern erst nach 4 Tagen und auch jetzt kam nach einer angekündigten Weiterbearbeitung wieder keine Antwort in der angekündigten Zeit. Wiederholte Unzuverlässigkeit die absolut nicht in Ordnung ist.

No tiene desayuno, muy importante para empezar el día. Lo pagué y no lo tienen. La caja de seguridad estaba cerrada y no tuve a quién preguntarle. Era un hotel ideal para hospedarse pero ahora que no hay nadie para recibir ya no es atractivo. Tampoco pude dejar las maletas el día del check-out.

Everything was okay except that there was no AC in the room. We couldn't sleep the whole night because it was so hot. This applies only on really hot days in Germany, everything else was okay.

Fui em agosto e estava calor, deveriam disponibilizar ar condicionado portátil, somente o ventilador não ajuda com o calor.

The location is perfect, close to the railway station. The apartment is new and fresh, there is an elevator. The bed was comfortable.

We didn't receive our check-in information on time which made our experience a bit worse, since we came from a long flight and were tired. However, the staff got back to us as soon as they were able. We just wish that they had sent this information earlier.

The beakfast room is permanently closed.

It was a huge disappointment. I have stayed in Hotel Topas every summer since more than 10 years and enjoyed meeting the nice friendly employees and enjoying the nice breakfast every morning. As I arrived this summer I was surprised to find the hotel door locked. There is a doorbell outside but you get no answer and there is nobody in the lobby. A guest who was leaving let me in. He told me that nobody had worked in the lobby since June and that the breakfast room had been closed for just as long. The hotel has been taken over by automats. You check in via internet and you become your room number and a six digit code which will open the hotel door and your room door. The first night I discoveret that the washbasin in the bath was leaking water. I dried it up with a towel and notified Booking. It was fixed the next day and since the towel was dry (with a few yellow sports) somebody hang up to be used again. Nice. Somebody comes around to do cleaning and to refill toilet paper. Since I had a room next to the lobby (and the temperature was around 40+) I could enjoy all smokers standing on the steps outside the lobby AND early arrivers were knocking on my window to be let in. Since nobody is keeping an eye on things people are free to slam doors in the middle of the night or to drive an electric bicycle in the corridor. It used to be a nice hotel but now it’s a wreck which used to be Hotel Topas. There are several affordable hotels in about 100 meters range which I will consider for my next stay. Hotel Topas is not an option because this was my last stay.

Niesprana plama na kołdrze , ręczniki miały dziwny zapach , wyczuwalny i widoczny kurz od wejścia do pokoju , beznadziejne łóżko ..duchota, mimo opłaconego pobytu ze śniadaniem , nie otrzymaliśmy go , żadnej informacji , nikt się nie pojawił , fatalna dzielnica przez całą noc hałas , mimo bliskości dworca chyba jednak wolelibyśmy być w lepszej okolicy ..

Die Lage ist Vor- wie Nachteil... Nebenstraße vom Bahnhof, zweifelhaftes Klientel auf der Straße usw. Dafür keine zehn Minuten zum Gleis, das ist komfortabel. Außerdem gibt es Restaurant usw in der Nähe in verschiedenen Preisklassen. Und: das Zimmer hat mit Abstrichen positiv überrascht.

Kleinigkeiten: der Kühlschrank= Minibar war defekt. Ebenso konnte ich den Safe nicht benutzen. Und das Rollo ließ sich nicht richtig öffnen.

_Albergo senza aria condizionata. _Poi abbiamo prenotato per 4 giorni con colazione ...pagato ma non c'e servizio colazione durante il soggiorno. _Mancanza di personale per informazioni, e indicazioni scritte almeno all entrata della struttura.. nulla proprio un albergo fai da te (cliente). _Digital /online check-in non funziona bene. Rimane fuori dal albergo un po prima che riesci a far funzionare. _Le asciugamani si cambia quando riesci a vedere personale e chiedi il cambio.

Der Preis war zu eindeutig zu hoch aber dafür war es sauber, der CheckIn funktionierte perfekt und die Bahnhofsnähe ist sehr vorteilhaft

es gab NULL Parkplätze, trotz 45 Minuten Umrundungen der anliegenden Häuserblöcke war nichts zu finden und mit 4 großen Gepäckstücken ist ein entferntes Parkhaus keine wirkliche Option.

Aucune communication à ce sujet, personne en réception à qui parler de tout le week-end. Aucune réponse de l'hôtel ni via la messagerie booking ni par mail. Nous avons dû payer une seconde fois les petits déjeuners !

Nous avons payé le petit déjeuné lors de la réservation mais nous n’avons pas eu de petit déjeuné pendant le séjours ! Arnaque. Aucune réponse du personnel que ce soit sur booking, par email, par WhatsApp. La rue est remplie de drogués. Il faisait super chaud dans la chambre.

Hôtel bien placé, juste à côté de la gare et à quelques minutes d'un centre commercial. Acceptable pour une nuit.

Personne a l'accueil, pas de petit déjeuner alors que c'était compris dans le prix payé. Pas de conciergerie et aucune réponse à mes demandes. La chambre était très petite et la propreté de la douche est à revoir.

Beim Auschecken war niemand an Empfang, deswegen hab ich keine Kurtaxe bezahlt. Genauso war der Frühstücksraum geschlossen, obwohl ich Frühstück gebucht habe.

Die sogenannten Übernachtungssteuern von 2€ pro Tag konnte ich nicht bezahlen!! Es ist niemand da, den ich dazu ansprechen kann!! Ich konnte mein Gepäck nicht bei An- und Abreise verschließen lassen!! Ich bitte dringend um Klärung!!!

Die Zimmer waren nur zum schlaffen (sehr klein) gedacht was für uns in Ordnung war.

Finger weg von dem Hotel. Als wir ein Hotel gesucht haben war es für uns die Voraussetzung, dass ein Hotel Parkplätze anbietet und ein Frühstück. Bei der Beschreibung dieses Hotels waren die Voraussetzungen erfüllt. Das Frühstück war im preis inbegriffen, der Parkplatz sollte 16 € pro Nacht kosten. Bei der Buchung des Hotels habe ich unter „Nachricht für das Hotel“ noch mal extra rein geschrieben, dass wir ein Parkplatz benötigen vorauf dann eine Antwort kam, dass die nach dem Prinzip „ wer zuerst kommt malt zuerst“ arbeiten. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel war kein Mensch da. Nach dem Anruf hieß es wir bitten gar keine Parkplätze an. Da Stellt sich die frage warum man bei der Frage Stellung an das Hotel diese Auskunft uns nicht mitgeteilt hat??????? Für uns war es ärgerlich, aber wir haben für den Parkplatz Gott sei Dank noch nicht bezahlt. Noch ärgerlicher war die Feststellung am nächsten Morgen, dass das Hotel gar kein Frühstück anbietet für den wir bezahlt haben. Bei dem Telefonat wurde uns gesagt dass das Hotel seit 5 Tagen ein Problem mit dem Essbereich hat obwohl wir mit Frühstück buchen konnten. Da wir durch Termine in Eile waren, waren wir gezwungen in erst bestem und teuerem Café schnell zu frühstücken. Bei der Abreise haben wir festgestellt, dass wir nicht die einzigen Gäste waren die so verascht wurden. Auf eine Beschwerde hat das Hotel gar nicht reagiert.

Lage sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof. Kleines, sauberes Zimmer mit Bad. Ruhig.

Auf den Straßen stehen suspekt wirkende Personen herum. Nicht wirklich bedrohlich, aber etwas unheimlich. Die Gegend gehört nicht zum Rotlichtviertel, wohl aber zur Bahnhofsgegend. Das Fenster geht direkt zu einer Feuertreppe auf. Es war im Hinterhof niemand zu sehen oder zu hören, fühlt sich aber etwas unsicher an. Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten (war für mich kein Problem). Das angekündigte WLAN hat für mich nicht funktioniert.

La reception è chiusa anche di giorno ma il check in on-line è comunque funzionale. Non c'è l'aria condizionata ma un ventilatore che comunque rende la condizione accettabile.

Günstig, sauber, zentral

Es lag gut zentral und insbesondere das Personal (Rezeption und auch der Roomservice) ist wirklich sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann alles fußläufig erreichen, oder mit der Straßenbahn. Für einen Städtetrip ist das Topas Hotel sehr gut geeignet.

Es gibt nur 2 Stellplätze in einer 3 Minuten entfernten Tiefgarage. Vor dem Hotel Parkplätze mit Parkschein, von 8:00 bis 17:00 Uhr, aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Ich habe das Zimmer morgens gebucht und 84 € dafür bezahlt. Laut der Buchungsbestätigung war der Check-in ab 14:00 Uhr möglich. Ich kam um 15:00 Uhr im Hotel an und musste feststellen, dass mein Zimmer überhaupt nicht gereinigt war. Auf dem Bett lagen Haare, die Mülleimer waren voll, leere Flaschen standen im Zimmer und die Handtücher waren offensichtlich nicht gewechselt worden. Ich hatte an diesem Tag wichtige Termine und wollte mich vorab nur kurz ausruhen und duschen. Stattdessen musste ich warten, bis mein Zimmer überhaupt erst gereinigt wurde. Das ist für mich absolut inakzeptabel. Wenn ein Hotel einen Check-in ab 14:00 Uhr anbietet, muss das Zimmer zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch bezugsfertig sein. Für 84 € erwarte ich zumindest ein sauberes Zimmer. Leider hat dieses Erlebnis meinen Aufenthalt und meine Stimmung erheblich beeinträchtigt. Ich kann dieses Hotel aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Kein Rezeptions-Personal,überhitztes kleines Zimmer. Da das Zimmer nach hinten lag, gab es eine Notausgangstreppe. Dort haben sich einige Gäste aufgehalten,geraucht und gekifft. Der Gestankt war bis ins Zimmer zu riechen. Das Zimmer konnte man wegen der Hitze nur bei weit geöffneten Zimmer ertragen.

The room we got was not how it looked like on the photos. It was much smaller - we barely had space to move around. Although we did get it for a low price, there were other offers around the main station with the same price but probably bigger rooms.

Very close to Frankfurt hbf. Good beds. Clean. Large appartment. We sleept in apartment 4.

Only selfservice check in. You have to walk from the 4 to the 5th floor on stairs. The lift only goes to the 4th floor. Breakfast was very basic. If you are tall you will have problems by using the shower if you want to stand up in the bathtub.

Dort gibt es keine Rezeption. Die angegebene Telefonnummer wird nicht beantwortet, und wenn man Hilfe braucht, bekommt man keine Unterstützung. Der Preis ist zwar günstig, aber der Service ist leider sehr schlecht. ☹️

Hotel: kein Zugang möglich. Frankfurt Telefonnummer nicht gültig. Angeschriebene Handynummer erreichbar. Zugang mit Zugangscode. Wurde nie gemailt von Booking. gezanke am Telefon, bis er mir meinen Zugangscode sagte. Im Zimmer Rollo defekt, halb offen und dahinter eine Terrasse, wo Leute saßen. Konnte Licht nicht anmachen. Foto gemacht, kann ich mailen. Kein Personal.

Leider keine Info wo Parken möglich ist nach 25min im Kreisfahren haben wir schließlich in einem Parkhaus geparkt was nicht zum Hotel gehörte, wie uns ging es noch weiteren Gästen.

The whole room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was clean and easy to use. The hotel is conveniently located for the Hauptbahnhof and the city centre. It was very reasonably priced.

Отель в центре города, с парковкой для машины проблема. Очень узкие коридоры, маленькие комнаты. Были в июне 2026, было очень жарко +33. Кондиционера в номере не было. Мебель новая, матрасы очень удобные, постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные (для меня это очень важно). В ванной хорошая сантехника, были мыло и гель для душа, было чисто. Был телевизор в номере. Но как по мне, так отелям вместо телевизора лучше ставить чайник и набор чашек/тарелок.

Purtroppo niente, il frigo in camera sarebbe stato una chicca, ma non funzionava.

Pessima zona, non ben descritta e segnalata nella descrizione, sia a causa delle persone e del quartiere attorno, che dei rumori che ne derivano (continue ambulanze, pulizia, ecc). La tenda non si chiudeva se non con la finestra chiusa, e con 40 gradi fuori ovviamente era impensabile non aprirla. Il ventilatore fornitoci in camera era pieno di polvere e pertanto inutilizzabile, rendendo il nostro soggiorno in piena ondata di caldo una notte in bianco. Disinteresse dell'assistenza al telefono e successivamente della receptionist trovata al mattino quando segnalato il nostro problema. La reception, oltretutto, era segnalata aperta dalle 7 alle 11, ma così non è stato.

Eine Garderobe wäre sehr praktisch. Leider ist das Apartment im Sommer bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad faktisch nicht nutzbar. Es befindet sich im 5. OG und verfügt über keine Klimatisierung, was es unmöglich macht, zu schlafen.q

Zentrale Lage zum Bahnhof. Am Wochenende konnten wir an der Straße kostenfrei parken. Das Hotel hat auch in einem Parkhaus 5 Stellplätze. Frühstück 10€, war gut. Alles was man braucht für den Start in den Tag. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Einrichtung war gut.

Für den Preis kann man keine große Ansprüche haben. Wir waren an einem sehr heißen Tag da, die Luft im Zimmer sehr unangenehm. Der Ventilator hat minimal geholfen.
