Great location and clean environment. Very convenience to have dim sum everyday as the Chinese restaurant and the massage place are just the next door. There’s also many restaurants nearby the hotel. Staffs are all nice especially Miss Tse who is extremely helpful, she’s really putting her heart on her duty and caring to us. Thank you

地點離拱北口岸大約10分鐘車程，非常方便。

去對面水療中心，按摩師父會主動索取小費，覺得不太舒服。

Egg tart served in the breakfast is excellent, made wholly by the hotel kitchen, one of the best egg tart indeed i have ever had. The coffee candy served at the lobby front desk really yummy.

Location. Not exactly at the most happening place in zhu hai.

The room is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The hotel provides free shuttle to/from the Gongbei port and free laundry. There are a lot of restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

這個月第二次入住、特別要稱讚前台謝小姐、服務細心有禮、令我每次過嚟珠海都會想選擇住這裏、前台有免費咖啡 、房間乾淨衛生早餐好食有驚喜、桑拿有免費遊戲機桌球水果飲品雪糕小食任食，小朋玩到唔捨得走

People are friendly. Place is quite clean. Well maintained. Picture does lead you to believe that there is a swimming pool, but it doesn’t seem to be the case. They also have free shuttle service. You can call the hotel when you arrive at the border, for example, and they will come and pick you up at no charge. And then, for example, if you want to be dropped off at the Macau border, they will do that as well at no charge. Make sure you have their number however, and we chat to communicate with them.

入住登記時服務台沒有發現我的訂購房間記錄，搞咗好耐先至搵到，而且房間還未執拾好，要到下午5:30先可以進入房間，其他服務大致良好，早餐比想像中好，房間整潔舒適大致上都良好

Very good location. Quite close to Macau/zhuhai control point. Walking distance to many restaurants. Free shuttle service to Macau/ zhuhai border.

It can be a little noisy at times if you leave the windows open.

This hotel ad on booking.com is 5 stars hotel but when I check in at receptionists n I have a question about is it 5 stars hotel as you ad on booking.com? And they were reply to me that “ this hotel has no star and just a plan for 5 stars in the future “ so double check when anyone has a plan would like to book from this hotel

The staff very rude and gruff,,when all my family back to hotel after hanging out then when we just walk in the door then the receptionist said “ why so many people check in only 1 room? Without ask for properly to the customers???

The room was comfortable and clean, and everyday housekeeping would leave behind a treat for us which was really nice and made us feel welcomed. The staff were also really helpful.

The only downside is the doors for the toilet and shower. It would be better if the glass doors were at least frosted or there's curtains to provide some privacy.

Booked a family room and a twin room. The family room was huge and comes decorated with a small tentage. The toilet was also huge in size and the wardrobe is located inside which makes changing of clothing easier. Room cleanliness was great, and there is a laundry room equipped with free usage for washer and dryer, it even has a TV and beverage for you to enjoy while waiting. Breakfast spread was decent, with local and western spread. Location wise is good too with many entries and convenience store within walking distance. My family even walk to the xiawan food street which comes alive with street vendors at 9.30pm. Ride hailing from hotel to the Chimelong Ocean Kingdom cost around CNY 40 to 60 based on didi app.

For the family room toilet, perhaps one more floor mat will be nice.

The room I booked is small for couple. Didn't like smokers smoking in their nonsmoking room. But nearby is a good street which makes choosing a meal interesting. Service is great and courteous.

The location is perfect for crossing over to Macao.Free shuttle from High Speed train station and Macao border. Manager Jackie very helpful in arranging one day trip around Zhuhai and Zhonghai. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. Breakfast is almost the same everyday. My fee included breakfast. I won't pay extra for it. Lots of foods nearby

The hotel is within walking distance from the Zhu Hai railway station, and Gong Bei Port. The hotel staff are very friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy. Breakfast is great. The hotel even offers free shuttle to the port of Zhuhai-Maco-Hong Kong Bridge, which I really appreciate, as it saves me a lot of time and energy. Thank you for the great service!

The rooms are really spacious, nice and clean. The staff there was friendly and very helpful too, especially 谢小姐.

The interior is quite modern, clean,and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are equipped with smart home systems, but I think it only supports Chinese. Additionally, the hotel offers shuttle services, which make traveling to and from the port or pier quite convenient.

The delivery robot consistently gets lost. On one occasion, it took nearly 30 minutes to deliver from the first floor to the fourth floor, which is quite astonishing. the shuttle service wasn't clearly communicated during booking and can only be accessed through wechat, which is quite inconvenient for those unable to use the app."

Room could be cleaner if the management can pay more attention on details. Bathroom walls and floor are slimy and dirty . The hotel is about one mile from the train station, a bit too far when you walking with luggage.

廁所欠缺掛衣服地方。洗澡毛巾都要用衣架掛衣櫃入面太不方便了。 還有淋浴間的門不是緊閉的。所以洗完澡加出去抹身時廁所會濕透了。要小心地滑。 其他整體都不錯。
