Riad Noos Noos & Spa

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allen Fragen gerne weitergeholfen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und andere Orte bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Leider gab es auch einige Probleme. Der Wasserhahn bzw. das Wasserabsperrventil im Zimmer verursachte gelegentlich ein sehr lautes Pfeifgeräusch – zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten, auch mitten in der Nacht oder tagsüber. Dadurch sind wir und auch unsere Kinder mehrmals nachts aus dem Schlaf aufgewacht. Ein weiteres Problem war der fehlende WLAN-Empfang in unserem Zimmer. Wir mussten das Zimmer verlassen und nach draußen bzw. in einen anderen Bereich gehen, damit eine WLAN-Verbindung hergestellt werden konnte. Für Touristen ist das natürlich sehr unpraktisch, zumal es nicht wirklich sinnvoll ist, für jedes Familienmitglied eine marokkanische SIM-Karte zu kaufen. Ein weiterer Punkt ist, dass es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gibt. Gerade bei den hohen Temperaturen in Marokko ist das sehr unpraktisch. Wenn man Wasser kauft, wird es ohne Kühlschrank sehr schnell warm, sodass man es entweder sofort trinken oder erneut gekühltes Wasser im Hotel kaufen muss.

Nothing wonderful Riad stay

The riad is located right in the centre of the action. Every time we stepped outside our peaceful, quiet accommodation, we were instantly immersed in the vibrant local life walking through bustling streets with donkeys, motorbikes and the aroma of spices. It was the perfect contrast: stepping outside of a tranquil oasis straight into the heart of Marrakesh. There is truly no better way to experience the authentic Morocco!!! The property was very clean, big bedrooms and it was a great choice for me and my 11 year old daughter who loved it.

Lokacija je bila odlična, sobe su bile ogromne, svakodnevno čišćenje, doručak je bio raznovrsan. Vlasnik riada jako gostoljubiv, drag, tri dana nam je pripremao doručak jako rano ujutro, izvan termina za doručak, jer smo išli na izlete, uvijek je bio susretljiv i nudio pomoć za sva naša pitanja. Cijeli riad je predivno uređen, pazili su na sve detalje, imali smo osjećaj kao da smo na izložbi koliko je divnih sitnica. Rooftop također predivan. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Riad ima i hamam koji smo svi četvero probali i to nam je bilo divno iskustvo. Svakako bi se vratili.

Je to raj na zemi! Od privítania (kedy Vás prídu zobrať k taxíku, lebo by sme v noci blúdili) cez prenádhernú izbu, kde sme sa cítili ako v paláci, po raňajky a masáž... Dekorácie, personál, poloha, výhľad z terasy, všetko bolo dokonalé. Zaplatili sme si aj hammam a masáž a bolo to super! Na raňajky jogurty, palacinky, vajíčka, čerstvý džús... V izbe klíma, pohodlná posteľ. A všade milí ľudia, ktorí nám spríjemňujú pobyt. Ďakujeme Na námestie, k palácom a na trhy je to kúsok pešo. Hneď vedľa je trh s koreninami ktorý Vám vôňou navodí Marockú atmosféru. Riad Vam objedná aj taxi z letiska.

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans le Riad. Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois et nous vous remercions pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour que le séjour soit inoubliable. Le riad est situé dans le marché aux épices, il faut compter 10 min pour rejoindre la place jemaa el fna en traversant les souks. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir! I liked the buffet style breakfast - it's nice to have a choice! The owner was friendly, visible, and on site daily. The riad is full of interesting knick-knacks, art works, and historical items - it's really quite a collection. Although I am traveling solo, I booked their family room. It was very spacious and comfortable.

Mooi hotel, prachtig ingericht met collectors items - het was net een klein museum. Super comfortabel bed en behulpzame eigenaar. Ruime kamer.

Dichtbij alles maar vond de wijk net iets minder fijn. Ook was er best veel lawaai 's nachts, klonk als water wat continue werd opgewarmd.

Trevligt välkomnande med information om sevärdheter mm. Stort rum med skön säng. Bra städat. Väl underhållen Riad, fräscht överallt. Engagerade ägare och personal. Mycket fin och skön terrass att koppla av på.

Gillade allt med boendet men omgivningen var skräpig och inte så trevligt men det andra positiva övervägde allt.

La cordialità del team che ci lavora soprattutto un ringraziamento speciale va a Hassan(spero si scriva cosi) che mi ha fatto sentire ben accolta dal primo giorno e con il quale ho avuto piacere di avere delle buone conversazioni.

Non possono lamentarmi di niente, ma se devo trovare una nota ppco sfavorevole è la colazione offerta nel patio interno, quando hanno a disposizione una bellissima terrazza. Capisco però che è scomodo ridimensionare il tutto.

Il rooftop molto bello, ricco di verde, con angoli dotati di poltroncine o sedie sdraio, concede un vero relax dopo le visita della citta’.

This was undoubtedly our finest accommodation experience in Marrakech. Every detail, from the initial arrival to our departure, was handled with perfection. While we didn't have the time to experience the on-site hammam and massage services, the Riad itself is a visual masterpiece. The interior design is curated with exceptional taste, perfectly capturing the authentic Moroccan atmosphere through its thoughtful color palette, artisanal decorations, and bespoke furniture. My highest compliments to the designer responsible for such a stunning space.

There was no hot water in the shower, but to be honest cold shower was super refreshing for the hot days spent in souks. But can't imagine the same scenario if the weather was colder.

A really nice riad just a 15 minute walk from the jemaa-el-fna square. The room has a good shower and a big bed. We ended up eating dinner at the riad. It was great and a lot of food. The staff was lovely and we got great tips about Marrakech and the rest of our trip. Breakfast was good, a Moroccan breakfast. You can get eggs if you like. There was a fan and airco to get the room cool.

The riad is next to a mosque so you will get woken up early. It didn’t bother us, but is good to know. The wifi was really spotty.

Decoração do riad, simpatia dos funcionários, pequeno almoço muito bom, tudo feito na hora, incluindo o bolo, silêncio no interior do riad.

O caminho até chegar ao riad pode ser desconfortável para algumas pessoas. As pessoas na rua são simpáticas, no entanto, o aspecto das ruas pode colocar algum receio, mas é tudo uma questão de hábito.

Het is een fantastische Riad in een rustig straatje in de oude stad. Op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Het ontvangst is geweldig. Genoeg uitleg en kopje thee. Het dakterras is een groot pluspunt, ontbijt is heerlijk vers. De steegjes om de Riad kunnen 's avonds wat donker zijn, maar mensen zijn gewoon vriendelijk. De Riad heeft ook mooie details in zich, in ieder hoekje is wel een aardige decoratie. De bedden zijn van goede kwaliteit Top Riad, zeer aan te bevelen.

Adorei a estadia! O riad bonito, muito limpo, o pequeno almoço muto agradável assim como a refeição que fizemos ao jantar no dia da chegada foi fantástico! Relativamente aos funcionários, não podiam ser mais atenciosos e simpáticos! O Laurent sempre prestável e pronto ajudar no que fosse necessário.

A localização foi o que me deixou mais apreensiva pois o acesso não se faz de carro, a única hipótese é a pé e por ruas muito isoladas . A minha questão foi até que ponto seria seguro irmos sozinhas por ali, principalmente á noite, pois éramos 4 mulheres e receava que nos pudessem incomodar. Sempre me foi dito que era tranquilo e nada tínhamos a temer. Efetivamente foi o que aconteceu, nunca tivemos qualquer receio nem abordagem nesse sentido O outro senão foi a piscina do riad, que a meu ver não era piscina pois as dimensões eram mínimas.

breakfast was good. not great. service was excellent and welcoming. rooms were spacious. plenty of common area to lounge - the main area has a pool table that gave us respite when we needed to get away from the souks, the rooftop terrace was peaceful. Riad had beer and wine!

we had cold showers at the beginning and when I asked about that, we were told that there was a switch that needed to be toggled, and they fixed it for us ASAP, but we had no idea what switch that we messed up.

All members of staff we came into contact with were very welcoming and helpful. We went the day before to check everything was ok and we had no problem leaving our luggage early on the morning of our check-in (we had been travelling with a group and were in another riad). We only stayed 1 night.

The immediate location isn't great, in a narrow street off a local shopping area, but it is central, very close to the spice market. But, to be fair, we saw lots of riads in similar locations throughout Marrakech, so that's just how it is! And quite a few are hidden jewels inside.

De rustige sfeer in de riad was fantastisch! Daarnaast de locatie super centraal, alles lekker lopend te bereiken.

De zitjes op het dakterras waren oud of stuk, dat was wel jammer.

A really traditional accommodatiob in an authentiacally Moroccan neighbourhood near the Spice Market. The rooms were comfortable and the decor throughout the property very tasteful. The staff were amazing - very welcoming and helpful. The Hamman was exquisite. A 5 star stay.

Intérieur magnifique, probablement refait récemment. Personnel adorable. Très bon petit déjeuner.. Un billard pour les amateurs. Suite à un très gros orage la chambre que j'avais reservee avait connu un dégât des eaux, le directeur Laurent m'a mis à disposition son appartement dans le Riad. Quartier calme et agréable à 5mn de la place djema el fna.et possibilité d'arriver très près en taxi.

Beautiful Riad with super friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and secluded, and also a great location with respect to the palacios and Jemma.

The shower was a little squirrelly, but I’m finding that this is common in the area. You just have to keep control of the head.

Everything exceeded my expectation

La sera e al mattino c'era un rumore/ronzio in camera. Sembrava dell'acqua scorrere nelle tubazioni.

En klassisk Riad mitt inne i medinan. Mycket smakfullt och mycket vänliga värdar. Lugnt och stilla. God frukost. Observera att detta fina boende ligger i gränderna i medinan så det går inte att köra bil ända fram. Parkera vid Bahia Palace eller fråga värden så får ni anvisningar.

Magnifique Rizdad au cœur de Marrakech. Les chambres sont magnifiques, les pièces très bien décorées et il y a une très bonne ambiance. Très bon accueil et un calme absolu !

La struttura è bellissima e lo staff gentilissimo, sempre pronto ad aiutare. Abbiamo soggiornato qui 2 notti e provato sia ristorante che la spa: entrambi incredibili. La camera era silenziosa, pulita e il letto comodissimo Se tornerò a Marrakech sicuramente soggiornerò di nuovo in questo riad

C’est Riad est d’un charme fou. Décoration orientale. Accueil chaleureux, nous avons eu la possibilité de réserver un massage sur place qu’un guide.

Dommage de ne pas avoir pu réserver le hammam la période de ramadan en est la cause. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour.

Instant immersion into the Marrakech experience. Very characterful, right in the spice market and a brilliant base for the Medina. Riad Noos Noos was amazing, full of really interesting artifacts. It is an oasis of calm with a gorgeous roof terrace. Accomodation was lovely, breakfast just right and the staff were wonderful. Loved it!

Riad molto curato nei minimi dettagli, pulito e accogliente. La struttura arredata con gusto e riflette la cultura marocchina. Lo staff molto disponibile, sempre presente e preparato. Abbiamo trascorso il nostro soggiorno in estremo relax e sicurezza. La nostra camera era estremamente curata e pulita. Abbiamo visitato tutte le principali attrazioni a piedi. Molto consigliato

Tutto era perfetto

Trato muy personal y amable del dueño que te hace sentir como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. Instalaciones confortables y muy limpias y muy bien decoradas / amuebladas. Además esta en una excelente ubicación en pleno zoco, si bien cuando entras en el Riad no se oye nada de ruido del exterior, como si entrases en un oasis de paz...

La señal wifi en nuestra habitación era algo débil.

La pulizia, le cene, la gentilezza dello staff, il servizio Spa. In più, ciò che ha reso davvero speciale questo soggiorno è stato il gusto e la passione con cui gli ambienti sono stati decorati. La nostra Camera Familiare è stata un'esperienza immersiva: sembrava di dormire in una stanza da principi arabi di altri tempi. Ogni oggetto del Riad è stato pensato con gusto e unicità: Il proprietario è appassionato di arte e artigianato del Marocco. È riuscito a creare, con i suoi pezzi unici, degli ambienti suggestivi. Che avvolgono. Che raccontano qualcosa. Che diventano sfondo e protagonista del soggiorno a Marrakech!

È stato tutto molto bello. Consiglio per la colazione, oltre alle buone "creep maricchine" fatte al momento, e tutte le altre bontà offerte, una torta artigianale al posto di quella industriale. Cena ottima e freschissima ma un pò costosa rispetto al costo della vita in Marocco.

El desayuno poco variado

Het dakterras is echt een 10/10, met fijne banken, decoratie en goed onderhouden planten. Het heeft een prachtig uitzicht op het Atlasgebergte. De riad is zeer groot en met oog voor detail en smaakvol ingericht. Het medewerkers zijn vriendelijk. Goed ontbijt. Locatie is vlakbij place de ferbantiers, bahia palace en de hoofdstraten richting jemaa el fna en de drukke medina. Kamer werd elke dag keurig opgemaakt, handdoekwissel indien gevraagd.

Voor mij was de riad te groot en voelde meer aan als hotel. Ik miste een persoonlijke benadering. Ik was ziek tijdens mijn verblijf en hoewel ik keurig werd geholpen als ik iets vroeg bleef het daar ook bij. De eigenaar heeft me geholpen met het vervangen van een kacheltje omdat de ene het niet deed en de airco niet helemaal naar behoren werkte en vertelde me waar de apotheek zat, maar hij heeft geen een keer gevraagd hoe het met me ging of uit zichzelf bij me ingecheckt. De medewerker van mijn riad hiervoor heeft contact met me gehouden en is even langs gekomen of ik wel ok was. Ik vond de kamer iets te donker voor mijn smaak. Een extra groot fel licht was fijn geweest. Maar wederom weer smaakvol ingericht. Het toilet en de douche aparts naast het hoofdeinde van het bed had ook niet zo mijn voorkeur, maar dat is een persoonlijke smaak. De douchekophouder was stuk. Vast lastig te vervangen hier in Marokko, maar wel vervelend en gezien de prijs die je betaalt mag je eigenlijk wel verwachten dat zulke dingen werkzaam zijn. Tip; een stortdouche. Doucht fijn, past bij een luxe uitstraling en blijft steviger zitten. De douche spoelt ook niet goed door, dus je staat in een zwembad te douchen. Overigens is de rand heel hoog en erop berekend dus het blijft wel in de douche en stroomt niet de kamer in. De steeg naar de riad toe ligt een beetje in puin. Ik vermoed nog vanwege de aardbevingen. Het is er stil en op sommige plekken geen verlichting. Dat voelde niet altijd even prettig. Het ontbijt werd ondanks het zalige weer beneden geserveerd en sommige gasten waren zeer luid om 7 uur en hielden geen rekening met andere gasten. Voor mij toch een iets kleiner riad met meer persoonlijk contact en een fijnere badkamer.

Fantastic roof terrace with views to the mountains. Great rooms - spacious and very clean. Lovely shower with plenty of hot water. Staff were as helpful as could possibly have been.
