Das Hotel würde ich immer wieder buchen,wir sind schon das dritte Mal dort gewesen und uns gefällt die Lage,der Ausstattung, der Service Es ist auch der Pool oben was besonders;der Blick und auch so lange auf mit musik vom DJ,tolle Drinks bis spät Abend, mega Erlebnis!!

Un séjour tout simplement exceptionnel à l’Address Beach Resort Dubai Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour notre lune de miel, et honnêtement, tout a été à la hauteur de nos attentes, et même au-delà. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été impressionnés par l’élégance de l’hôtel, la qualité des installations et surtout la gentillesse du personnel. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour rendre le séjour agréable et mémorable. La chambre était magnifique, parfaitement entretenue, avec une vue incroyable sur Dubai Marina et la mer, et une literie extrêmement confortable. Le service est irréprochable : personnel souriant, disponible, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider. (Mention spéciale pour Hawa, de l'équipe housekeeping qui était littéralement au petit soin avec nous tout au long de notre séjour ainsi qu'à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel). Mention spéciale pour la piscine à débordement située au 77e étage : la vue sur Dubai est absolument spectaculaire. C’est clairement l’un des moments forts de notre séjour. 😍 Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la qualité des restaurants, la diversité des choix et la qualité des plats. Tout était excellent, du petit-déjeuner aux dîners. Mais ce qui nous a vraiment marqués, c’est l’attention portée à notre lune de miel. L’hôtel a su rendre cette expérience encore plus spéciale grâce aux petites attentions et à la qualité du service. Address Beach Resort n’est pas simplement un hôtel : c’est une véritable expérience. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs magnifiques et surtout l’envie de revenir à Dubai… et très probablement dans cet hôtel. ❤️ Merci à toute l’équipe de l’Address Beach Resort pour ce séjour inoubliable. Hotellet var mycket rent, välskött och fint. Personalen var fantastisk – mycket vänlig, professionell, hjälpsam och alltid välkomnande. Ett särskilt stort tack till Anara i receptionen, som var helt fantastisk! Hon bemötte oss med enastående värme, vänlighet och omtanke och fick oss verkligen att känna oss välkomna. Även personalen i restaurangen och städpersonalen var mycket trevliga och professionella. Servicen från personalen får absolut 5 av 5 från mig. De färska juicerna var också mycket goda.

Det som drog ner helhetsintrycket var maten, framför allt frukosten. Med tanke på hotellets höga pris hade jag förväntat mig betydligt högre kvalitet, större variation och en mer exklusiv matupplevelse. Jag skulle ge maten 3 av 5. Hotellet är ganska dyrt, och därför tycker jag att maten borde hålla en betydligt högre nivå och bättre motsvara priset.

This isn't my first visit; this hotel has become one of my favorites! Everything is incredible—there are never any negatives! The entire staff is wonderful; Mr. Douglas Menezes is a true professional who handled an issue that arose with the utmost courtesy. We will definitely be coming back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent and spotlessly clean, and the service was truly outstanding. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I also really appreciated the complimentary late check-out — such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I believe it is one of the best hotels iv ever seen. The service absolutely amazing. The duty manager Douglas Menezes took care of everything we need. He is one of a kind. I also wanted to thank Thiru in the breakfast area. The hotel is super clean and pretty but the service is what makes me go back every time

Tolle Lage, gutes Frühstück. Personal beim Frühstück und an den Beach Pools sehr freundlich.

Zimmerservice und Reinigung war so schlecht, vieles vergessen oder garnicht erhalten und wir waren das 3 mal im Hotel und hatten wieder zwei Zimmer. Minibar haben wir in 8 Tagen nicht erhalten, nur beim auschecken wurde dann gefragt ob wir noch etwas aus der Minibar hatten, ich musste so lachen, es war dem Angestellten dann so peinlich gewesen. Service beim Zeta 77, den Angestellten muss man immer hinterher laufen um etwas zu bekommen, das Funk Rufsystem funktioniert nur, wenn er schon direkt neben einem steht. Die Servicemitarbeiter vor dem Hotel sind mehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt und ihren Mobiltelefonen, als mit den Kunden, so war es sonst nie gewesen.

Ein wirklich schönes luftig wirkendes Hotel. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und arbeitet sehr professionell. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich dabei Hr. Maksut. Er reinigte das Restaurant beim Frühstück und war dabei sehr gründlich und hatte immer ein Lächeln übrig. Wir möchten uns auch noch mal bedanken für unsere spezielle Problematik und deren Lösung.

Sehr gutes reichhaltiges internationales Buffet. Sehr guter und freundlicher Service! Der Infinity Pool im 77. Stock ist traumhaft. Das Personal war immer bemüht uns freie Sunbeds zu organisieren. Das Gym war mit sehr guten Machinen und Hanteln ausgestattet. Die Aussicht aus dem 75.Stock ist absolut amazing.

I used the package service that included food and drinks, and it was wonderful What really stood out was the option to eat breakfast separately without the burden of having to eat it only at a set time It’s an idea I really want to praise. The best !! I was surprised that all the rooftop food was more delicious than I expected And surprise cake for my b-day cake, even my b-day was few weeks ahead . Thank you so much I like that there’s a path from the hotel to the beach However, it’s a bit far to get to the main beach facilities I wish there was a shuttle service

However, I was a bit disappointed that the cocktail selection menu on the food and drink package was too limited And that day, there was a commotion over a fire safety issue where they had to evacuate in an emergency after sleeping for about an hour in the middle of the night, but there was no explanation of what had happened, nor any sign of an apology, which was disappointing

O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente: todos muito cordiais, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. O café da manhã servido na piscina de borda infinita mais alta do mundo é uma experiência incrível e que definitivamente vale a pena. Os quartos com vista para o mar são excelentes, muito confortáveis e proporcionam uma vista maravilhosa. E o café da manhã é simplesmente espetacular, com uma grande variedade de opções e até salmão incluído. Uma experiência que certamente recomendo!

Como ponto de melhoria, o frigobar do quarto não estava gelando adequadamente. Além disso, tivemos uma dúvida em relação ao benefício incluído na nossa estadia: a informação dava a entender que teríamos direito a utilizar os itens do frigobar uma vez durante a hospedagem. Porém, ao entrarmos em contato com o hotel por telefone, fomos informados de que o benefício se limitava a apenas 6 refrigerantes. Acredito que essa informação poderia ser apresentada de forma mais clara no momento da reserva, para evitar qualquer tipo de dúvida ou expectativa diferente por parte do hóspede.

Vstřícný personál především Yussef na recepci který nam poskytnul lepší pokoj a dříve než byl čas pro check-in - děkujeme! také pan pokojský byl velice milý vlastně úroveň celého personálu k nám jako hostům byl nejlepší jaký jsme v Emirátech poznali kde míra slušnosti a nápomoci je všude na opravdu vysoké úrovni. Střešní bazén, klub s bazény v zahradě, gym, jídelna s výbornou kávou a širokou nabídkou jídla co vás jen napadne. Více jsme za jednu noc zde prozkoumat nestihli :-) Hotel nás oslovil tak, že jsme si jej zvolili na pobyt s dětmi. Těšíme se za týden!

У нас была длительная пересадка 21 час. Мы прилетели в Дубаи в семь утра. Нас бесплатно довезли из аэропорта до отеля (при бронировании на Букинге была такая услуга). Так как наш номер оказался свободным, нас заселили уже утром (огромное спасибо отелю). Кроме того нам в час ночи надо было возвращаться в аэропорт и мы попросили перенести завтрак на сегодня (день заселения), и отель пошел навстречу. Очень вкусный завтрак и ужин. Великолепный Инфинити бассейн с прекрасным видом. За время, проведенное в отеле, мы успели прекрасно отдохнуть. Спасибо!

We loved everything about this hotel. It is a gem. Every single staff member that we met was kind, respectful and did everything to make our stay special. Food was superb, pool beautiful, and Pranto did an amazing job of cleaning out room. Thank you so much for making our trip a perfect family time. It is so appreciated that you have made it possible for children to use the 77th floor pool until 1pm. It makes for such a special experience for families and we will carry the memories always!
