Nice hotel and breakfast was good

Don’t hesitate to stay here if you are traveling with dogs. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The hot breakfast was appreciated and is open much earlier than other hotels.

It wa better than most included breakfasts. Fresh food and clean room

The room was spotless and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast. We could walk to restaurants for dinner so it was conveniently located as well.

We thought the pool could have been a little warmer. If it had been warmer we might have used the lovely water slide.

We paid extra to upgrade from double to queen beds. We still got double beds so the upgrade was essentially useless.

Very clean room and bathroom. Loved that they had more than just two each of towels, face-clothes, hand towels. Jean at the front desk was lovely and very helpful with questions we had ahead of arriving regarding parking our truck with a U-Haul. The hot breakfast was great - only thing missing was fresh fruit (eg bananas, oranges, apples) but they did have a bowl of berries for yogurt.

The mini fridge did not have a freezer so we couldn’t refreeze our ice packs.

Well maintained and conveniently located. Good amenities, decent pool and good breakfast.

My husband is s celiac. There was nothing gluten free for the complimentary breakfast. I know this is a tough one and we come prepared but that would have made the stay for us a 10.

It was a good pitstop between major cities for me. And they had ample plug in spots.

Everything about the hotel is excellent. Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff and a good location for certain travel plans.

Left the window open and was woken by train whistle as track is close to the hotel property. If windo is kept closed at night you barely hear it.

We were booked into an occupied room and had to be downgraded from a King room because of the booking.com/canalta miscommunication.

Location just off of the Trans Canada Highway was very convenient. Close proximity to the Red Barn restaurant open on Sunday was nice. Clean and quiet room. Text message communication from the hotel with updates, etc was appreciated. Staff were friendly and courteous.

We travelled from Ontario and arrived in Moosomin early. We had booked the night at this hotel. The front desk clerk graciously booked us in early as our room was ready. Very much appreciated!

The location was easy to get to and the room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft. Restaurants were in walking distance and staff were friendly. Lots of parking.

I felt the common areas such as the foyer, halls, and elevators could have been cleaner, but we did arrive later in the day.

It was a Fantastic stay, right from check in! Loved the super comfy beds and amazing soft pillows! Plus, WOW what an awesome free breakfast you put on!! If anyone thinks the rooms are a little pricey, the breakfast definitely makes up for it! And we had a main floor room which was perfect, as we needed a pet room for our puppy. Loved having the ease of an outside door. I definitely would recommend your hotel to my friends! Thank you for the wonderful stay 🩷

I was travelling with a dog and they have rooms on the first floor with a back door to the room. I was able to easily unpack the car directly into the room and to take my dog out for a walk without having to go through the lobby. The bed was so comfortable and room was very clean. Will always make this hotel a stop on my travels.

The only issue I have with this visit was breakfast. There was a lot of people in the hotel and it didn’t seem like that was taken into consideration at breakfast time because when I got down there at 8 AM, no eggs no bacon cold sausage picked over bakery goods, I had to ask for forks and spoons cause there were none And I do believe the staff was overwhelmed with the amount of people that were there that day however the hotel does know how many people that they have coming in. There were a lot of kids there because of hockey tournaments. We were there with our family occupying several rooms after having a Get together involving grandma. /Great grandma. And we were disappointed with breakfast.

Breakfast could’ve been better. The amount of people that were there could’ve been better accounted for and maybe one more staff member would’ve made a big difference because the two staff members were struggling to keep up.

We were on a road trip from Vancouver to Quebec. The hotel was well equipped. Our room was very large and had everything we needed for one night. It also had air conditioning. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was “simple” but okay.

Use less plastic in the breakfast area.

Not a big complaint but the king bed room we first rented the thermostat was not working and we had to move to a room with two queens. Not a inconvenience at all.

Property is great as always we always stay here or travelling for work or leisure and if not in moosimon we ways stay at Canalta hotels knowing we will be greeted with a smile and treated with Respect and a added Bonus having a great sleep each and every time

Our room was very spacious, as we had three queen size beds. Everything we needed amenities wise was walking distance from the hotel. The pool was great and everything from common areas to the rooms was very clean. Good breakfast selection.

My only complaint was that the eggs were very cold on Sunday morning.

Room was not clean at all...
