Overall it was good experience

Only one thing that was internet was not very good.

We enjoyed our stay very much in Anik hotel. One of the best in class in Phnom Penh.

Location

Superb as usual. Quiet, comfortable and an oasis of peace. Lovely staff, and the Manager whom we knew for many years has returned to work here, so that was an additional bonus. Breakfast is still good, tasty and substantial. Excellent value for the money.

Fewer toiletries this time around. No shaver kit (apparently they ran out and the supplier hadn't sent more), no hand soap and amenity kit. The other stuff were still given.

The staff was nice, very helpful.

The massage/SPA experience. The room badly needs renovation. It was very noisy during the first night of our stay, due to the conditions site next to the hotel.

Staff are all very nice and helpful. The room is big and have a large refrigerator with washing facility.

There is construction next to the hotel and they start working at 6.00 a.m. It waking me up too early in the morning.

The swimming pool was very welcome in 40deg heat. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The air conditioning in the room would alternate between sweating and freezing. The WiFi was very slow.

Nice hotel, however next to a very loud construction site. So we asked to be moved to one of their other properties: Anik Boutique. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. But after the first night we had to change rooms again, as the first one smelt of sewage. Again, the staff was helpful and gave us a room upgrade. The breakfast buffet was very good.

See earlier review. It's for the same stay. I just made 2 bookings cos my bro-in-law's family could only make it for 2 nights instead of my 3 nights. All comments remain relevant.

My go to hotel in Phnom Penh... it has maintained its standard all these years. I probably stayed there for almost 10 years. Always a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. Lovely rooms, superb beds, and really good quiet aircon. Good toilets, good shower, no weird smells or sewage smells which is very common in many hotels in PP. Quality buffet breakfast although it's been whittled down significantly since the COVID pandemic. Staff are almost all new, only one guy is left from the pre-pandemic period. But staff are still good and helpful. We booked one room for the first night and then 2 rooms for the subsequent 2 nights. I requested for a free upgrade to the family apartment which has two bedrooms with a king bed in each room, and it was graciously acceded to. There are two toilets - one attached with a bathtub which my kids loved and another toilet in the kitchenette area so effectively each room has its own toilet. Plus there's a nice dining table with 4 chairs for meals and also a small sofa with a coffee table. Lots of room for the kids (3 of them) to run around and mingle and have great fun. By the way, there are 3 32" Sony TVs in this room... one in each bedroom, plus one in the silting area. A fridge and an induction hob completes the set up. Outstanding value actually.

Staff are a bit raw. Not much experience but it can't be helped. All the experienced staff left during the pandemic. And it doesn't help that tourist numbers are still very down in Cambodia and the staff don't really have as much to do hence the inexperience.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. I enjoyed the food in the restaurant. It was a pleasant stay.

New and very clean hotel. Great location, great service, rooms big enough, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. We appreciated the pool and pool bar as well. National monument is just 8 minutes walking.

Their address is confusing to Taxies. there are two three properties with same name. They distribute the old address card with a phone number of other property. Need improvements.

エアコンの不調により、姉妹ホテルへ変更となりましたが、部屋は良かったです。 ホテルからの送迎もお願いしましたが、空港ですぐにお会い出来とても安心しました。

バスタブ付きとあったから予約したのにシャワーのみだったし、レンタルサイクルも利用可能とあったのに用意がないとのこと。情報は正しいものを提示すべきです。他の部分が良くても最初の不満が尾を引きます

免費升等套房，很不錯的住宿體驗。一進到飯店就先有迎賓飲料及濕毛巾，房間設備也都齊全；小缺點是熱水來的比較慢及wifi速度及穩定性比較不好。對面就是BKK，裡面很多美食

It was a nice stay in Anik Hotel. The service there is excellent and the location as well. Highly recommend

The hotel is conveniently located with in core city range with many walkable marts and shops. Family room with minimum required kitchen utensils was comfortable for family in case of light cooking in the dinner times. Dedicated tuk tuk driver in the doorstep is quick to understand our needs and took care of our local trips for very reasonable charges. Friendly staff and the pool area with sauna all good for family stay.

今回は9月14日から4泊。 前回は6月に3泊しました。 隣のガソリンスタンドにコンビニが併設されているので、とても便利です。 この価格で部屋とサービス、朝食と文句はありません。 ただ、私は宛も無く気ままに旅をしていますので、あと一泊につき2000円安かったら何ヶ月でも宿泊します。

Havde bestilt et twinroom, men fik et enkeltværelse med en ekstra opredning. Værelse var beskidt, men forholdsvis moderne. Personalet vidst intet om deres by, og de var generelt meget lidt hjælpsomme.

Second time of stay after 3 years,the hotel seem need to be concern of maintainence. Booking 2 bedsroom,it located on 1st fl. first entry there is some smell.i need to ask for air refresher And 2nd night I did ask staff to try to get rid of the smell,then they put the oil in room. Bedsheet,towel look old should be replace. Even it was in the room but the first night they do not prepare. Master bedroom next to the kitchen,you will hear noise in the morning since 5.45 am once they start working. Breakfast need to be improve. Food not warm and not attractive. Location is good right on main road.

Small hotel but quite spacious rooms and nice breakfast.

今回の旅は、成田からバンコク経由プーケット。 そこからプノンペンに入りました。 20日以上の旅ですと、湯船に浸かりたくなるのが日本人。 バスタブ付きの部屋をチョイスしました。 チェックインして部屋を見たら、予約した部屋よりも広い。 スイートにアップグレードしてくれていたようです。 プールの日当たりも良く、レストランが横にあるのでプールサイドでの食事も可能です。 掃除は行き届き、スタッフの対応も笑顔で素晴らしい。 また、泊まりに行きます。

Hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly, rooms were clean and well presented.

amazing hotel

The restaurant and breakfast makes this place. The rooms a little rundown and the our room smell a little mildew. The ac drop to carpet. Restroom is nice. Kitchen needs to have its essentials like cups, plates, and utensils . Food is amazing

good hotel location and lots of food nearby. interior is a bit old but maintenance is still considerably good.

Excellent service from the start. After flights were delayed and rerouted, communication for airport pickup went smoothly. From check in to room stay, a very friendly and quiet hotel within the heart of a very busy zone. The breakfast is very fulfilling. Excellent staff and facilities.

We had to switch from a hostel to Anik because my partner tore an ankle ligament and couldn't climb the stairs at the hostel. The staff were outstanding, and did all they could to accommodate us. There are a few excellent lunch and dinner spots nearby and the pool is decent for a cool down in the afternoon.

This is a pretty basic hotel. Nice shower. Bed was like sleeping on a table. The did put some extra padding under the fitted sheet the second day. There is definitely a mold problem (in our room, 106, it was partially covered by wall paper). Buffet included for breakfast was fair. The location was great. Walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and sights.

when i was brought to the non smoking room,they gave me upgrade and changed the room so quickly for me.when i caught a cold,all of staffs were helpful.and spa survice is very nice too.pool view room was really comfortable.i like here.

this hotel is located near BKK1. there is a little convenient shop next to this hotel.aeon mall is so near. staffs are gentle and generous.

Everything was fine except the breakfast less choice and taste is avereage. one more thing is about Key Card my staff share the room and we stay 4 nights only 1 key card gieven which is so wired.

The hotel is good except breakfast and next to petrol station. Other than petrol station, you can find KOI and burgerlab, personally the burgers are great and delicious in burger lab. Unique and value for money.

Lovely boutique hitel offering excellent customer service. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Around $3 tuk tuk ride to the Palace. Very comfortable room

Quality hotel, great service and massive rooms. One negative point was that the aircon was too weak. The staff put us into another room, but the same problem persisted. It seemed that there was not enough power.

the freiendly and generous reception and lobby lounge

It was my mum's first visit to Cambodia and we chose this hotel because of a friend's recommendation. I've been to Phnom Penh more than a couple of time this past few years and each time, I've stayed in a different hotel. This hotel would be one of the better ones. Staff are always around to help. The manager was also very accommodating to my requests. Whenever I request for more towels/ pillows, they came without delay.

Stayed this hotel few days as getaway take in sites within capital. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful ....its small hotel only 3 floors, breakfast was great so was service. Only thing was there's no views and next door loud music playing early morning and late nite .other then that very nice hotel and for price

We had a 2 bdr apartment with a little living room & a kitchen with table & chairs. 2 bathrooms. There was not Hot water but given the extreme heat it wasn't a huge problem. Air conditioner worked amazingly. Breakfast was ok. There was always a tuk tuk @ the door for us to go places. Front desk service was spot on. We needed to book a tour & also mu son got sick so we needed to go to a clinic. Staff called to arrange both things for us.

We did ok here, however, felt that work out area machines very poor, only 4 machines. Pool area was pretty, but could be much cleaner. Hall carpets dirty. Outside front had a small watering edge that was pretty, but water dirty green. Staff was very nice, however. Conceire wasn't knowledgeable, which luckily we had friends that we connected with whom told us great eating placed, shopping etc.

Huge Room, maybe a little expensive for Cambodia but it was a relaxing Hotel with Suana/Steam , Pool I stayed at the end of my trip when the energy levels where starting to drop and started spending more time in the room/Hotel and this hotels was perfect for that very relaxing excellent amenities

Great value for this cozy little boutique hotel excellent for business travel. Spacious room and washroom and surprisingly quiet despite it being right off the main road.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with equally spacious bathroom. However, I dislike the bed, gives me sore neck and shoulder aches. Breakfast is mediocre.

I chose this hotel from the picture on Expedia as a place to stay overnight after a long haul flight into PNH. The taxi driver found it fairly easily and the staff was very helpful and efficient. The rooms were as advertised and were big, modern, and clean. It was a great place to crash after a long trip. The only issues I found with the hotel were with the bathroom. The door to the bathroom had a raised ridge that was about two inches high so you WILL stub your toe going in and out EVERY TIME. Also the water never got hot, which is usually fine in a super tropical country, but the air conditioning is so cold that if you are like me, you will be shivering and whimpering naked on the tile floor after a few minutes.

Great location, cozy room, and great breakfast (love the chicken noodle soup upon request). The service is excellent. But The fitness room can be further improved.

Very comfortable stay, helpful staff

I checked into the hotel and when we came back this evening we saw that the bottom sheets were blood stained. We called the front desk and they said that the cleaning staff had gone home and we could discuss it in the morning. We said they needed to send someone so that we could sleep and when they stripped the bed, they had blood stains all over the mattress pad. When I asked him about the sheets he said "sometimes the cleaning staff doesn't have much time to turn the room so they don't always change the sheets " They took me to 2 other rooms to look at the beds and all of them were disgustingly dirty with stains. Finally a third room was somewhat acceptable but the pillows were all stained and we slept in our clothes on top of the sheets.

It is a bit expensive for what it is , as there are more competiotors nearby for 35% cheaper
