Goed verzorgd, mooie kamers, schoon, goed eten en drinken, personeel probeerde alles voor je op te lossen , mooi uitzicht over zee. Entertainment stopte om 22.30 dus werd rekening gehouden met iedereen. Goede koffie! en 24 uur per dag een plek open voor koffie, thee, fris en fruit, koekjes en broodjes.

Erg ver van centrum en haven, in zee zwemmen niet mogelijk door erg lage water, ook getijden maakte dat niet haalbaar. Hadden we al iets over gelezen, maar vie daarna toch nog tegen. Helaas ook hier mentaliteit bedjes bij zwembad al om 7 uur gereserveerd. Eten in buffetrestaurant goed, in de a la carte restaurants niet. Zwembad was niet diep en in verhouding tot aantal jamers en gasten niet groot, dus snel vol, water ook aan de warme kant

A Wonderful Family Experience, We’ll Definitely Be Back! We have been visiting Hurghada as a family for years, and we usually prefer returning to hotels we already know because we don’t like taking risks when it comes to quality. This time, we decided to try Bellagio Beach Resort & Spa for the first time, and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The resort is very clean, modern, beautifully maintained and clearly well invested in. The staff everywhere are incredibly friendly, smiling and always willing to help. A very special thank you to Mr. Mina Attia, Guest Relations Manager, who made our stay even more memorable. He was extremely welcoming and surprised us with a fantastic upgrade to a spacious sea-view room with a jacuzzi. The balcony view was absolutely beautiful! The room was spotless and modern, with comfortable furniture, a large TV, great facilities and surprisingly fast Wi-Fi. The food quality was very good overall, although a little more variety would make it even better. What really stood out was the restaurant staff. They were extremely attentive, happily accommodated our special requests and regularly checked that everything was okay. Food, snacks and drinks are also available at well-planned times throughout the day, which is great for families. The animation team was another highlight. They are professional, energetic and offer activities throughout the day, with entertaining evening shows that actually felt different from the typical hotel shows we’ve seen before. Most importantly for us, our 12-year-old son absolutely loved the experience. He made friends very easily, joined different activities, enjoyed the pools, beach and kids areas, and always had something to do. As parents, we also felt very comfortable with the level of safety. Guards and staff are always around, attentive and keeping an eye on the children without making the environment feel restrictive.

Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile, pronto ad accogliere ogni esigenza. Possibilità di organizzare eventi durante il soggiorno a costi contenuti. Animazione e spettacoli belli, vari e non invadenti. In particolare, un plauso a Mr. Mina, manager delle relazioni con gli ospiti, ci ha accolti la sera quando siamo arrivati e ci ha personalmente accompagnato in stanza fornendoci una stanza migliore rispetto alla prenotazione. Lui e il suo staff sempre super educati e disponibili... Un posto bello, organizzato, con una varietà di cibi molto ampia.... Davvero bravi....

Un très beau séjour ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée, avec un petit verre de jus de fruits bien frais. Un grand merci à Mina, qui s’est occupée de nous avec beaucoup d’attention et qui nous a gentiment surclassés. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce geste. Nous avons eu une superbe chambre, très spacieuse, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le ménage était fait tous les jours et toujours impeccable. L’hôtel est très beau, les piscines sont grandes et propres, et les toboggans ont beaucoup plu. Les différents restaurants sont également très intéressants. Petit conseil : pour les restaurants à la carte, pensez à réserver assez tôt, car les places partent rapidement. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu avoir celui que nous souhaitions et avons dû en choisir un autre. Le check-out s’est également très bien passé : nous avons pu partir un peu plus tard que prévu, sans supplément, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Globalement, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, et tout particulièrement à Mina pour son accueil et sa gentillesse ! 🙏

Magnifique hôtel! Que peux t on dire à part qu' il est hyper complet et allie le confort, la propreté. Arrivée pour 5 nuits on a prolongé 7 nuits supplémentaires tellement on s' y sentait très bien. A souligner la bienveillance de l'ensemble du personnel. Les animations sont au top avec de beaux shows. Mentions spéciales pour Margaux à l' animation, Ahmed au pool bar ainsi que Mina à la réception et en charge de l' accueil des gens à l' arrivée. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

Amazing Stay We had a wonderful experience! The location is beautiful, right in front of the sea, with a lovely beach and great swimming pools. Everything was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The food was delicious with a great variety, and there was always something for everyone. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. The whole atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, and we truly had a great time. Absolutely Outstanding 5-Star Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I spent our summer holiday at this wonderful hotel with my two teenagers, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from beginning to end. Everything was exactly what you would expect from a 5-star hotel: beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, spotless rooms, delicious food, great service, and attention to every little detail. What really made our stay special was the warmth and professionalism of Mr Mina Attia, who is responsible for Guest Relations. He was exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. His attitude and personal attention truly represent the meaning of outstanding hospitality. I would also like to mention Seif, who was equally professional and excellent at his job. He was attentive, efficient, and always handled everything with a positive and professional attitude. The restaurants in particular deserve a special mention—the staff were super friendly, attentive, and made every meal an enjoyable experience.

Un séjour de rêve absolu au Bellagio Hotel ! Nous avons passé des vacances tout simplement inoubliables. Cet hôtel mérite amplement ses étoiles et bien plus encore ! Dès notre arrivée, le personnel s'est montré exceptionnel : toujours souriant, d'une gentillesse rare, attentionné et aux petits soins pour s'assurer que nous ne manquions de rien. Les chambres sont magnifiques, offrant un très haut standing, un confort parfait et une propreté irréprochable. Un vrai havre de paix ! Côté restauration, c'est un pur régal : les buffets sont extrêmement variés et d'une qualité remarquable. Chaque repas était une nouvelle découverte gourmande avec des produits frais et savoureux. Les infrastructures sont tout aussi impressionnantes : les piscines sont superbes, parfaitement entretenues, et la plage est tout simplement magnifique, idéale pour se détendre sous le soleil. Pour couronner le tout, l'équipe d'animation est au top ! Dynamique, chaleureuse et créative, elle sait mettre une ambiance incroyable tout au long de la journée et de la soirée sans jamais être intrusive. Considerando que é um hotel no continente africano, estávamos um pouco receosos com a qualidade do mesmo. Ficámos impressionados com tudo. Os quartos, a comida, os espectáculos, tudo! Obrigado Bellagio e obrigado ao Mina por nos acompanhar durante toda a estadia.

Sajnos a családunk egyik tagja megbetgedett, 40 fokos láza lett és mivel a hotelben van orvosi ellátas így helyben (a szobánkban) meg tudtak oldani a szükséges infúziós kezeléseket (2 alkalommal)így nem kellett kórházba mennünk. Bár ez nem egy jó élmény mégis szerettem volna megemlíteni,hogy azért ez a szolgáltatás egy ilyen helyzetben nagy segítség.Mind az orvos,mind pedig a hotel szemelyzete maximálisan segítőkész volt.

overall it was good value for the price. The good for us were the Aqua Park, which was really fun for the childrens, and the 24-hour bar that was very convenient. Special thanks to Mr. Mina for his service. In general, it was an okay stay and decent value for money.

the variety and quality of the food could be better, and some facilities in the rooms needed improvement. Also, the service from some of the staff at the snack bar restaurant was not up to the same level.

We came back to Bellagio Resort because we had a very nice stay here last time. The biggest reason is the amazing staff. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We also really like all the activities at the hotel. There is always something to do, and you can really enjoy your holiday here.

The food is okay, but it is not the best. There could be more variety and better quality. The biggest problem on this visit was the mosquitoes and other biting insects. We got many bites, especially in the evening. It was almost impossible to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. Because of this, our holiday was unfortunately not as good as we expected. We hope the hotel can improve this problem because we would like to come back again.

Un séjour extraordinaire de 15 jours en famille dans un magnifique hôtel 5 étoiles ! Un merci tout particulier au responsable, Massimo, qui a été exceptionnel et aux petits soins pour nous. Sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme ont grandement contribué à la réussite de nos vacances. Il s'est plié en quatre pour nous satisfaire. Nos enfants ont également adoré le Kids Club Tutiko, encadré par Miss Matie. Elle est d'une douceur et d'une gentillesse incroyables ; les enfants nous réclamaient d'y aller tous les jours ! Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

S'il fallait mentionner un point négatif, ce serait impossible car tout était absolument génial ! Nous tenons aussi à souligner la gentillesse incroyable du personnel de cuisine et du restaurant. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins!!

Hotellet er rigtig godt, særligt til familier med børn. Der er gode restauranter, der er rent og virkelig sødt personale. Vi fik særlig god hjælp fra Mr. Seif, som var virkelig god til sit job og gjorde alt for at alle fik det bedste ophold. Vi havde en rigtig god og sjov ferie på hotellet.

Das Hotel war so schlecht, dass wir zum Glück die Mahmay Insel entdeckt haben! Das war das beste. Die Reise nach Cairo zu den Pyramiden und dem grössten Museum war auch sehr gut.

Absolut mässiges Essen, zu laute Musik den ganzen Tag. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, sehr schmuddelig und kein guter Beach.

Vi betalte for et af de dyreste værelser. Sort på hvidt blev vi lovet Ekstra opgradering hvilket vi ikke fik. Vi blev også lovet VIP hvilket vi heller ikke fik. Maden var ELENDIG. Fik madforgiftning og var syg i 2 dage! Vi spiste de sidste 5 dage ude af hotellet altså det var virkelig dårligt. Både smag og kvalitet og renlighed og præsentation. Efter vi fortalte kort om utilfredshed var alle ligeglade med os, de troede sikkert de ikke ville få flere drikkepenge derefter. Vil aldrig nogensinde besøge dette hotel igen eller anbefale det. Har været på 3 stjernede hoteller med bedre service og bedre mad. Det må være en joke at dette skulle være 5 stjernet.

Everything was amazing and we had fun to the max. Mr. Seif from the guest relations was super helpful and made our stay at Bellagio an unforgettable vacation. The resort did exceed our expectations in how well organized and fun everything is; the staff, the food, the animation team, the facilities, the pool, the beach seating, and the animation team. The caliber of fine dining and a well preserved Cafe of Rose main restaurant and Sweet moments cafe is outstanding both live to the international standard of a real 5 stars Hotel. J’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour à Bellagio. C’était incroyable je reviendrais sûrement. Ce que j’ai le plus aimé, c’est les soirée, ainsi que la piscine, l’Aquaparc et la mer privatisée. L’équipe d’animation est trop cool, et le personnel très gentil.

Otelde animasyon ekibi oldukça yetenekli ve kaliteli gösteriler yapıldı. Oda temizliği ve yemekler de oldukça iyiydi. Geleneksel Mısır yemekleri de vardı ve genel anlamda lezzetliydi, özellikle tatlıları Türk takımlarına oldukça benziyor.

Herşey güzeldi. Sadece sivrisinekler biraz rahatsız ediciydi.

A túl korai medencezárás, WC papír és szappan pòtlást külön kellett kérni, Taxi megbízhatatlan

Fantasztikus szobát kaptunk (díjmentesen upgradelték), nagyon sok szuper program van gyerekeknek és felnőtteknek egyaránt, sok gyerekmedence és csúszda, elsősorban családoknak ajánlom. Az ételek finomak, változatosak, lehetőség van több éttermet kipróbálni, a cukrászda is szuper! A személyzet nagyon kedves és figyelmes (segítenek a napágyakkal, napernyőkkel). Sok helyen van zuhany, mosdó, gyereknek kis játszótér. Gyönyörűek a növények, szép pálmafák és virágok a szálloda teljes területén. A beltéri gyermekjátszó animátorokkal is nagyon tetszett.

A koktélokhoz palackos alkoholt (nagyon alacsony minőség) használnak, a középső gyermekmedence csak 1 napot üzemelt, utána nem tudtuk használni. A csúszdák hamar (17órakor) bezárnak. A medencék időszakosan, beosztva üzemelnek. Sok szúnyog volt (próbálnak ellene tenni szúnyogirtással). Kicsi választék tengeri ételekből (rák, kagyló stb..), A tengerpart nagyon sekély, sok szúrós kagyló és rákmaradvány a vízben - gyerekeknek vizicipő javasolt! Építkezés zajlik közvetlenül a szálloda mellett és a szállodában is többször egy liftben utaztunk a festékes,cementes talicskákkal és a munkásokkal. A szálloda stégje le van szakadva, nem lehet használni (amiről a szebb, mélyebb tengerbe lehetne menni egyből).

Love this hotel, & the staff are the friendliest ever, it's our 2nd stay to the Bellagio hotel in less than 4 months, we stayed for 3 weeks in March, came back in June for another 9 days & have booked for xmas also as we loved it that much. Mina Attia the guest relations manager is fantastic & puts 100% into looking after the guests, i actually don't know how they manage to get it so right with the staff as they are all genuinely happy & want to make your stay the best, from the lifeguards, bar & restaurant staff, reception staff, they all work so so hard. Очень приятный персонал, вкусная еда, комната у нас была очень большая

Уборка номеров не ок, в номере было очень много комаров.Вода в море была с мусором почти всегда, чтоб немного поплавать нужно далеко идти (мелко очень)

The resort was great. Special thanks to Mr Mina Attia. He upgraded our room to a sea view with a Jacuzzi. The food was tasty and good. The animation team was good as well and the hotel itself have many good facilities. We really enjoyed our stay.

Das Personal, insbesondere der Booking-Manager Herr Mina, leistet hervorragende Arbeit, ist sehr engagiert und äußerst hilfsbereit.

Essen: Schlechte Qualität und chaotische Präsentation (große Lebensmittelverschwendung). Service: Extremer Personalmangel im Restaurant führt zu sehr langen Wartezeiten und überlasteten Mitarbeitern. Mückenplage: Stehendes Wasser am Holzsteg stinkt und verursacht eine massive Mückenplage, sodass wir abends nur im Zimmer bleiben konnten.

C’est un excellent établissement avec un personnel très agréable et serviable ! Nous avons été accueilli comme des rois !

استقبال رائع من الاستاذ ميناء المسؤول عن الاقامه والاستاذ علاء والاستاذ محمد عملو لينا ترقيه للغرف زي ما طلبنا واحسن كمان والمتابعه اليوميه والاكل كان ممتاز وكان في مطاعم بالحجز طول مده الاقامه 3 مطاعم ممتازين ايضا والاستاف كله كان متعاون وديما بيسأل لو محتاج اي حاجه والبسين والاكوا والبحر كله ممتاز اقامه ممتعه جدا شكرا للاهتمام

لا شئ سوى الناموس هما كانو بيرشو ومعلقين صواعق وبيلفو بصواعق بس الناموس سببلي حساسيه بصراحه شئ مؤذي

What I liked most about the property was the beautiful view, excellent service, and delicious food. Mina, the Guest Relations Manager, was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to any issues or requests. Overall, it is a very nice place and offers great value for the price.

طاقم العمل بشوش جدا خاصة مستر مينا مسؤول بوكينج.بوفيه الإفطار جميل جدا نظافة الغرف ممتازة حفلات يومية رائعة أكوا بارك جميلة جدا حمامات السباحة متنوعة و نظيفة و كل العاملين بالفندق يحاولون إسعادك قدر الامكان.كمان عجبني جدا مكان اسمه sweet moments بيقدم حلويات شرقية و غربية و فواكه و ايس كريم خلال ٢٤ ساعة.

كان عيد ميلاد ابنتي تصادف اثناء مدة الإقامة أخبرتهم بذلك بحيث تكون لافتة جميلة منهم لكن فوجئت انهم طالبين مني مبلغ ١٥٠٠ جنيه لزوم ديكور عيد ميلاد و ٥٠٠ جنيه قيمة تورتة عيد ميلاد بالرغم اني دافع مبلغ كبير لاني كنت حاجز غرفتين .الحقيقة تم ارسال تورتة صغيرة جدا في الغرفة لكن كنت اتمني عمل احتفال لها و لو لدقيقتين في الفندق او مع الانيميشن تيم زي ما كنت بشوف في اماكن اخرى. فيه حاجة سلبية اخري ان بوفيه الغذاء و العشاء ممل جدا جدا و متكرر ماعدا يوم الجمعة يوم السي فود حسينا باختلاف انما باقي الايام نسخة طبق الاصل.

There is a worker in this hotel named Mina Attia. This worker is very professional, he knows his job very well. Overall, this hotel is one of the best hotels in Egypt. All the workers here are professional, they all know their job very well! I want to thank them all again!

First off,the service is beyond incredible..from the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and to my surprise also upgraded to a sea view room with a fruit platter and flowers 1-The staff was extremely accomodating and friendly ,yet very professional and customer oriented. 2-The room was clean and spacious with all required amenities. 3-The beach bar had wonderful staff..specially Mohammed. 4-Our waiter who served us in both italian and asian restaurent Mohammed Fouad deserves a raise for his manners and professionalism. 5-A million Thanks to Mina and Massimo for their great guest relation skills and for taking good care of their guests..always at your beck and call. 6-Upon check out we were gifted some magnets..which is a thoughtful gesture to make things more memorable.

Breakfast was acceptable but can be much better,it was varied but the quality of food has room for improvement(for example the processed cheese and Egyptian falafel) Dinner and lunch were fine and caters to both vegetarians an non vegetarians.

Everything in the property was clean and the service was excellent, Mr Mina was delightful and very helpful throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Bellagio. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, and the location made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. What really stood out, though, was the service. A special thank you to Mr. Mina, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was warm, attentive, and quick to help with every request — the kind of staff member who turns a good hotel into a great one. The breakfast had plenty of options, check-in was smooth, and the whole team was friendly and professional. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip. Gostamos bastante da experiência no hotel. Várias atividades e funcionários sempre prontos para nos animar o dia. A comida é razoável e todos os dias, ao jantar, havia um tema diferente. O que menos gostamos foram os restaurantes que tínhamos que fazer reserva. Não apreciamos a comida e consideramos que o buffet era melhor. Os quartos eram limpos e tinham uma vista magnífica. A praia não é a melhor face à beleza das praias do Egito mas a envolvente da piscina compensa. Ótima relação qualidade-preço.

Os restaurantes com marcação podiam oferecer comida melhor e a praia também podia melhorar para equivaler à oferta que existe dos restantes resorts e fazer jus à beleza das praias do Egito.

The animation team lacked activity. Also, for a family in 3 rooms, we found the food variety to be quite limited.

Jacuzzi in the room was nice. Fitness room was well equipped and Trainer Mustafa was very friendly and competent. Cleaning staff was friendly and asked every day if they can clean my room. My female massage therapist was very friendly and competent. Security guard was also very friendly. All of them earn a well deserved pay raise.

Some of the reception staff were not really helpful. Four people were standing there, and there were only two guests including myself, yet no one asked if they could assist me. In addition, at a hotel of this category you would expect that they can call a taxi for you, which was not the case — and the prices offered were extremely inflated (ten times the local rate). The food is focused more on quantity than quality and not particularly tasty. The serving containers were difficult to open, didn’t look very hygienic, and in the end I even developed stomach issues from the food. Overall, it does not meet the 5‑star hotel standard you would expect in Germany, even though they charge the price for it.

So, I would like to break things down so that you have a more clear understanding about this hotel. Staff The staff were outstanding. Mina and Rami at the front desk accommodated all our needs, including upgrading our room for our elderly relative with mobility needs. Mohammed our bellman, Saleh in housekeeping, and Saif and Wahba at the Rose Restaurant were all exceptional. Bemen and Kerolos at the sea bar were friendly and creative with cocktails. Everyone here is genuinely here to help, no tips expected, no judgment, just great service. Location and Grounds Compact resort, which works perfectly for families with kids or elderly relatives. Everything is within easy reach. Sandy beach, warm water, and a relaxed atmosphere. Don't expect snorkeling, but overall the location is spot on. Beach Fantastic sandy beach with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Water is refreshing in the morning and warms up by afternoon. No corals or fish for snorkeling, but for swimming and sunbathing it's excellent. Activities The animation team is energetic and engaging. Daily activities on the central stage, dancing, darts, pool games, evening shows and parties. You'll never be bored outside your room. Room Highly recommend the swim-up room. Spacious, modern appliances, king bed, great view, and direct pool access. Perfect when the main pool gets busy. Food Great variety at the buffet covering all preferences. The Lebanese à la carte restaurant is a must. The Egyptian oriental sweets are outstanding. Food is available 24 hours, which is a great bonus. Pool and Aqua Park Multiple water slides feeding into shared pools, Jacuzzi jets and perfect water temperature. Clean and well maintained throughout. Excellent for both families and adults.

One heads up: mosquitoes can be an issue here, especially outside at night. They're not in the rooms or indoors, just in the outdoor areas.I think that this is actually pretty common among resorts in the area based on my travel experience. Definitely bring an off spray or insect repellent with you, it really helps when you're out by the beach or pool. When we mentioned it to the staff, they jumped on it immediately and started spraying pesticides throughout the resort the next day. So it's totally manageable if you come prepared, and the team takes great care of you when you need them.
