施設が良くなかったわけではないですが、大浴場の鏡の前あたりが髪の毛の山で気持ち悪かったです。

It is a large-scale property directly connected to a convinient store and parking. Even if the room are quite small they are quite confortable and our 2 nights stay was overall very satisfying.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026立地。駅・イオンが近くて夜ご飯に困らなかった。 朝食で、食べ物がなくならないようスタッフの皆さんが常に気を配って補充していた。とても混雑していたのに、配慮が行き届いてよかった。
駐車場からフロントまで、停めたフロアが遠かった。外国の方が多く、珍しかったのかカニ汁のカニだけたくさん取っていく方がいて、具なしの味噌汁になってしまった。悲しかった・・・。

酒店房間非常非常細而且窄我訂的是兩張單人床的房間，兩張單人床根本是要貼在一起，打開行李箱的位置也沒有行李箱要放在沙發上才能打開，房間設計非常不合理，洗手間極極極小。住得非常不舒適。這間酒店每層有20間房總共有10多層但是只得兩部電梯繁忙時間乘電梯都是要排隊的。大浴場也是非常細小。室外泡湯每次只能容納二人，可是這是一間有超過200間客房的酒店啊！！

Many car rental places in the surrounding area and a very delicious bakery right across the street. The mall is also a very good place to do all your shopping as there’s multiple floors with many things to buy.

其中一間房間冷氣有漏水。

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026מיטות נוחות, מיקום מצוין, צוות שירותי ונחמד, חדר מאובזר ונוח. חנייה צמודה ומקורה ותמיד היו מקומות פנויים (החנייה בתשלום נוסף אבל הסכום קטן). היה ניתן לשלוח מזוודות למלונות הבאים.
הוסבר לנו שכדי לנקות לנו את החדר אנחנו צריכים להצניע את הדברים שלנו. קיבלנו את זה בהבנה וגם הנחנו את הדברים בצורה שלא תפריע לניקיון. שחזרנו לחדר המיטה לא סודרה, למרות שהמזוודות לא חסמו את הדרך אליה. בנוסף, הוילון לא חסם את האור מבחוץ והיה מאוד רעוע. למרות כל אלה מאוד נהנינו מהשהייה.

Room is very tiny and the design is bad. No room for bigger luggage at all. For this room size, they shouldn’t provide twin bed as the bed just next to each other and made the room even smaller. Hot spring place is also very tiny. Only fit for 4-5 persons to use at the same time. No chair for clothes changing and shower spots are also very limited. However the all over hotel have 200+ rooms so the facility is totally out of capacity. Plus cleaner won’t clean your room if you have clothes on your bed or desk due to their respect to your privacy.

Hotel lobby and room a bit basic but clean. Access from street required going through a small entrance, up a level, through the lobby, then up a separate elevator bank to your room. Only a few laundry machines.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026距離Aeon mall及火車站非常近，3分鐘路面路桯，環境打掃得乾淨的，但地氈有點癢，沒什麼設施，有個小浴場，繁忙時間有點擠迫，浴湯外有幾個洗衣機，人好多，有些機壞了，只有幾個能運作，要排隊輪侯，地下大堂3點至7點有mini bar, 無酒精軟飲是在即埸任飲的，睌上11點後Lobby會空無一人，自助早餐食物選擇多，有Salmon及Tuna的Sashimi 。
床單比較粗糙，及洗衣機輪侯時間長。

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026-Hotel proprio davanti alla splendida Asahikawa station -ofuro al piano 17º bello e rilassante -camere grandi e ottimi letti -ottima colazione -gentilezza delmelrsonale (ma qui in Giappone è un aspetto che ho trovato sempre ovunque) -possibilità di accedere a bibite gratuite durante la giornata
-Niente, anche nella gestione di un disguido causato da me, sono stati molto gentili

房間也太小了。我跟我兒子都超過 180，覺得很擠。

1.침대에 진득이가 있어 가려워서 침대시트 및 이불커버를 교화해달라고해서 교환했음. 2.환기팬 시설을 통해 음식냄새가 들어옴. 일본출장,여행으로 호텔에 머물면서 황당함. 3.여태것 다른나라 및 일본 호텔에서 보지못한 풍경을 봄. 잠옷 및 유카타를 입고 식당에 들어와 아침 식사를 함. 4. 한방중에 옆객실에서 라디오를 크게틀어 잠을 못자게 함. 중국인들인것 같음.

大浴場のお手洗いの床が、かなり広範囲で変色していて、汚れているのかと思いびっくりした。 朝食会場の椅子の座面に、気になるくらい沢山のシミがあった。

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026The staff is too strictly following the rule of check in, let customer have the feeling not so friendly. We arrived hotel 2pm+, after a while checking, told me to check in at 3pm only. Need to transfer the lifts every time to reach the ground level, without parking lot included.
