Fueron muy atentos con nosotros desde el primer momento. El desayuno estaba increíble y todo el personal que trabajaba allí fue muy amable y agradable. Sin duda, una experiencia muy buena.

It was close to the bus stop, so quite convenient!

On our last day, since we had a late flight, we asked someone at reception if we could use the shower at the pool and were told yes since it was open until 6pm. However a very ruse staff member gave us trouble when we arrive at 5:30pm.. saying it was closed and then heard her complaning about it with other staff members.

I thought I would write a review as there appears to be no recent reviews. We have just returned from a 3 day trip staying at this hotel. We were a party of 6 and had 3 rooms in the hotel. It is not often I write a ‘bad review’ however we felt highly unsatisfied with the facilities and cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms felt and were dirty. In one room we had stained bedding, hair all over the bathroom and no fridge and no balcony. Not to mention the broken shower, there was barely any water pressure it was just dripping like a tap which meant we had to use a shower in another room. Yet the other 2 rooms under our booking both had balcony’s and fridges, yet one of them had no working air con. We asked if there was another room available with both a balcony and a fridge and were told no, yet this feels extremely unfair considering we all paid the same amount but one room doesn’t have a fridge or balcony, another doesn’t have working air con? However, this hotel is in a great location close to lots of restaurants and shops. And the reception team were attentive in helping us order taxis etc. That being said. We would not stay here again as we could not move past the dirty rooms that clearly need a ‘deep’ clean rather than a quick once over, and the varying amenities in each room despite paying the same price.

After reading many negative reviews I decided to add a review. Nothing wrong at all with this hotel, location is excellent, it’s clean and the staff are friendly. I would definitely stay here again

Nos invitaron al desayuno y a una bebida. La habitación la tenían antea del horario de check in y nos la dieron.

Debería haber algún secador para el pelo y que las limpiadoras hicieran menos ruido al hacer las habitaciones ya que se escucha todo

Para empezar el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y no se podía ni dormir en la habitación de la calor q hacía, y por otra parte, llegada la noche, mi mujer se dirige al hotel cn su prima y el de seguridad juntos cn sus dos colegas en horario laboral, tratan a las 2 de chicas de compañía faltándoles el respeto, y silvandoles como si fueran perros, después al volver a acudir al hotel, las para diciendo que ellas no pertenecen al hotel aun viéndoles la pulsera del propio hotel del desayuno, a lo que me reclama q ellas no pueden subir a la habitación cuando no iban a subir para nada, encima se pone chulo y a faltar el respeto cuando se le dice q ella si reside en el hotel esa noche y q es mi pareja q va con migo, creo q ese tío no merece estar ha tratando así a una mujer, como si eso fuera un prostibulo. La chica de la recepción Irene un encanto de mujer atenta a todo, muy servicial y ha hecho la estancia más amena por lo menos. Un 10 esta chica

Lo que más me gustó fue el trato del personal, super atentas con nosotras, e intentando solucionar los problemas. Hay que decir tb que nos ofrecieron el desayuno gratuito y eso es de agradecer.

No nos gustó nada, que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el frigoridico tampoco y la cama supletoria estaba rota. Nos cambiaron el último día de habitacion y la verdad que luego mucho mejor, pero los dos primeros dias sin aire acondicionado bastante mal, además de que lo dijimos despues de la primera noche en recepción y cuando llegamos a la tarde/noche seguía roto el aire acondicionado y a lo de la cama no le dieron solución hasta que no bajé de nuevo a decirlo, y la pobre recepcionista intentó buscar una solución. El frigorifico no funcionaba en ninguna de las dos habitaciones en las que estuvimos

La bañera oxidada no funciona el aire acondicionado y el personal de limpieza no da ni los Buenos días, y no tiene nada que ver con las fotos de Booking.

Läget var perfekt. Personalen var trevligt.

Det va ett fruktansvärt liv i rummet över vårt i natt. Vi klädde på oss o skulle gå ner men tillslut lugnade ner sig. Natten innan va det oväsen i korridoren. Vid två tillfällen så man vaknade. Annars va det ok.

Había mucho jaleo en las habitaciones cercanas, descontrol con las toallas y faltaba champu …. Aunque avisaras no reponian….

The hotel is great if you're wanting a cheap stay. We stayed here as we chose to extend our stay but our other hotel had no availability. Pool opposite is lively and cheap

Hotel needs modernising, if you do get a balcony room, be aware you can't really sit on them as they are quite shallow.

The staff were absolutely lovely here! The room was basic (no fridge or balcony seats) however it was cleaned daily, spacious and looked liked the pictures. They had security by the door so we always felt safe, and the location was perfect. I would happily stay here again!!

water was leaking and getting on the floor in the bathroom . bathroom floor was very dirty and messed up a little for a hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was awful! 1 star would be too much!!!! Our room was nothing like the photographs. It was a box room with no balcony and a tiny sliding window near the roof that didn't allow ventilations into the room at all. The air conditioning was broken. We reported this to staff who did nothing about it for the duration of our 9 day stay. There was no fridge and the room was so hot it was unbearable and we had to leave our main door open just to breathe properly. We asked at reception to be moved rooms and were told it was fully booked. When friends departed a few days later we asked could we have their room instead and again that was declined. We will never ever return to this hotel. TERRIBLE

The all staff was really friendly and helpful! We received even a voucher for breakfast which was very kind. Our room was good, bed really comfortable. We had a fridge inside and they welcomed us with 2 bottles of water and 2 pack of salty nuts :)

I was a little bit disappointed cause we didn’t have hairdryer.

Antonio, Dulce, Balvina and Iuli have been the best part of our experience amazing service fabulous food and drink. This hotel and pool area have been out of this world. Very impressed.

Was clean

The pool, was across the road which wasn’t the problem but it was literally filled with dead wasps and flies. Beds were really crammed together and didn’t feel clean.

Stayed here last week with 2 of my friends and didn’t have a positive experience . Rooms very basic but diddnt look like the photos provided no fridge no chair no table/chairs on balcony. On the second to last day there was a leak directly above one of my friends bed with an unknown substance going onto her bed and leaving it soaked which is dangerous as we diddnt know what it was and she could of become poorly. As a result of this we had to move hotel on the second to last day which was 20 minutes away which was very inconvenient as our transfer to the airport was early in the morning and we had to make our way to and from this new hotel which was completely out of the way. The hotel was unfair with compensating for the issue , they gave us a free meal at another hotel which was a free meal and drink which was incorrect it was a buffet with awful food choices and no drink so we didn’t even bother. We had to pay our all our taxis for the rest of the holiday which is why we picked this hotel originally because of the location however they didn’t compensate enough for my liking and made the last day unpleasant. The pool is across the road and is a open to all pool so there was people who wasn’t even staying at the hotel taking up all the sunbeds so some days we didn’t even get one which is completely unfair . I won’t be staying at this hotel again the only positive thing was the location however I wouldn’t recommend

Great location for San An, basic no frills hotel. beds a little uncomfortable (hard) but your not getting much sleep in ibiza anyway.

I have just returned from my stay at this hotel and I could not fault the service. From checking in to checking out, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in this hotel last year and the lady her name was Maria remembered us which I thought was a nice touch. The staff were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were basic but cleaned everyday and replaced with new towels. There was an issue with the laundry service meaning there was limited towels on a few days of our stay but they accommodated us with pool towels instead. Overall, the experience was great and I would highly recommend this hotel and the staff.

Stayed here a few times and loved the fridge in the room this year. Staff always available to provide extra room key if needed. Staff at pool were fantastic.

Went on a stagg doo with 15 lads aged between 22 and 44..Only found out it was a 1 star when we got there absolutely brilliant place Staff location rooms security should be more then a one star had no trouble at all loved it and would definitely go back 👌🏾👌🏾

I can't urge anyone enough to stay away from this hotel. Me and a friend stayed here for 3 nights - meant to be 5 but we had to cut it short. When we arrived the room stank of bleach, the bed covers were stained and the railing on the balcony was falling off meaning we couldn't use it. We had arrived back at the hotel after a day out on Wednesday when a security guard bardged into our room and began threatening us with a bat, he did not speak english so was communicating through google translate. The man threatened us for 30 minuets until we have him 100 euros. He told me not to report this as the woman at the desk wouldn't believe me. Due to this I had to move hotel and book an early flight home.

honestly be very careful when buying drink etc. from the bar , on one occasion i was charged €125 for a jug of sangria that was supposed to be €27 and the day after i was charged €105 for 1 redbull! and then when we went to check out the woman in reception tried to spring on us that we had another €60 to pay as part of a deposit! even though we payed our deposit when we arrived,obviously, just be very careful with this hotel as they are clearly having a field day scamming people

This hotel, built in the 70's, is perfect for a weekend or overnight visit to San Antonio. It's a traditional-style establishment that's well-maintained, featuring a professional, courteous, and helpful staff, along with 24-hour security, which is a significant added benefit. Its biggest advantage is its location, right where you want to be in the centre of San Antonio, along a quiet street that is close to all the action. The bus station and the local ferries to all the best beaches on the west coast are just a minute's walk away. Rooms all have a balcony or terrace. There is no furniture because the balconies are too narrow to accommodate chairs or tables due to the residential area in which the hotel is located. This was the style of the era in which the hotel was built. To compensate, air con. hairdryer, safe and shampoo/ bath gel, are included in modern, refurbished bathrooms. Which, for the price you pay, is a real bonus in Ibiza. The quaint lift works perfectly. No kitchen or breakfast service, but there are many restaurants nearby of all types for breakfast and fast food options. The pool bar across the road serves food and coffee, which wasn't the best as it was weak compared to the delicious, local strong coffee served elsewhere. Additionally, I dislike drinking from plastic cups, so I didn't enjoy drinking at the pool bar. However, the pool area is very cosy, clean and pretty. It's a real sun trap surrounded by trees and an ideal place to sunbathe and relax after a night out, with plenty of sunbeds and loungers available. It's not a party pool so don't expect loud music or partying its a chillout area only. A great value hotel, that is spotlessly clean, with pleasant staff. The hotel will respect you if you respect the local community and the relaxed, chilled atmosphere of the hotel. Please note that this is a traditional hotel, dating back over 50 years, with character rather than a modern, fashionable facility. If you understand this, you will likely enjoy your stay here if you are only staying for a couple of nights. This is why the hotel's price is so affordable. You will get the young party people here, but that adds to the quirky atmosphere of the place.
