Reviewed Sep 7, 2026朝食はとても美味しくお得感がありました。また1階にコンビニもあり便利でした。旭川の駅からは思ったより遠くて歩くのはちょっとしんどかったです。ただ、近くには石狩川を臨む常磐公演が有り散歩には最適でした。
部屋ではWi-Fi利用可との事だったのですが、何故か繋がらずスタッフの方に調べてもらっても原因不明という事でしたが、ルーターが他の階の部屋と共用？なのか、またパスワードも「どちらかで接続」と曖昧な設定でこれは困りました。あと、トイレとバスはかなり狭かったです。

最初の部屋が天上から水漏れしていて部屋を変えていただいたのは良かったのですが最初の部屋に鏡とクローゼットが付いていましたが変えてもらった部屋には鏡とクローゼットがなかったのは残念でした。

The washing machine cum dryer took 130 mins & my clothes were not dry. Only one elevator to guest rooms. Old school taps, but lucky is separate taps for bath & hand basin. Unable to connect to hotel wifi or broken connection. Old furnishing.

団体を引率していった他の部屋でパジャマが破れていたと話していた。2年間休業していたので部屋の改装でもしたのかなと感じていたがそのままだった。

ベッド横の照明及びテレビのアンテナ線が外れており、照明が点かずテレビも写らなかった。 冷蔵庫のON-OFFが分かりずらく、点いているのかいないにか判断できなかった。（結局、使用するときはONするよう指示あるがONされていた） 冷蔵庫に入れていた飲み物が凍ってしまった（凍らせない方法が分からなかった）。 風呂の湯を貯める時及びシャワー時の温度調整がしにくかった。

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026Whilst check in was pleasant that was pretty much the highlight. Location is okay but you have plenty of other choices that also situated in this location
Bed, mattress was like sleeping on bricks. Shower or mister it didn't actually have much water coming out and impossible to get any hot water at all. So no shower when you off out for work not ideal. Internet works once you figure out which one and which password and then do this each time you come back into the room.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026ホテル内にセイコーマートの入口があったのはとても有難かった。便利でした。 また、チェックアウト時に旭川のタクシー会社が分からなかったのでフロントでタクシーを呼んで頂きました。助かりました。ありがとうございました。 チェックインの際も、事前に伝えていた時間に間に合わなさそうだと思い、電話させていただきましたが「急がなくても大丈夫ですよ」と言っていただけて安心してホテルに向かうことができました。ありがとうございます。

駐車場がもう少し広かったら良かった。お風呂のカランがサーモ付で無かったのが、残念です。（水とお湯）

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026部屋着のサイズがフリーのみで大きいサイズの対応がなかった。フロントの男性の電話対応で「フリーサイズのみです。合いませんか？」と言われ、非常にストレスを感じました。また部屋着は古くボロボロ感を感じた。 部屋のエアコン調節ができなかった。 テレビのリモコンの反応が悪く、電池交換を頼もうかと何度も思った。 アメニティの種類が少なすぎた。急な宿泊には不向きなホテルと感じた。 コンセントはあったがテレビやベットサイドのライトに使用され非常に使い勝手が悪かった。ツインなのだからベッドサイドでは2箇所のコンセントが必要になることを考慮して欲しい。 とても古く、思考も止まっているホテルで、ホテルのあり方というものを根本から見直しして欲しい。

There was a male front desk who work at night shift are the most that i don't like during my stay. The way he talking are very rude and very unpolitely like other japanese that I ever meet among.
