The room - deluxe king - is a little small. There were mould at the doorframe. TV remote not working well, can't change channel. It would be good if there's a bedside panel for control of lighting of the room.

Some small parts may need to take care, such as broken toilet roll, stains tower and un-arrange furniture.

Probably the room lights can be brighter as I find it a little hard to see due to the dimness. It would be great if the lights are replaced with brighter lightbulbs.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2025The hotel has no facilities but a lot of food outlets nearby... 7 eleven is nxt to the hotel. There is McDonald and Domino Pizza opposite of the hotels. Maybank across the street... 5 mins walk to Kluang Railway Coffee... The room i stay is clean, the bed is comfy. Lift in the hotel. The hotel staff and security staff is very friendly.... he is there to safe guard the guest vehicle and advice us to lock and don put any belongings in the car or motorcycle... will book the hotel again if i visit my relative at Kluang.

Aircon underpowered (room is hot), can hear traffic as if i don’t have windows, pillows are so hard to a point they are uncomfortable.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2025My 2nd stay. I booked 2 double rooms. Given the 3rd level as requested but the room was easily warmed up, maybe was on top floor. It took the air-con long time to cool the room. The table space in my room was very limited. The wall space below the TV could put in a side table or build-in to the wall. Because the other room has a long table on full stretch of the window side.

the hallway smell kind of like pee. there's a very noticeable stain on the sofa inside the room.the ceiling also have some holes.

No free parking. There are only 2 lots for hotel guests. Always parked by the same car which I believe belongs to the hotel staff. No proper housekeeping. There is a piece of bread underneath the bed during my 3 days stay at room 305. Internet connection was cut off at about 9am on the day of check out. Indicating to us to check out early.
