Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The location is perfect! Right in front of the Seodaemun metro station, exits 7 + 8. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.
There was moldy smell next to the bed on the wall which is right at the shower on the other side. I had my window open all the time because of the smell. I did not see anything on the wall but the smell was always there.

There is no shower curtains and has a halfway shower door, which is wierd. Water splashes while taking a shower. Breakfast food (Buffet) was good, but the restaurant staff never take the empty plates. They only cleaned the tables when the guest finished and left a table. So several plates were stacked on the side of the dining table, which is terrible. The staff passed by several times our table, but didn't take away empty plates and glasses.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Breakfast choices were great, a bit understaffed during peak hour. Lunch options were even better. Well worth the money. Front desk staff was very accommodating and kind. Even with me stuttering over my Korean words, the staff tried their best to understand and take care of my needs.
I didn't enjoy sweeping to bathroom floor of all the water from the shower. The glass is positioned in a way that all the water sprays out of the tub. It is designed to drain under the sink so I think the water is intended to splash out but the toilet tissue is right there in the open so I don't think it is the best layout. Also, beds were not the most comfortable. Also, the breakfast ends too early, I missed it one day from waking up late.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. First of all, I contacted the hotel in advance and asked for a quieter room where we wouldn’t hear the street noise, and they placed us on the 24th floor. Thank you! It was unexpected, as I’m actually afraid of heights, but my husband and son absolutely loved it! The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel has a wonderful location, with a subway station nearby. There was also a lovely shop inside the subway passage, and a convenience store just a 4-minute walk away that was open 24/7. Across the street, there were many great cafés, and one of them actually became our favorite. The only thing I didn’t really like was the lack of a full-length mirror. Also, the bathroom and closet share the same sliding door, which was a little inconvenient when traveling with a child, as the door was quite heavy and he couldn’t open it himself. But these are just minor details. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The travel agent said they had to verify with the hotel. Waited over 30mins because the hotel wouldn’t pick up the phone. Days later they denied the refund even though they said they would. So very unprofessional. They also don’t pick up if you select for English. They only picked up when I chose for Korean. Overall, the worst hotel experience without even checking in.
