Reception staff not friendly (manager offered late check-out, receptionist staff wanted to charge for ate check out), hotel charged me for parking when I was paying myself at the paying machines in the parking lot

Staff were fantastic, couldn't do enough

Tutto eccellente!

Most definitely the staff firstly. They cannot do enough to help you. They go over & above to make sure your stay is memorable. Pool area with bar is superb. Breakfast was fabulous. For our early flight they even organised coffees & pastries for our trip to the airport! 10/10

Slightly to far from things, but a taxi can easily be organised for you, and there is a full time tour operator there to book anything you want to do.

Location - 10/10 Value for money - 10/10 Staffs were friendly, charming and easily accessible. Breakfast - lovely.

The breakfast was excellent, they had variety Location wise was extremely good, quite and close to the mall.

I didn't get Greek yoghurt, but there were other types though.

I would like to thanks the receptionist man he really understand my favorite type of room and he did the best for me specially Marina View and room type

Superior all the way around! Location right next to the Dubai Marina walk- walk right to it from the hotel. Immaculately kept property in concert with Dubai itself as the cleanest city in the world. Beautifully renovated rooms so everything looks & functions as new. And the staff! Amazing! Stay here and you'll immediately see what I am talking about.

You get what you pay for. For the location, service, and ambience, this is no 'budget' property, so priced accordingly.

Great area

Clean and modern

Good Rooms.but very Old Towels

Old Towels. No Proper Reception Cafe for easy Drinks and Bites.Poorly Located Bar in the Basement. Top Floor Club Closed for Breakfast Yet Guest are Charged for It. Had to Demand a Refund.
