Friendly atmosphere, clean and tidy, easy to get to location

Stayed in an accessible room with walk in shower, everything was accessible except the toilets…they should be raised toilets!!

Breakfast was great. Very helpful and friendly staff

Pool and hot tub were not open. We had really looked forward to relaxing there in the evening.

The waffle maker was really great, I enjoyed the free breakfast quite a bit.

I woke up with four bug bites 48 hours after staying the night. The bug bites looked like they were from bed bugs. That really concerned me.

I stayed here along a Canada road trip and this hotel was wonderful. It was reasonable and quiet and the staff was friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I’m passing through

The only problem is with the breakfast person as the week before the lack of effort to put the eggs and bacon or sausage, lets them run out and dose not refill in a timely manor, I would understand if place was busy or near end of breakfast, but there at 7:15 and everything gone. The person did bring out more eggs enough for maybe 3 people the bacon was empty and never refilled while I was there

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff very accommodating. Nice large elevator, easy to fit luggage cart. Close to good restaurant (Red Barn)

The breakfast, the person put stuff out maybe should find a job he likes. There was very little put out example 1 wilted orange and 2 apples, the waffle mixture was empty with people around trying to get some and this is when it first opened in morning

The hotel itself felt new; the room was clean, and the bedding was fresh and of good quality.

The pool and hot tub were closed, and this information was not provided at the time of booking—we only found out upon arrival. It would be helpful if this information were available on Booking.com prior to check-in.

Good to stay in a pet friendly hotel and have a room on the ground floor. Only place to walk a dog was the open field across the road from the hotel. Our room was clean and very quiet. Bed was comfortable and everything worked well. My only criticism was that the front desk staff never made any eye contact or spoke anytime I walked by. The only staff member who spoke to me was when I was having breakfast. I have a feeling that she might have been the manager. She came over and asked how everything was.

the breakfast room was clean, organized and great variety. It was unfortunate the pool wasn't operational, but the hot tub was very welcome.

Forgot my ear pods behind and was over an hour down the road before I realized it. Contacted the hotel and they located them and even searched the parking lot for me in -35 degree weather that morning!! Amazing!! I seldom have stayed at a hotel that is willing to go thru the effort to locate an item little alone go outside in frigid conditions to locate and then help with courier directions to get it returned to me. Big shout out to Mona and the rest of the staff!!

We were recently storm-stayed in Moosomin and had to find a hotel for the night. It was our first time here and this is an excellent hotel. Very, very clean. Our room is large and very quiet. Nice breakfast in the morning. Staff is so friendly. Since we couldn't drive any further and had to stay in town, the staff allowed us to check in early and relax well before the standard check in time. Definitely stay here if you are in the area. Very nice hotel. It even has a small kitchen sink in the room.

Great location, great value. Beds are super comfortable. They have a Keurig in the room and a mini fridge with a freezer. Room had a large TV 55” I believe, Staff are fantastic. They have 24hr coffee. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Extremely disappointing stay. Breakfast was poorly managed and constantly out of food, and the general manager’s attitude was unprofessional and rude. Easily the worst experience I’ve had at a Best Western property, far below the standards I’ve come to expect from this chain.

The room was okay

It was crowded and noisy for a whirl pool suite. Asked for late check out house keeping entered my room at 10 am when I said dont come in as my partner and I were naked and I left a do not disturb sign on the door. My key cards also stopped working randomly after they let my partner in my room at 330 am

Hot tub - only the bottom jets worked Pool was dirty. My room was right above the pool and the exhaust system was very loud so there was a constant noise all night. Room is dated and tiles in the front entrance are cracked and paint was peeling. Room was clean, bed was fairly comfortable. Would have preferred a variety of pillows as all pillows were too high for my needs. Breakfast was good.

Excellent front desk staff

The breakfast area had many flies buzzing around and feeding in the garbage bins, on the food offered in the buffet, and on the food remnants/crumbs on ALL the tables, which were not wiped off (at least at the time I there). Gross and not sanitary. Room had food items left in cupboards from previous guests that had not been cleaned out. For safety, please add a nightlight to the washroom in the room.

The hotel provided an excellent stay with great service and a comfortable atmosphere, with clean rooms and fantastic customer service.

Not a super big deal but the hot tub isn't working - would have been nice to know about that ahead of time. Check-in easy and friendly. Good, clean room. Good value, also I'd say.

Easy experience

The continental breakfast was very nice. The hotel itself is older but okay. However, we could hear every room telephone ring, every sink running, every toilet flush in the rooms above us. The people on the floor above were noisy but staff responded to our concerns, so they can’t be blamed for that, but noise definitely carries in this hotel.

I liked the convenience to stay on our way to Winnipeg. However I didn't like the bathroom towels and the bed really needed a thicker duvet.

Great location

The hotel was great and very comfortable. Only suggestion would be for the front desk employee to gain some additional training in customer service as she was not friendly and didn’t seem to enjoy her role at the desk.

Loved the beds, pool area, and the cleanliness of the property. It was a small breakfast area with a struggle find seating at peak times.

Overall a great stay however luggage carts need upgrading, tires were flatten by 3 carry-ons, cooler. Very difficult to maneuver.

Great location to stop on our road trip pulling a camper. Lots of room to park. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Loved the extra sink in the room. Pool was great and pool area was clean too. Gym had lots of equipment to choose from. Breakfast had lots of options. Waffle maker, eggs, breakfast sausage, cereals. Options for juices. It did not disappoint. We had a great sleep beds were comfortable too.

Our baseball team stayed at this hotel. Multiple rooms had issues including the toilet not working, fan A/C not working, no TV/cable, noise complaints, not enough food at the breakfast to eat and to top it off, a mouse in a room. Upon realizing there was a mouse in the room, I had to ask to get moved to another room at 1 am with 3 kids. The following morning I was approached by the elevator by who I believe to be the manager by telling me I was banned from the hotel because I reported a mouse. She then told me I was a liar and there was no mouse cause they chose to address it 8 hours later. She was extremely rude and told me to leave the hotel at that moment. I had never had such an awful experience by a hotel manager ever in my life.
