Reviewed Aug 7, 2026The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway - a great location as a home base for exploring the more remote locations - such as Grasslands National Park. The hotel has all the amenities you need, with the exception of a restaurant, though they do provide a great breakfast and are places to eat very close by. The facility is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We would have really liked brighter light bulbs in the bathroom.

Spacious room with really good airconditioning that we could use to pick the degrees in the room ourselves. Also liked that we could do laundry and relax in the pool after a gym session. And - fridge on the room was really appreciated!

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026There was a sask power crew of 25 or so staying and there was mud everywhere. The breakfast looked like animals had gotten into it and was barely eatable. Usually, this hotel stay is great, just wish the work crews were more respectful and didnt make sucha mess.

Couldn’t get the sauna to work. A local restaurant offered a discount voucher on our room because we ate there. When we got back to the hotel they said they couldn’t honour it because we booked through Booking.com. Probably won’t use Booking. Com any more.

At 7:00 the breakfast was stocked but another two people went down at 9:00 and there was nothing left for breakfast The tables were sticky. No eggs, no sausage and no pancake batter. Very disappointing. The front desk gal was busy. The side doors were not working which made unloading in the rain not enjoyable. The hot tub was out of order as well.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025We realize that the hotel was busy the weekend we stayed, but we didn't have any room service. When we arrived I noticed that the recycle bin had not be emptied. I noticed a cleaning cart in the hallway and took it down. The service lady emptied it and asked which room we were in. Later a different service lady knocked on the door and apologized for not emptying the container. I said that wasn't a problem. The room outside of that was great. We never had any service from that point on.

A special thanks to Tamara for always being at the desk to answer our questions and getting most of the family in rooms close to each other as we prepared for my son’s wedding.

Front desk and housekeeping woke me at 8am because someone marked me as checked out when I was not. Oh, and the hottub was down for maintenance. All together not fantastic.
