El hotel Palette Resort Argya Santi Jimbaran es muy bonito, ofrece piscina al aire libre, restaurante y bar. Las habitaciones estaban impolutas tenían aire acondicionado, TV, una nevera, un hervidor eléctrico y un set de té y café. El baño estaba muy limpio también. Incluye ducha con agua caliente, secador y artículos de aseo gratuitos. La wifi no era muy buena, se iba a ratos. El personal tanto de recepción como del restaurante es muy amable. El desayuno es tipo buffet con comida, continental, asiática y americana cuesta 75000 rupias indonesas (5€) nosotras no lo cogimos. En frente del hotel hay un pequeño supermercado el dueño es muy simpático también es taxista y nos consiguió un taxi para un día completo por 700000 rupias indonesas (34€) visitamos varios templos de la zona. Nosotras éramos 4 y cogimos dos habitaciones dobles con baño privado nos costó, en total, 1.388.977 rupias indonesas (68€ por dos días) nos pareció una fantástica Calidad-Precio. A pesar de la ubicación nos gustó mucho el hotel. 100% Recomendable.

La ubicación es lo peor. Aunque está situado cerca de la playa está bastante lejos de Jimbaran en una zona en las afueras de la ciudad sin restaurantes ni nada. Si quieres comer fuera del hotel tienes que coger un grab, un taxi o una moto para poder llegar al centro.

The breakfast was ok and most of the staff are willing to help.

For food, the display of cooking utensils in the dining area seems very decorative. In booking.com pictures, it looks like that they have a lot of choices for their breakfast, but in reality, it was a limited choice. The room was very dirty, and the shelves were not cleaned for a long time in the room we were given for the first night. The noise of the room was so loud and continuous that I had to ask to change to another room for the other nights. In the property description, a paid shuttle to Jimbaran Beach was listed, but actually there is no such service at all. The hotel is located very far from central areas and the last 3 minutes of the road to the hotel was literally unbearable - rocky and bumpy. No wonder Gojek and Grab riders were reluctant to pick customers up from it. This place is not a good choice in terms of location unless you can ride motorbikes very well yourself. The facilities of the room are outdated. The tap water in the rooms was not working at all. Fortunately shower water was plenty, so I had to use that to wash hands. The kettle was for decoration only and it is not useable.

Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, hotel ima prelep bazen, baštu i restoran i atmosfera u hotelu je tako lepa i ima pozitivnu energiju! Doručak je bio dobar , a u restoranu smo takodje ručali i večerali i hrana je izvrsna. Ostali bi ovde duže

Jedino nam se nije dopala lokacija jer je put do hotela neasvaltiran i teško je stići bilo gde bez motora ili kola, a mi smo bili sa malom bebom u kolicima. Vidi se da je hotel kvalitetno uredjen ali već star i sobe su baš u lošem stanju i treba ih renovirati, što smo i videli da se neke sobe već renoviraju. Svakako nam se dopalo i uživali smo jer smo dobili sobu pored bazena i za tu cenu zaista vredi odsesti.

Clean, friendly staff. Beautiful pool area and fantastic breakfast. Pool bar with cocktails and dinner served. The road on the way there is very bad and is a little bit out in the middle of no where. More of a locals area with a resort nestled in the middle. I liked it. Peaceful and relaxing.

Hôtel propre et calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est très confortable. Il dispose d’un restaurant avec des prix avantageux, bien pratique quand on ne veut pas manger dehors. Le personnel est très avenant

Je n’avais pas d’eau chaude dans ma chambre. L’hôtel est assez éloigné des centres d’intérêt.

Das gebuchte Zimmer war nicht verfügbar und ich habe ein schlechteres Zimmer ohne Kompensation bekommen. Der Pool war nur ca. 90 cm tief und es gab kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen oder Baden.

Uitzicht op balkon op 2e etage. Goede airco, koelkast, waterkoker met thee en koffie. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Afwisselend warm deel van het buffet.

Er is geen lift en er is geen restaurant in het resort en ook niet in de directe omgeving.

Ужасный отель и полный ОБМАН! Нашли отель на букинге и решили перед бронированием сначала посмотреть его вживую. Нам показали очень чистый и свежий после ремонта номер и мы решили забронировать здесь номер. Пока поеахли кататься, оформили бронирование через букинг, а приехав заселяться нас провели в номер, который даже близко не соответствовал показанному номеру. Номер был ужасно грязный. Постельное белье не стираное, с пятнами и волосами, унитаз весь в пятнах, пол, стены и вся мебель в пятнах и будто прошедшая войну.. При этом мы бронировали вообще другой номер, но нам сказали, что больше свободных номеров нет. Естественно мы заселяться не стали. На ресепшне нам сказали,что все ок, отменят бронирование, потому что это их вина, что букинг показывает наличие свободного номера, но этот номер на самом деле закрыт на ремонт, а нашего бронируемого номера вообще нет среди свободных. Мы уехали в другой отель и пытались через букинг сделать бесплатную отмену брони, но в итоге отель присылал каждый раз отказ на бесплатную отмену и сам букинг тоже прислал отказ. В итоге мы ни одного дня здесь не ночевали, а бесплатную отмену брони никто не подтвердил. Красочные фото (жаль, видео нельзя прикрепить) предложенного номера прикрепляем. "Шикарный" отель и отвратительная работа Букинга!

On room pictures there was shown bathroom with bath, but after arival to hotel we got only room with shower, and hotel personel told us that there is wrong picture on booking, but there was no posibility to cancel booking reservation, but other aspects of room were good

Location was bad, no shops around, no restaurants anywhere close by ,no taxis close internet drop in an out no food available duing the day or night, was not happy at all, walked out and went and stayed elsewhere

The staff were efficient, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely. The area is quiet and removed from the bussel of life.

There isn't a lot of restaurants or shops walking distance, you need a scooter. However we found a cheep little etery in the back street that made up for it. The WiFi didn't work well in our room, unless you sat at the vanity.

We had just traveled for 26 hours to get there, and they refused to let us check in because of their own mistake, without offering any kind of solution. It was a very stressful situation — we had to quickly find another hotel and pay for another taxi to move again. What is even more disappointing is that they didn’t take even a minute to help us or notify us when we made the reservation. I strongly recommend avoiding this place! 😔

Mon meilleur hôtel à Bali. Piscine grande et jolie, décoration de l’espace partagé très jolie, les chambres sont propres ++ et sentent le savon, tout est fourni : serviettes, savon, shampooing, brosses à dents, charlotte, café… il y a un petit balcon extérieur et le lieu possède un bar et un restaurant où prendre le petit déjeuner (très bon). Le personnel est absolument parfait rien à dire.

The staff were so considerate and helpful. When our air conditioner stopped working they helped us move to another room quickly. The Indonesian breakfast was delicious. Nice relaxing pool area to chill at. We were happy to stay a bit out of the way and get Gojek’s around Uluwatu as we didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of a tourist area.

The resort had well maintained facilities such as the pool and restaurant. The breakfast included in our stay was pleasant. The 3 bedroom villa we stayed in was spacious, clean and tidy.

The location of the resort is unfortunate. It is located inconveniently down a terribly maintained road away from the main towns. If you stay here - do not book the 3 bedroom villa like we did. The noise from the street is very loud with the local stores situated opposite the resort. Screaming children, bikes, dogs barking, and general commotion until early hours of the morning.. we had a few hours of peace until the roosters start at 4am. Staff were very unhelpful with this issue and would not relocate us into different rooms despite us being the only guests. If we booked a different room I don’t think we would have had this issue.

Живу здесь уже 3 раз и все очень нравится! ✨ Красивая и ухоженная территория! 🌿Чистый бассейн! Приветливый, супер классный персонал!🫶🏼 Чистые номера. Убирают каждый день, меняют полотенца. Все просто супер!🙏 Особенно понравился номер полу-люкс на 3-ем этаже! Просторный, светлый с красивым видом на деревню и на Гаруду. (Только не для тех, кто не любит ходить пешком на 3 этаж☺️). Заглянула в номер «люкс» - это что за красота!?😱 Выглядит намного круче, чем на фото! Хорошие завтраки на выбор. В сезон, когда много народу, отличный шведский стол! Когда была в 2024 году, раз или 2 раза в неделю были кинопоказы у бассейна на большом проекторе😻 Это было прекрасно! К сожалению, фотографий не осталось , чтобы приложить. Вечером вся территория подсвечивается гирляндами-было волшебно!о✨ Идеальное расположение отеля! Находится в глуби деревни и рядом нет никаких шумных дорог с кучей мотоциклов! За окном слышно только пение птиц и петухов☺️ Полное спокойствие!

Грустно, что многие ставят низкие оценки из-за расположения отеля и за плохую дорогу 🫠 Да, небольшой участок дороги с ямками и неровностями(ну это ж деревня) и она никакого отношения к отелю не имеет! Эти 300 метров спокойно на байке проезжаем и выезжаем на нормальные дороги👌🏼 ничего страшного! Про расположение: люди пишут, что в Джимбаране нечего делать и до всего далеко. Бред! Да, если ты пакетный турист и хочешь пешком ходить, то здесь так не получится. В принципе тогда Бали не для вас! Здесь нужно брать байк и колесить по всему острову! Ну или вызывать байк такси. Я скажу так, что это удачное место для жизни, так как от сюда можно добраться до любой точки без проблем! До любого пляжа или смотровой на закат ехать 10-25 минут , до Куты ехать 35, до Убуда 50 минут. Для меня это оказалось золотой серединой!

This is a wonderful hotel, my wife and I have already done it for the second time. Our first stay was very short and we didn't have time to fully appreciate the experience. This time, we stayed for a longer period and realized how cozy and comfortable it is. We live in junior suite, they were spacious and had a beautiful view of Bali and the rooftops of houses with their local style. The hotel is in a quiet area, so we weren't bothered by bike noises. Our room was cleaned daily, and our towels were changed every other day. The hotel grounds are always clean and almost entirely covered in greenery. You can always find a spot in the shade, but there's also plenty of space to sunbathe on a sun lounger in the morning. The hotel has underground parking, which is convenient during rainy season. There are two roads leading to the hotel, one of them is under repair, and the other has good asphalt and very little traffic. The hotel is conveniently located, you can reach any location in the southern part of Bali in 20-25 minutes, and restaurants in Jimbaran are only 5 minutes away. The staff were so friendly and made us a great breakfast every morning with a variety of fruits. On our last day, they even served for us grilled fish and shrimp for dinner. It was delicious and romantic! We truly enjoyed our stay here for almost two months. I can't imagine any other place that could beat this hotel. The price and quality were top-notch. Staff is great, thank you, Lia Martina. Breakfasts was good and tasty. Swimming pool is clean. transfer to the Jimbaran beach was included. We'll definitely go back to Bali and this hotel.

Last 500 meters road to hotel is pretty bad.

The staff were very good.

The hotel is very old and needs some TLC. It is miles from anywhere and the restaurant was only open for breakfast. There was no facilities in the kitchen to cook. No glasses or cutlery or anything. The water pressure was terrible. The road coming in was terrible and I know that isn’t the hotels problem but should be commented on the website.

The property was poorly maintained, with unclean conditions and a broken refrigerator. Furthermore, the front desk was frequently unattended, and the severely damaged surrounding roads made taxi access difficult.

The staff was very friendly, we interacted a lot with Lia she was really nice and gave us some really good suggestions and advice.

Hotelli huoneemme verhot olivat kauttaaltaan homeessa. Huoneisto tuntui kostealta ja parvekkeen edustalla sisällä oli reilusti vettä lattialla. Hotelli tarjosi meille toista huonetta joka oli täysin samassa kunnossa kun ensimmäinen. viimeinen heidän tarjouksensa oli sviitti huoneisto, jonka verhoista löytyi myös home läiskiä sekä huoneistosta olisi tullut maksaa ainakin 80€ lisää majoituksen hintaan. Lähtiessämme aulan työntekijä vaikutti hirveän ymmärtäväiseltä tilanteemme suhteen ja pahoitteli asiaa. Yritimme bookingin kautta saada majoituksesta rahoja takaisin, koska emme halunneet jäädä hotelliin majoittumaan kahdeksi viikoksi mitä olimme varanneet. Bookingin asiakas palvelijan mukaan majoitus paikka oli kuitenkin yhteistyö haluton ja ei suostunut rahoja palauttamaan joten jäimme vaille minkäänlaista korvausta majoituksesta hotellin osalta. Booking palautti noin 1/5 rahoistani bookingin omalle tilille myöhemmin. Aamupala oli huono ja vaihtoehtoja ei ollut paljoa.

To był nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Ponownie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Fajny pokój z balkonem. Ładny i funkcjonalny basen w otoczeniu zieleni i kwiatów. Ładny teren hotelu i sam budynek. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicy. W zasięgu 20-30 minut jazdy grabem jest wiele ciekawych miejsc Miła obsługa, dobry internet. Cisza i spokój. Dobre miejsce do pracy online

Okolica nie jest zbyt piękna ale nie dla najbliższej okolicy przyjechaliśmy ;)

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame staf - een aangenaam en mooi zwembad en een aangename mooie kamer ook de ontbijtruimte is gezellig en vooral de hulp die je krijgt aan de receptie is exceptioneel.. ze geven de info die je nodig hebt - zoeken het op - boeken voor jouw een taxi of brengen je zelf met hun scooter ( indien niet te ver) .. echt top

Limpieza escasa. Inodoro no funcionaba la cisterna. Nos dejaron unas horas sin agua porque no habían contratado la cisterna de agua para llenar el deposito, la carretera pra llegar hasta el alojamiento, la peor qje he visto en todo Bali. Dos cocacolas en el bar creo qje pague unos 60.000, algo caras.
