Lit confortable, emplacement pratique mais si vous avez une chambre dans les étages inférieurs attention au bruit des bars qui sont juste en face.

Manque d'eau chaude, espace piscine pas pratique du tout. Petit déjeuner toujours pris a l'extérieur car pas terrible pour moi.

Hemos estado en este hotel 4 noches y lo recomendamos, tiene dos piscinas, una en la planta 10, tiene un gimnasio en el que se puede entrenar perfectamente y los trabajadores son muy majos y te ayudan en todo momento, tanto con recomendaciones como con las maletas. La habitacion esta muy bien y las camas muy comodas. Muchas gracias !

One of the worst possible hotels, avoid at any cost. The staff are really rude and will deny any of your requests. Also they will act toward you as if you are lower than them. I would definitely recommend you to book some other hotel as there are far better options where you will be treated better.

A nicely renovated hotel with a clean spacious room. I have a soft spot for these older buildings, they have character. Staff excellent and overall a very enjoyable place to stay

Just minor things, like water in shower hard to keep at comfortable temperature, changes all the time. Due to location a lot of noise from bars and restaurants, but already aware of this.

La colazione migliore di tutta la nostra vacanza di un mese in Thailandia, Laos e Cambogia e forse la migliore di tutti gli hotel che abbiamo frequentato nella nostra vita. Consigliamo vivamente di prenotare il soggiorno con colazione, non ve ne pentirete! Lo staff è sempre stato molto cordiale e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. La camera ed il bagno erano puliti, minimali negli spazi, ma perfettamente congruenti con la tipologia di stanza prenotata ed il prezzo pagato. Comunque erano presenti tutti i comfort, incluse due finestre grandi con affaccio, nella stanza e ne bagno. Un plus, anche se l'abbiamo sfruttato poco, è lo Sky bar con la piscina ed un altra piscina un po' più grande al piano terra.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff were super accommodating and helped us with our late check-in, and the cold towels on arrival were much needed after a hot day. Our room went above our expectations and we honestly were surprised for such quality with the price we paid! The included breakfast and short massage session also made our stay amazing. Special shout out to Kelly who helped us check in at night who was the most friendly and kind, yet professional, concierge of all! We enjoyed having a chat and finding out more about the area, Phnom Penh, and Cambodia. She really lifted our spirits and made the stay incredible.

Quanto à localização não fiquei com a noção, uma vez que só ficámos por uma noite. O pequeno almoço era muito bom e bastante variado, misturando o pequeno almoço continental com o oriental. Fomos muito bem recebidas.

As tomadas do quarto não estavam todas a funcionar e não consegui carregar todos os equipamentos eletrónicos que precisava.

We returned here because we had an amazing experience at the Mettavary hotel. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. And we both enjoyed spending time in the bathtub. Perfect location, just off Bassac Lane. We will definitely return here again, it's absolutely giving you value for money!

L'hotel è un grattacielo di 10 piani e sul tetto c'è una piccola piscina con una vista pazzesca sulla Skyline di Phom Phen. La camera forse un po' piccola ma con ogni comfort, 2 letti belli grandi e bagno confortevole con doccia. Riguardo ai rumori di cui molti si lamentano, personalmente non ho avuto problemi. La nostra camera era al 7 piano ed aveva i doppi vetri per cui il rumore dalla strada era davvero minimo e noi siamo stati durante il weekend. Ragazze alla reception super gentili.

Ascensore un po' lento

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage (direkt an der Bassac Street), sehr höfliches Personal, ein Rooftop Pool sowie ein größerer Pool im Erdgeschoss, sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer.

Extrem langsamer Aufzug, was nervt, wenn man in den oberen Stockwerken wohnt.

A személyzet előzékeny, kedves. Reggeli nagyszerű, a szoba tiszta volt, köntös, törülköző bekészítve. A tetőtéri medencéből a kilátás gyönyörű, kicsit hűvösebb de a melegben jólesik.

La ubicación, el personal, el desayuno y la piscina de la azotea.

Sabanas rotas, no ajustaban a la cama. Distribución de la habitación incómoda. 0 iluminación. Encontramos bichitos en el lavabo a la noche y de hecho informaron se una fumigación durante nuestra estancia. Todo era de pago, incluso el agua.

Location is great, the restaurant at the top gives you great view, and the best is the Spa!

Area now loud with music and children screaming in the streets at 3 am, no hot water for both booked days, no welcome drink. Do better.

La chambre est idéale, le personnel très attentif. Les installations nouvelles avec 2 piscines, c'est magnifique, ainsi que l'incroyable buffet du petit déjeuner.

Das Zimmer war als luxury Sweet angeboten, war aber nur ein Zimmer und das noch nicht einmal groß. Der Geruch im Zimmer ohne Aircon war schlimm, die Matratzen uralt. Es gab nur einen Aufzug der meist von den Zimmermädchen benutzt wurde. Das Essen im Restaurant sowie beim Frühstück war unbeschreiblich geschmacklos und das Personal mehr als desillusioniert. Die letzte Nacht hatten wir ab Mitternacht keinen Strom mehr was bis Mittag nicht repariert wurde. Das Zimmer ist über einem Club oder so etwas, an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Alles in allem, wenn das Zimmer 20$ gekostet hätte dann wäre das auch zuviel gewesen aber für eine Luxus Sweet, lächerlich

Ya me he hospedado aqui en 4 ocasiones. El personal del hotel es muy amable. Tuve problemas con mi celular y mi equipaje (mi culpa) pero el personal del hotel me ayudo a resolverlo de inmediato. Calidad-precio del hotel es perfecta! Ademas, tiene una vista muy linda de la ciudad.

First of all the staff, they were very kind caring and extremely service minded i stayed some 3 months and I had a great experience. The cleaning staff were very effective. Facilities are great with 2 pools and always clean. In the evening the sky bar is nice and very good service. Food was very good and not expensive. Location is great with so many restaurants around the corner, very near AEON shopping mall. Overall i had a pleasent good stay mostly thanks to Staff

Összeségében egy jó szálloda, attól függ előtte honnan jössz,vagy hová mész. Jó a reggeli(ami a szállodák többségében nem ér semmit,ezt 17 szálloda után mondom), jók a medence(2 db),a személyzet ha problémád van valamivel,megoldja,van az árban egy 15perc masszázs ami plusz extra.

Hôtel très bien placé et personnel aux petits soins

Personnel très gentil, réactif et arrangeant : nous sommes arrivés avec une journée de retard (pb d’avion) ils ont gentiment accepté de décaler le séjour d’une journée. Bcp de commodités à proximité (aeon mall, palais royal,…)
