Court Hotel Asahikawa

If you only need a place to rest, do laundry, nothing fancy, this is a recommended place. The room is big, bed is confortable, water pressure is good. Price is also affordable. there are 2 washing machine and 2 dryers available.

Can feel that the hotel is aging. But with the price we paid, no complaint.

Good hotel warm people

No smoking room in the hotel

Smoke-free hotel. No smell at all. Decent size room. On site coin operated washers and dryers. Wifi is excellent. The room size is about 10x 20'.

Tiny coat hanger closet. Bathroom is a bit tight (but manageable). The bed was not quite queen size. I think its a full size only.

Location.

Size of standard room.

Very convenient location. Close to resteraunts and train station.

Room is standard business hotel style.

Good location, comfortable room

Parking was paid (but affordable)

Dobra poloha

Starší hotel, některé části opotřebené, pokoje ani chodby nebyli čisté. V pokoji zápach. Pokoj nebylo možné vyměnit.

Hotel blízko vlakového nádraží.Menší postele, ale to jsme věděli předem.

Fantastic location. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Hotel has coin washing machine & dryer facilities making it very convenient for guests

The air-conditioner unit on the second level of the maisonette was a little too noisy.

very close to the main station. this hotel is just more than good enough!

since the purpose is just to stay one night, the hotel perfectly satisfied my requirement!

The hotel, though somewhat dated, is well-maintained and clean. There’s a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby.

The soundproofing in our room is quite poor. On our first night, we could hear a couple fighting next door. The corridor is also noisy because guests are constantly closing or opening their room doors.

Fantastic location very close to the JR station, making it incredibly easy to get around. It's also highly convenient if you're renting car for driving, as there are many car rental shops just around the corner. The hotel is within short walking distance of the JR walking street, AEON mall, and plenty of dining options. They also provide motorcycle parking for a fee, which I found quite reasonable.

great central location; the staff was very, very helpful in researching about how to get to various locations, even calling the next hotel. All the requests were meant promptly, i.e. extra towels and pillows.

There was no delivery service option. We went to the nearby Aeon Mall to send our excess luggage.

Location

Despite mentioned air-conditioned room during booking but no cool air during this period, we have to open window. Room light quite dim

Location - 4min walk to JR station, close to restaurants, bus stops, konbini around the corner Clean Locks for left luggage before check in and after check out. Value for money. Amenities collected in lobby, so less waste Chairs in room - enough chairs for no. Of ppl in room Coin Washing machine & dryer, common use microwave Bright rooms Windows that open

Bugs in room. - stayed in 2 different rooms over 3 nights. The single room had like black bugs, but none in other room Bit dated - can tell it was refurbished a couple yrs back but age starting to show.

Double bed is bigger than other hotels i use to stayed. Japanese style room for 3 people is also great.

Sound leaks through the door.

Positition/location was perfect.

Probably they can improve a little bit with cleaning, but overall really clean and everything fine.

We loved everything, especially the breakfast buffet.

Nothing, all was great.

Very close to JR station and shopping area, many eateries nearby.

No room cleaning service for stay less than 4 days. There was always bad sewage smell in toilet when we returned to room each evening, though it went away after we flush the toilet. Centralised heating which made the room very hot and uncomfortable.

Was nice and clean and comfy bed

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience regarding accessibility. Despite presenting my national disability card, the staff did not recognise it and refused me access to the disabled parking area. This led to me having to park about 200 meters away across the street in another hotel's car park which was quite inconvenient.
