No breakfast, except order pre-packed foods and reheat for consumption. Anyway, a lot of food stores nearby.

Toilet paper not available and upon requested it was informed that only able to provide a packet of tissue paper as the toilet rolls no stock. I think it is un-reasonable that a hotel operator not able to manage the consumables upon guest request. Nevertheless, the automation parking system is quite impressive.

Close to airport, can be noisy when planes take off and land

The location is a 10-minute drive to the airport; that is why I chose it. It is very convenient. You have all your basic needs covered. Nothing fancy; it does the job. We only stayed for 1 night to catch our flight the next morning. The view from the huge balcony was very pretty.

The room was somewhat clean, but the floor was covered in dust; we only noticed after a couple of minutes of walking barefoot that our feet were completely black... There was also an old, used sponge for the dishes... The couch, curtains, almost everything was very worn out.

I like the room is spacious. Netflix account provided can use to watch movies and dramas. No need to go out for cinema. The staffs also responded promptly upon request.

The toilet paper somehow got bad smell. I used facial tissue paper at the end.

No food provision at all on the premises - not even breakfast - and little in the area. No loungers or shades at the pool

Didn’t sleep well due to noise, either very noise ACs, very thin walls, so sound comes from neighbouring rooms, non really sound proof windows.

The air conditioners in both rooms were not working well. One make a loud clicking noise all night. The other was dirty and had an odd smell. The air conditioner in this room was extremely loud making it difficult to sleep.

Near the beach and airport but a bit far from the city central. Room was spacious.

Cleanliness of the room. We saw small cockroaches on the bed a couple of times and had to kill them. Reception staff can be more friendly. The power tripped on one of the evening but the staff came quickly to rectify it.

The location was great next to the airport and we were able to leave bags while we travelled.. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooftop was the reason I chose this place, despite the outrageous prices. The penthouse had a lot of space. The location is ideal for a home-away-from-home where you can have friends and family over for coffee. There were eateries within walking distance and a stunning library nearby. The washer/dryer combo is a useful feature, as well as having dryer lines on the balcony.

The toiletries in bathrooms are severely watered down and towels need to be upgraded. There were noticeable spots on several pieces of furniture that could use a thorough cleaning. Given the cost of this room, I would have liked to see the snacks replenished daily, but it was only a one-time thing. Unlike other hotels, there was a list of instructions at check-in about cleaning, garbage removal, and other things explained. I requested a late check-out due to our other location's policy against early check-in, but was only given a 1:00pm check-out and sternly warned to arrive at the lobby on time. The housekeeper's knock 15 minutes before 1:00 pm was a very stressful experience.

Big and comfortable room

Loved the large family suite, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very convenient location for the airport. Torrential rain meant we couldn't use the pool. We were glad to find there was a restaurant right next door for dinner so we didn't have to get too wet, as there is no restaurant or bar at the hotel itself.

The entry of the hotel room has too many access key needed. And mineral water was only given 2 per day..more than that will be charged… come on, is just mineral water. Human need water.

The unit we stayed is clean and comfortable. But maintenance may be due as taps at kitchen are wobbly. Gym is sad and not well maintained.

The room were spacious with unblocked views. The air conditioning in the master bedroom was not working upon checking and the staff were able to quickly resolve the issue. Parking was easy. The washer/dryer in the unit was helpful.

The hotel’s in a quiet area, away from the busy streets, but still just a short drive to KK city centre and all the main attractions. It’s an apartment-style setup, perfect for families who want a comfy place to stay. Security’s great too—only guests can access the building and use the lift. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living room, and 2 bathrooms. You’ll also get a dining table, kitchen with a cabinet, electric hob and hood, plus a water dispenser with filtered water—all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

We stayed here so we could go on a snorkelling tour. The hotel location was easy to get into the centre, but the area itself was a bit random. The pavements are dangerous to walk along, as there are pavement slabs missing (my husband fell into a hole, broke his phone and we had to visit the medical centre). There is a 7Eleven nearby, and we found a couple of restaurants, but there isn't too much to do.

The pool on the roof was large and great at night with planes taking off nearby and lights. The apartment was spacious and the WiFi excellent.

The kitchen could do with a sharp knife to cut fruit etc.

We had a very short stay here, as we had an early flight, but it was a good location and close to the airport. The staff was very nice and the facilities were clean. Massive roof area with a pool was great for watching the incoming lightning storm!

Booked the family suite. Room is spacious with individual air con controls for each room. There are dining options nearby property within walking distance. Property is also very close to the airport.

The views of this place and the penthouse suite is the one to go for! Wow. Loved it.

Pillows were quite thick and sturdy which affected my sleep. Location in terms of accessibility to eateries or a mall - you definitely have to take a grab out. But negligible especially if you are with a family that will enjoy the space and it only takes a 10-15 minutes ride out.

Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Pool was a bonus.

The rooftop pool is my favourite one as I love the runway view. Check in was smooth. Deposit RM200 was informed earlier so we were ready.

Nice bed. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. We checked in about 9pm but staff still very efficient.and guided us on how to park our car and getting to our rooms with the digital cards.

There should have pre-parking lots for guests before check in. Becos you need the digital card to park yr car in lifts later.

So much that I love about this hotel, the room is really spacious and well-designed. The bathroom is massive, there's also a balcony with really lovely sunset view. The pool is amazing, the staff is always available and happy to meet guests. The shower gel and shampoo smell heavenly. This is the hotel I will stay again and again!

The bed is a teeny bit hard, it feels more like an apartment bed rather than a hotel.
