Reviewed Sep 18, 2026La gentillesse du personnel autant à l’accueil qu’au restaurant. Susanna et Dye très dévouées et attentionnées. On les remercie encore. L’hôtel est à taille humaine, esprit espagnol très simple sans chichi.
Quelques petits détails : pas de verre dans la salle de bain, manque une table et un cendrier sur la terrasse. Coffre fort payant, 3€ / jour, dommage, à mon sens du gagne petit.

Najhorši sú ty čo prídu na Hotel žúrovať a nie sa baviť v klube od 22:00/0:00 priblizne hluk na izbách musí zasahovať security a hotelový personál😔 ďalej hotelové izby by privítali malú rekonštrukciu inak za mňa oki aký by boly splnené tieto veci dal by som kľudne 9+

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Konumu hemen ana otobüs durağının yanında. Ulaşım açısından çok rahat. Taksi ve market de çok yakın. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği olması mental olarak bizi çok rahatlattı, sürekli nerede ne yiyeceğiz diye düşünmedik. Yemekler ortalamaydı, genel olarak memnun kaldık. 201 numaralı odada kaldık, yatak rahattı çok rahat uyudum, “walk in” duş vardı, bizim banyomuz yenilenmişti belli ki. (Ama odanın geri kalan eşyaları eski ve konaklayan kişiler gerçekten kötü davranmış eşyalara.) Oda her gün isterseniz her gün temizleniyordu ki kumlu kumlu odaya geldiğimiz düşünülürse bu çok çok iyi bir şey. Asansör yanındaki oda olmamıza rağmen çok fazla gürültü olmadı. Havuzunu kullanmadığımız için yorum yapamıyorum. Güvende hissettik genel olarak. Fiyat/performans olarak baktığımızda memnun kaldık.
Odalarda mini buzdolabı olmaması kötü. Mobilyalar eskiydi, ve kırık yerleri vardı. Odanın temizliğinin biraz daha iyi olmasını beklerdim, ama housekeeping hanımı koridorda yakalayıp odada dikkatimi çeken birkaç yeri gösterdim ve geldiğimizde onlar temizlenmişti; yani genel olarak temizdi. Oda fotoğraflardan biraz daha eski. Restorandaki hanım nedense ingilizce konuşmadı bizimle. Başka kişilere ingilizce cevap verdiğini duyduk ama ispanyolca anlamadığımızı söylememize rağmen bizimle ısrarla ispanyolca konuşmaya devam etti ve sanırım bizi “ibizaya gelen klasik gençler” zannedip biraz sert bir mizaçla konuştu ilk 3 gün. Ama son 2 gün daha ılımlı ve güler yüzlüydü 6 kişilik masamızı hep rezerve etmişti.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026They refused my Prepaid reservation with no reasons. They tried to obbligate me to cancell it with Booking, and paid a new one saying they was gonna accept the refound request by booking. I tried for 1 h to ask for a manager but “ no possible”. They are just a BIG SCAM! Of course we are going to take legal action, all the conversation hai been recorded. Book somewhere else not with this 2 startz SCAM people.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026En general tuvimos una estancia muy buena. Las habitaciones estaban bien, el desayuno y la cena nos gustaron mucho y la atención fue excelente. Quiero destacar especialmente a Susana, del comedor, súper amable, atenta y siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos bien. Se nota cuando alguien hace su trabajo con cariño.
Lo único negativo fue la limpieza de la piscina. Al entrar, las escaleras y algunas baldosas dentro del agua estaban resbaladizas y tenían una especie de lama o moho negro. Daba la sensación de que esa zona necesitaba una limpieza más profunda. Fue lo único que mejoraría, porque por lo demás estuvimos muy a gusto.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026We had a good stay at this hotel. The breakfast and dinner was good ,with plenty of choice,the location was great. The bus station was just 3 minutes away,the beach about a 5 Minute walk,there was many bars and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well,. It is not a luxury hotel ,but offers good value for money. We would happily recommend it. Staff very nice 🙂

I servizi, era inclusa anche la cena a buffet, molto apprezzata dato che una sera causa allerta meteo non sono riuscita ad uscire. Bella la piscina anche se non ho usufruito del servizio. La cortesia e la disponibilità del personale.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo forse un po’ l’eccessivo vista la posizione e soprattutto la camera che era molto basica e non offriva neanche un frigo. Ma ho soggiornato dal 19 al 23 agosto e purtroppo trattasi di alta stagione.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The location is perfect. Lidl is 5 minutes away from hotel. You can find a carpark next to hotel or across lidl. Breakfast and dinner was good for me and it was enough to be full. My room was single room but i got double bed in high season and it was very good opportunity for me. The air conditioner was working very good. My bed was comfortable. I will prefer here again.
The only thing there was ants on the floor. I didn't care but it shouldnt have been in the room. I found some hair on my bed sheets but maybe it fell while they were cleaning i dont know. The sheet looked clean.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026E' la terza volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel. Personale alla reception valido ed efficiente. Camera accogliente e con tutti i comfort. Rispetto agli anni precedenti migliorata sotto l'aspetto delle pulizie. Un consiglio magari con soggiorni superiori ai 5 giorni come il nostro, sarebbe gradito lavaggio pavimento e cambio lenzuola. Posizione eccellente con tutto vicino...centro, parcheggi, stazione autobus...tutto a piedi! La cucina presenta diverse pecche che per fortuna sono state colmate brillantemente da Susana e dal suo staff, sempre cordiali, allegre ed attente ad ogni esigenza con una pulizia tavoli impeccabile!!!
La nostra esperienza con il buffet è stata piuttosto deludente, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la cucina. Il cibo era spesso freddo e l'organizzazione della cucina lasciava molto a desiderare. Inoltre, la cucina è estremamente rumorosa e alcuni membri del personale di cucina erano piuttosto sgradevoli, persino maleducati. Un altro aspetto che ha attirato la nostra attenzione è che la griglia viene spenta alle 21:30, nonostante il buffet rimanga aperto fino alle 22:00. Troviamo incomprensibile che, mentre il servizio è ancora attivo, la griglia non sia più disponibile nell'ultima mezz'ora. Nel mio caso, sono anche allergica alle arachidi e nessuno si è preoccupato di spiegarmi quali alimenti potessi mangiare o quali potessero contenerle. L'unica persona che si è avvicinata per spiegarmi la situazione è stato Sandro, un cuoco, e gli sono molto grata per aver almeno fatto questo sforzo. Al contrario, vogliamo esprimere un giudizio molto positivo sul personale di sala, che si è dimostrato molto attento, gentile e premuroso in ogni momento. Il problema non era da attribuire a loro, ma principalmente alla cucina e alla gestione del buffet. Nel complesso, riteniamo che dovrebbero migliorare significativamente l'organizzazione, la temperatura del cibo, il funzionamento della griglia e, soprattutto, il modo in cui il personale di cucina tratta i clienti.

La mancanza di un mini frigo nella camera, fondamentale d’estate. I prezzi delle macchinette all interno dell hotel dovrebbero essere più bassi, non avendo il mini frigo in camera.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Sono stata a Ibiza e ho soggiornato presso l'Hotel Azuline Pacific. Se cercate una struttura elegante, questo hotel non fa al caso vostro. La pulizia merita un 10, ma le camere sono un po' datate. In alcune c'è ancora la vasca da bagno; per fortuna nella mia era presente la doccia. Il personale della reception è stato gentile. Noi abbiamo scelto la formula con colazione e cena inclusa. Purtroppo il personale della sala ristorante è risultato piuttosto invadente: controllava continuamente quello che prendevamo da mangiare e due signore sono state particolarmente scorbutiche. La piscina è carina, ma i corridoi sono molto rumorosi e si sentiva tutto quello che succedeva nella stanza accanto. La colazione è nella norma, mentre la cena è stata piuttosto scarsa. Se dovessi tornare a Ibiza, sicuramente non sceglierei di nuovo questo hotel. L'unico vero punto a favore è la posizione, che è centrale. Il mio voto è 2 su 5.

First of all on arrival I was hit with £300 euro room deposit for me and my guests never once had this been mentioned to us in the months it had been booked , then our bill was made out wrong and I was stopped on way out for dinner with my friends infact shouted at to come to reception to be told I had under paid when I had paid what was requested I found this very rude in front of other guests

Les chambres mériteraient une meilleure insonorisation (notamment les portes).

A special thank you to the lovely lady at the reception, who was exceptionally kind, calm, and welcoming. She made check-in easy and was always happy to answer our questions with a smile. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. It had a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the beach, the bus stop, supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. It was very convenient to get around Ibiza without needing a car. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ibiza. We will definitely come back on our next trip!

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026J'ai aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel,la piscine et la nourriture était bonne. Le personnel et accueillant et à l'écoute surtout monsieur Gabriel il était notre ange gardien.
La chambre n'était pas au goût du jour,et la literie pas très confortable,pas très propre et la chambre était éloigné et en voyez même pas la piscine comme c'était indiqué dans la description,en plus de tout ça le bruit infernal toute la nuit jusqu'au matin le claquement des portes de voisins on a très mal dormi. Il n'avait pas de frigo dans la chambre alors qu'il faisait hyper chaud J'ai demandé à l'accueil et monsieur Gabriel nous a fourni un nôtre 2ème jour.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026El personal es increíble, tanto Susana y su equipo del restaurante como todas las personas que trabajan en recepción. Te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Se puede aparcar fácilmente porque hay dos aparcamientos disuasorios muy próximos (uno en la misma calle). Está muy bien ubicado, aunque hay que entender de qué zona se trata y en verano manda el ambiente nocturno.
Es un hotel con mucho jaleo, voces, música de los huéspedes, personas fumando en las habitaciones... Mucho turista maleducado. También hay bastante ruido en la calle por la ubicación. La comida del buffet de la cena no está mal, pero está helada.

Dirty, messy, tiny spaces. Not even a fridge in the room to keep your water cold. We had a leaking toilet, someone from reception kept saying they would get it fixed. We would come back and water would be cleared for 30 minutes then leaks again. Because of this and I expected it had been fixed I slipped over and really badly hurt myself. I was bleeding and have bruises everywhere with a really swollen knee. I went to tell them and was more polite than I should have as they didn’t even apologise or say sorry. They just said someone will look again and the never did. This is a massive safety hazard. They did not take it seriously enough which resulted in me being really hurt. Wardrobe looks like something had been chewing away at it or it’s rotting.

Le bruit des voisins même s'il va de chacun de respecter l' autre les mûrs sont très très très fins L' hôtel a tout ce qu'il faut il mérite simplement d' être rafraîchi

Reviewed May 30, 2026Preis Leistung ist absolut okay. Die Lage ist auch definitiv perfekt. Besser geht fast nicht. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Der Buffet Service ist sehr strukturiert und sehr aufmerksam. Es ist immer und für jeden etwas dabei. Also wirklich super lecker. Abends gibt es einen Security Dienst. Der nur für Ordnung sorgt.
Die Zimmer, Bad und Türen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müssten saniert werden. Aber trotzdem fehlt es an nichts auf dem Zimmer. Hatten sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Leider gibt es immer Menschen die nachts laut sind. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.
