People were nice.

The room overlooked the parking lot — no pleasant view whatsoever. It was also much smaller than the pictures suggested. There was no bathtub in the bathroom, and we had an issue with the toilet. On top of that, the rooftop bar and restaurant were closed, along with everything else. We had been looking forward to enjoying a nice cocktail or mocktail on the rooftop by the swimming pool — which sadly wasn't possible at all.

Staff were lovely and got me a really early check-in as soon as they could.

Internet was dreadful - slow and so unstable as to be unusable most of the time.

The AC in the room no 503 automatically off every 2 hours. My question is how can you sleep and awake every 2 hours.? I rang the reception and the staff asked me to open up the electrical box to swith it off for few minutes before turn it on again.. My question again am I technician of hotel or guests who paid the room? Don't give such an excuse of having power off because that's non sense.. Overall it's a nightmare stay in this hotel

El ruido del aparato del aire acondicionado de la habitación de al lado (el nuestro estaba apagado) que estaba instalado junto con el nuestro en la fachada entre las dos habitaciones y sonaba muchisimo.

Great value, and a good location if you need somewhere to stay near the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable. There's a great view from the rooftop.

We were told on arrival there was a compulsory 100mr damage deposit that we had to pay in cash. We didn't know anything about it via the booking confirmation, and it was a bit of a confusing back and forth with the guy who sent us to 7-Eleven where there wasn't any ATM anyway. The pool area is a bit sad and run down e.g. you can't see anything through the glass and there's just a few grubby chairs. Still very nice to sit in the shallows and chill, but set expectations!

Amabilidad del personal.nuestro avión llegó muy pronto y hasta las 15h se supone que no se podía hacer el chek in. Teníamos una actividad antes. Nos dieron la habitación a las 9h y pudimos hacerla sin problema de las maletas. Buena calidad relación precio.

La zona en si está alejada del centro. Pero con grab es barato y rápido.

Cerca del aeropuerto y no a un precio excesivo. Personal muy amable. Me guardaron las maletas pese a no hacer noche y las recogí en bajar del Monte Kinabalu. Repetiría. Limipio y cómodo, muy bien

Camera ben tenuta, pulita e piacevole. Bagno comodissimo. Piscina sul tetto ottima per rilassarsi. Posizione vicino all'aeroporto comoda se si è in partenza, altrimenti sarebbe un po' lontana dal centro città. Nel complesso un'ottima esperienza.

Servizio bar/colazione un po' confusionario e costoso. Si ordina e si paga una per una ogni singola fetta di pane, ogni singola monoporzione di marmellata, mentre i piatti già composti sono abbastanza costosi, non c'è il classico buffet. Meglio a sto punto andare al 7-eleven poco distante.

The wifi is horrible, they have this really weird Chinese system. Wifi drops all the time, you need a code, the interface is horrible. Please, just upgrade to a normal wifi, this is the bare minimum in any hotel nowadays.

Hôtel situé en bout de piste de l'aéroport, très pratique pour un transit et pas si bruyant. Piscine sur le toit agréable pour se détendre et belle vue. Grande chambre très bien. Distributeurs de nourriture instantanée et de boissons au niveau de la réception, pratique quand vous ne pouvez pas faire autrement.

Chambre très spacieuse et confortable avec vue sur la mer. Chaque chambre à sa salle de bain. Belle piscine a débordement sur le toit avec vue à 360 °. Proche de l'aéroport.

Le quartier n'est pas très animé. La plage est à 20 minutes à pied.

The location, the size of the room (executive suite)

Family Suite has 3 big rooms with each room being ensuite was amazing. There's a small rooftop pool and being able to see sunset from there was great as well. Also air craft viewing was bonus too. front desk was responsive. Good wifi connection, just needs to sign in every day.

Kitchen utensils and amenities better equipped would be great, and it would really felt like a 'homestay' or 'airbnb' equivalent. Besides the goodnight sleeps, the TV wasn't great, couch/chairs were old (wear and tear) and needs update.

It's very spacious so great for family stay and from our windows we saw beautiful sunset scenary felt very special.

Hot water was limited so it could be better when the hot water last longer during shower time.

Great location near the airport. Staff is super nice and friendly. Very accommodating. Highly recommend the staff.

The wifi is just horrendous. They use a Chinese wifi system with weird codes and portals. Highly inefficient, wifi doesn't work half the time, not easy to connect, etc. 😅 this is a big issue, especially nowadays where wifi is considered a basic service. Please get rid of this really bad portal and service and just upgrade to normal wifi. For cleanliness, the pool is OK but that whole floor feels a little rundown. Renovating and cleaning would help.

i booked here just for the pool

i know check in time 3pm, i arrived at 2.52pm registration taking not more that 5 minutes, i dont might if she says give me few minutes to prepare the room key but they ask me to come back by 3.30pm why should i come back?! not my problem that room is not ready. then IDK, maybe the lady receptionist junior staff or what, ask for help with his boy recpetion, i think senior staff. what i heard, just swap it. then he ask my fon number, and ask for deposit rm100. there is NONE statement saying / state mention deposit is compulsory. even registration form, also he REFUSE to provide. when i ask, where is your SOP stating deposit. even your website failed to proof of it. then i ask for the superior or manager. he quarrel with me and left me alone at the counter. what an attitude. i dont recommend this hotel. so, for foreigners who only using alipay or virtual card, better not coming to check in here. staff is rude not only at reception, even the manager also hide at back office. other staff that i meet housekeeping and maintenance not friendly. i know you're working this hotel just for the salary, i pray for you when you work in big hotel, you will die alone!! the room really outdated, not at pictures shown. not extra tisu. the lamp really deem. limited of TV channel. no iron & iron board provided.

Poolen lukker allerede 18.30 og åbner først 09. Vi nåede den ikke. Morgenmaden serveres først 8.30, hvilket er mærkeligt på et sted internationalt hotel. Så morgenmaden nåede vi heller ikke.

We waren er een nachtje om te wachten op onze vlucht. Het hotel ligt dichtbij de luchthaven. Heeft een fijn zwembad en de suite was heel ruim voor ons gezin. Alles zag er netjes en schoon uit.

Er was geen gelegenheid om een wasmachine te gebruiken. Het ontbijt is pas vanaf 8.30 uur. Dat was voor ons te laat ivm onze vlucht. Het ligt ver van het centrum. Dat was voor ons geen probleem maar moet je wel weten.

The location is close to the airport and the beach which is nice. The room was clean and spacious. Good value for the money. Swimming pool on the top was also really nice.

We asked for cutlery to eat, they were reluctant to give it to us. It is indicated at the entry that there is a all day breakfast. We arrived at 1pm and they told us everything was already closed even though the sign said they were still open.

This place is huge. I book the family suite and it come with 3 saperate spacious room with each room got it own bathroom plus a living room for my family event. Surprisingly it also come with a washing machine and cooking facilities. A great surprise for a HOTEL. Really love this place as the staff is nice and the place is great.

The hotel is in a very convenient place. The facilities too are very nice. Room was clean and environment too. Swimming pool was a surprising addition to the overall excellent quality of our stay in C'haya.

Front office staff were not cooperative to my liking. Either they didn't understand English or they never cared about our concerns. Especially a certain guy with a funny hair colour. He wasn't responsive to anything I asked him. The in-house restaurant was also not operating for breakfast before 8am. For early breakfast before going to airport we had to leave without breakfast

Hard to parking

Room was as advertised & comfy. Pool was nice but could’ve used some shaded spots to sit. Short walk to restaurants and shops. 15 minute walk to Tanjung Aru beach/night markets

Staff didn’t seem particularly engaged. Lobby cafe was shut for several days over public holidays so wasn’t available. Floors were wet in lift lobby & lifts from people not drying at pool. Some signage to that effect would be helpful as floors quite slippery.

A very disappointing experience. We had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes before being allowed to enter our room. The service was extremely time-consuming and inefficient. We were told that there was only one housekeeping staff member and that the hotel was fully booked. However, the management should have anticipated the holiday season and hired temporary staff to help clean the rooms. This excuse is unreasonable, especially since the hotel is not that large. The staff member at the front desk, who was a large-built person, was rather rude in responding to guests. In addition, the swimming pool is quite small, and some of the pool facilities appear unsafe. My child suffered a cut on their foot while using the pool area. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay, and significant improvements are needed in both customer service and facility maintenance.
