まず部屋のドアの立て付けが悪く、しっかり閉まったか不安になる。エレベーターは人数(重量？)オーバーになるとブザーがなるわけでもなく、ただただ上がらなくなりドアも閉まりかけながらグラグラする感じでとても怖い ソウルからは遠く中心地観光には向かない

The whole hotel was nice and pleasant .. the cafe was absolutely adorable and the restaurant was nice. The lobby is lovely. The hotel rooms are simple but very nice.

Beds are a bit hard..they need softer beds and bidets would be nice.... And the posting in the elevator for the time of the cafe didn't match the time it said it was open in the lobby. The cafe definitely needs to open earlier. 8:30 or 9:00 am would be nice to compliment the breakfast time.

We arrived very late at night and checked out next morning so this was really just a transit budget hotel. To that end it served its purpose as it was near the station we needed for the KTX train. The check-in was slick the room quite small but ok and the surrounding are had coffee and food options for breakfast

The room was so what grungy and dated. Again of for transit not gres for a stay

近くの登山道にあるお店は美味しいところが多いです。

仁川空港にも近くソウルも近いです。

예술공원 가기전 도로변에있어서 위치도 편했고 주차도 수월하게 하였습니다.가격대비 깔끔했고 호텔옆에 큰 편의점이있어서 밤에도 위험하지않게 이용했습니다.직원분들도 친절하셔서 좋았습니다 비지니스로 혹은 가족분들이 모텔말고 가격대비 편히 이용할수있는곳같습니다

호텔내에 전자렌지가 없어서 데워먹거나 할수가 없어서 조금 아쉬웠습니다

スタッフが日本語話せて良かった

혼자서 하룻밤 잠깐 자기에는 충분한데, 욕조가 있다고 해서 다른 곳 두고 여기 선택했는데, 제가 받은 객실은 욕조가 없어서 다소 실망스러웠어요.

Quiet and clean

Staffs are kind.

Washroom needs to clean better. It was moldy and scums on the wall. No hooks to put a cloth or towel in the washroom.

I like that there are always staffs in front whenever you need something. They let me store my luggage for a while after check out. The room was clean and spacious.

The person was kind.

The room was really dirty and everything was sticky. The smell of urine was also annoying. We stayed there only for 8 hours and we had to move to another hotel. Really discussing experience. Also there was a lot of dust in the air and the noise from the street was so annoying. I'm better not talking about the mosquitoes. We are trying to get our money back from the hotel, but it looks like the hotel doesn't communicate...

Clean and Comfortable room.

Good room with a large windows and a really nice view. Cleaning and changing towels every day. Spacious and convenient bathroom. Not very far from the Seoul (1.5 h on a train to historical center). After 5 days I prolonged my stay there for the end of the trip. Very friendly and helpful staff on the reception (which is 24 h)!

시설이 낙후

This hotel is within walking distance of two Seoul metro stations, and yet within a park and is surrounded by walking trails and many excellent restaurants.Anyang is a 10 minute taxi ride from the main line between Busan Seoul.i had a small functional room.

싸고 최고이나 벽 전망또는 씨티전망은 좀 시끄러움

CS頂級飯店雖然離首爾市區比較遠，但是搭地鐵到冠岳車站後，再轉搭一站公車就可以到達飯店，而且公車班次也很多，飯店的房間大又乾淨，比起在首爾市區住小又舊的民宿，我寧可多搭半小時地鐵到CS頂級飯店。

침대시트 밑에 불쾌한 모래같은 이물질이 있어서 기분이 나쁘고 화장실 구조도 불편하고 암튼 최악의 호텔임.

This hotel is located in Anyang city near Seoul's Gwacheon and relative big. The room was very clean and warm with aircondition and has a small balcony and many amenities.

Only a disturbing thing was the noisy neighbour's loud footsteps and pushing of chairs.

駅近で便利ではあったが、最寄り駅がソウル中心街からやや遠い（40分くらい）なのが欠点。 それ以外は文句なしでした！

Hotel was conveniently located around dining areas. Hotel front desk receptionist was friendly. For the price we paid I thought we would at least have more amenities. They had board games but you had to pay a "rent fee" to borrow them to your room. Free valet parking.

This hotel does have a lot of potential but it needs some upgrading and cleaning to warrant a higher score. The people were nice, the lobby was striking but the bed was not comfortable and the room needed work. See photos for more details.

Unkept bathroom and sheets, general damage to walls

夜遅くのチェックインだったためか、すこしチェックインに時間がかかった。 前の宿泊客のコンタクトがそのままで固まっていたりと、清潔感がすこし欠けていたように感じた。 隣にコンビニがあり便利だった。 だが、駅からは少し遠い。歩けない距離ではない。

안양 예술공원 초입에 위치하고 있어 차를 주차하고 걸어서 예술공원을 볼 수 있어 좋았고 멀지 않은 곳에 삼막사 먹거리촌이 위치하고 있어 다양한 볼거리 먹거리 투어가 가능 했습니다, 예전에는 개천에서 먹거리 운영도 있었으나 이제 정비가 잘되어 운동과 먹거리 투어, 관광을 나누어 할 수 있어 좋았습니다

The room was dirty. It had stains on the walls and curtains and the fridge. Also, the heater was on, and it was impossible to lower the room temperature.

Location, location, location for a decent price! Next to Anyang Art Park, very convenient. People working there were very nice and helpful and tried to help where they could.

Room smelled like someone just smoked in there. Guy at front desk tried to give me a spray which was nice. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. Noticed a stain on the covers too... its probably not bad in general, but my experience was just not it

I really enjoyed my stay. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Staff was friendly. Room was cleaned everyday and toiletries/water were provided. The hotel was basic but covered all your bases.

Curtains and walls have many random stains giving it a dingy/cheap feel. My co worker found a random bug in here bed the first night as well.

The facilities are good and in excellent condition, and the staff are very friendly and I love the hotel. It's very comfortable too.

The location is a bit far from metro station - that's not really a problem of the hotel.

nice hotel good location, not knowing Korean language and how to use local transportation, the staff were very helpful. Only thing negative I would say is the weather was nice so we made use of the balcony and it needed a spring cleaning. comfortable

이코노믹한 호텔이라 큰 기대 안했는데 어매너티가 훌륭했습니다. 다만 성인용품이 있어 약간 러브모텔 느낌이 들었고, 예약시 사진과 내부의 느낌이 좀 상반되었습니다. 시설이 많이 낡아보였고 배란다 창 주변과 커튼이 너무 지저분했습니다. 침대옆 협탁이 없고 나이트램프가 티비옆에 있어 좀 불편했습니다. 욕실은 깨끗하고 커서 좋았지만 담배냄새가 문을 열자마자 진동해서 좀 줄편했습니다. 환기시설이 연결되어 어디선가 담배냄새가 계속 유입되는 듯 합니다. 카운터, 주차, 청소여사님 모두 정말 친절하셨습니다. 2층에 아담하고 맛있는 커피숍이 연결되어 이용하기 편했습니다. 개인적으로 저렴한 가격에 잘 이용해서 좀더 잘 되길 바라는 마음에 경험을 토대로 후기 남겨봅니다.

주말에 합리적인 가격, 깔끔한 시설 만족합니다.

실속있는 숙박시설입니딘

커튼 벽지 더러움 위치는 좋은나 청소하시는 분이 물을 엎질러서 방을 바꿔주셨긴 했는데 컨디션이 더 안좋네여 딱 그 가격에 맞는 방임

늦은시간이었지만 친절한 응대로 입실할 수 있었어요. 객실에 들어가면서 아쉬운점이 몇가지 있었는데 일단 객실 문이 잘 안닫기고 계속 열리더니 엄청 힘줘서 당기니 닫기긴했지만 잠기지않더라구요.어쩔수 없이 걸쇠만 잠그고 방으로 들어갔는데 방은 따뜻하고 좋았어요. 잘려고 누워 외박이다보니 이리저리 뒹굴다가 베개를 치웠는데 다른 베개밑에 여자머리카락처럼 긴 머리카락이 한웅큼 있는데 정말 기겁했어요ㅠㅠ 여러모로 아쉬운점이 많았지만 푹신한 침대에서 따뜻하게 하루를 쉴 수 있던 곳이었어요

방음 쓰레기... 옆방에서 소리지르는것도 아니고 조곤조곤 얘기하는거 다 들려서 새벽에 잘수가 없어서 그냥 새벽에 퇴실했어요 윗층에서 의자끄는 소리는 말할것도 없구요..하...돈만 날렸어요

첫째날 저녁 남자직원은 불친절했고, 이불에 하얗고 징그러운 벌레가 기어갔어요.. 청결하게 관리 좀 하셔야 할듯 화장실은 담배냄새인지 너무 나서.. 불쾌했고, 조용한 객실로 부탁했는데, 복도 사람들이 말하는 거 다 들리고 시끄럽게 떠드는거 너무 들려서 별로였네요 처음 방문헀는데, 이제 안갈거에요^^

숙박인원 변동에 따른 서비스 대응이 우수하였고 도심근처에 가성비 및 청결도 좋았습니다 담에도 이용하고자 합니다

온돌형식이라 따뜻하고 좋았어요 이불이 약간 지저분해서 그거빼곤 좋았급니다

비교적 청결하나 디테일한 부분은 다소 미흡합니다

처음에 침대위에 있던 긴 머리카락과 곰팡이가 보이는 화장실 상태 이불위에 자는데 뭔가 간지러워서 결국 타올 깔고 잠들었네요.

Extreme small room, nothing like the other reviews from booking.com or other travel site! Hallway no light, when elevator open to our floor ( we stayed at 6th floor), it was dark outside, really like going into a haunted house. The guys in our group go out to check what happened while women stay in elevator. Turns out there's a hallway light you need to turn on manually. Come on, it's a hotel....we need to turn the hallway light on? Other thing we're so mad is there's a doorstep when you enter into the room, but the light is a sensor light, my mom almost felt on the step, luckily my dad caught her. Other thing is no light inside shower, you're facing dark wall while showering. Overall, creepy, tiny and not a good area. We walked around nearby area & most of them are hang over, lots of basements clubs, not the fancy one....kinda worn out....
