Location is good, this was my 3rd stay here. There is big supermarket outside the compound. Also there is italian restaurant about 5 minutes walking.

It is a great place for a longer stay when you want to get a feel of a home vs hotel. It is situated right in the middle of Jinqiao, expats community. Next to the venue you will find a supermarket Times Grocery with all the goodies from abroad. There is a swimming pool and good gym available for guests as well. The receptionists are very helpful - something not to underestimate if you do not speak Chinese like our family.

If like our family you got surprised that there is no dishwasher in the apartment, you do not need to worry. There is a cleaning service every day that is included in the price which makes up for it.

The location is excellent, and the reception staff are pleasant, though their English could be improved; a translation app may be helpful. The apartment is well-appointed, with a well-equipped kitchen. The secure compound is conveniently located above a Subway restaurant, a large supermarket, and numerous other shops.

It was a great apartment to stay at. The complex and the area are rather new, foreigner friendly neighbourhood, with a great european/us food supermarket just around the corner. Great room - spacious with all necessary facilities. Loved it.

Hard to explain the taxi where to take us. Even showed the Chinese address, and still had issues. Breakfast was available, but I honestly didn't take it - the supermarket cereal with toast was enough for me.

Gutes Hotel. Ruhige Lage. Aber die Metro ist weit entfernt. Ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

Perfect place to stay in Pudong - have visited many times and always stay at the Green Court...great location, luxurious apartments with kitchenette, loads of great bars and restaurants all within 5-10 minutes' walking distance, grocery store is just downstairs, a Starbucks and ATM around the corner...what's not to love?

Green Court is a comfortable and convenient place to stay. It is close to shops and restaurants and within easy reach of Lujiazui and Puxi.

Unlike some serviced apartments this was genuinely set up like a home away from home with adequate kitchen facilities including cookware and cutlery if you wanted use them.

Washing machine for small load of laundry. Metro line 9 Laotian Rd. Station Is about 15-20min. walk or take bus 790 to get there.

Property (grounds and apartment) was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent.

The whole experience was absolutely first class. Reception were excellent offering help and advice and generally seeing to our needs. The apartment was absolutely superb. Everything felt new and modern, there was a great balcony surrounding the apartment. We had two very comfortable beds with soft fresh linen. The apartment had a safe which was easy to use. The kitchen was well equipped with enough to do some basic meals. There was a washing machine and dryer which worked well. The apartment is well located for Jinqiao which has plenty of shops and places to eat. Right outside the apartment is Times grocery market which has a good selection of food. It is about a 20-30 minute taxi ride to downtown Pudog and Puxi can easily be reached in a few minutes more.

The location of this property is perfect for visiting friends and family. It is also very clean with many restaurants and western grocery stores . Also 2 Starbucks within a 3 minute walk .

Great serviced apartments. very clean and well equipped. would definitely recommend and will use again. Only negative point is metro station a good 10 minute walk.

Good location and facilities

Apartment was awesome very spacious clean and well maintained. Loved the heated toilet seat 😃. Area is very quiet not much happening but nice to walk around. Highly recommend if you didn’t have to stay in city and very spacious for a long stay. Handy having Starbucks across the road too.

I traveled as a coach with a team of athletes we all found the place to be clean tidy everything worked well. Beds and lounges were good and restful. the staff from reception to the cleaners where all great,friendly and helpful to any of our needs. There was nothing to hard for them.

The location of this property makes it ideal . It is close to all the local venues and now with a subway only a block away it is lnkrf to everything Shanghai has to offer. The service is excellent - reception speaks both English and Mandarin . And room service is quick and reliable . The rooms are very quiet, comfortable and clean . Wouldn’t want to stay at any other place in Pudong.

It is our first choice of accommodation whenever we visit JinQaio in Shanghai. Everything you could want is within a 5 miinute walk, including a newly opened subway line . Great location and clean, modern fully furnished apartments . Service at reception is outstanding . King size beds are very comfortable. In addition the breakfasts are excellent . I would highly recommend this property for a long or short stay . The area has lots of restaurants and western grocery stores. Plus a recent bonus is a subway line within a 10 minute walk .

My family often stay at Green Court Service Apartments when visiting Shanghai. It is an outstanding fully furnished apartment complex in a great area. Shops and restaurants ( including Starbucks ) are close by . The reception staff are fluent in English which is important when visiting China. The WiFi is great as is all the service . Now GCS is located a 5 minute walk to new subway line connecting you to all of Shanghai. 5 star all the way!

This is one of the best deals in Shanghai. The apartments are close to a grocery store with imported food and an easy walk to metro #9. There are several western restaurants in the area also. Great place to stay for a family and not too far from Disney. The breakfast had western and chinese choices.

Spacious and modern rooms; very clean and in like new condition.

Reasonable price, cleanliness, and professional staff. Terrible breakfast for its price Not to convenient kitchen sink/faucet and hair dryer. Kitchen sink faucet is installed close to the edge of the sink therefore it's extremely easy to splash water all over the counter. No power outlet in the bathroom for the hair dryer, I had to blow dry and style my hair without a mirror (imagine it please).

Basically these apartments are furnished five star suites . Everything is so beautifully designed that you will find yourself returning and returning to these jewels of service apartments.. it is close by to many restaurants, stores and parks . Outstanding service at checkin through to check out . Breakfast was amazing as was access to health club and swimming pool.. Even the internet and televisions and movie channels were excellent . My family will definitely be returning to this apartment complex. We loved it !

Awesome apartment hotel. Clean, fast wifi, spacious, courteous staff. It is far from JingAn and Nanjing Road but close to Pudong and Century Park. It is about a ten minute walk to the metro. I would stay again. Breakfast is not the best and the pool has limited hours.

I stay at this complex whenever I am in Shanghai which is usually once a month . It is truly like a beautiful home away from hone . The apartments are beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable with king size bed and blackout blinds . It even has a Starbucks across the street and an expat type grocery store ( Times) right next to the apartment complex. Great place to stay for short or long stays .

These serviced apartments are one of the true treasures of the Green Coty Rea in JonQaio Pudong Shanghai. The apartments are beautifully furnished and the service at these apartment units is outstanding . Even the breakfasts are excellent . You cannot beat these apartments for value, beauty, comfort, and location . Free WiFi which is top of the line as well as two flat screen tv’s with an amazing range of English new release movies as well as news channels.

The apartment was so large and modern. Except for the fact that it was not easy to find, everything was great.

We stayed four times for a total of 7 nights during a two-week time period. Every room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, doing translation and calling taxis as needed. The grounds of the apartments are lovely to walk through, so peaceful and well-kept.

I've lived in the area for 8 years. Therefore, I know the way. Walking distance to recreation complex and street of western cuisines. Only difficult to get a taxi.

Unfortunately our taxi took us to the sister hotel in the city, this apartment is further out towards Pudong airport. Quiet and beautifully presented with plenty of restaurants. .

This was an amazing place to stay. I took my 2 teenage children and there was more than enough room. The facility is safe and luxiourios.

The service apartment really felt like home away from home, nicely and elegantly fitted. However, service at front desk was below par, and needs much improvement. Unfortunately my room didn't come with an umbrella and when I dialled front desk, they insisted it was there. I had to go to lobby and tell them it wasn't. They didn't believe me and insisted someone checked in my room. They had nothing to say when they arrived, and told me to wait for another 10 - 15 mins to get an umbrella. All this drama took about 20 minutes and definitely made me lost my appetite for dinner. I also checked where's a convenient place for dinner since it was still drizzling. They pointed me to a direction where they (locals) go to which I didn't want to coz it was quite a walk (10 mins). I then asked the security guards in vicinity who pointed me to a restaurant that serve breakfast for apartment guests. This restaurant serves shanghainese cuisine and was less than a 5 minute walk. When I returned to apartment, I asked the front desk why they didn't point me to this restaurant. They were defensive and said "we don't go there and we don't know what they serve". Attitude was such, and I wonder how can they not know what the restaurant serve when they had a permanent arrangement with this restaurant to serve breakfast for its guests. I really think the front desk team needs a comprehensive customer training skills to provide better service.

You get a real apartment completed with washing/drying machine, small kitchen and separated living and bedroom. It's mostly expat long lease complex of very good level, seldomly used for short stays. Nearby: a store with Western food, and all kinds of restaurants and spas. Fitness center is very good. Included breakfast on the other hand is very basic. Be aware, that the Internet in this hotel is subject to Chinese restrictions (google, youtube, Facebook are blocked) I choose the place for the proximity of business and for the real apartment feel.
