The room's clean and alright, classic indo vibe, but its location is strategic, just behind Bandung Indah Plaza. The breakfast menu options is good, and the staff is kind & lovely, we had a nice chat with teh Nesya who kindly asks us for feedback, patiently answered our questions & gives us reccomendations. Overall, it's an enjoyable stay at Santika Bandung.

The service from Raka is good, very informative and fast. The room is clean and comfy, the food also nice, the pool is clean and doesn't smell like chemicals

Had my pleasant stay in Hotel Santika Bandung. We’ve been coming here since few years ago wven before covid hits. Although the hotel still maintain its core design and atmosphere of the building, the detail of the room needs to be evaluated. I stayed in a room that had water leaking above the ceiling in front of the bathroom door, and the quality of the detail interior such as the doors and the wall would have been better if it can be repainted. Overall the hospitality and services given by the staff of the hotel was still excellent. Their friendliness and warm gesture given back the old memories we had few years back. The breakfast included was also provided with lots of options from appetizers, main course, to the dessert. Nesya the staff in the restaurant did help checked on me how my experience was, which a great gesture.

everything is ok

Very nice hotel, location is perfect in the middle of tourist spots of the city, walking distance to many tourist shopping area and cafes such as jalan Riau, jalan sumatra, etc. Family friendly hotel. room is very spacious and clean, breakfast is vary and delicious, kudos to Mr. Raka - one of the staff we met during breakfast, he is very helpfull and friendly.

Good location - near to a lot of landmarks and shopping places. The people and staffs were great - Raka was attentive and helpful. The hotel reception staffs are helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Son emplacement. Le personnel est accuillant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est bon avec des plats traditionnels.

L'hotel est vieux il faudrait repenser à rénover les chambres. Eclairage dans la chambre assez sombre. La machine à café est simple et ne propose pas d'autres types.

Atmosphere is good, the hotel location is strategic near the downtown of Bandung.. Room is clean and swimming pool also the same.. All of the staffs are very very friendly.. Actually we stay here a few times and it is very recommended..

I stayed here for my business trip. The hotel quite old but still has good ambiance. I have nice breakfast, the food and beverage are quite complete and varied. The room conditions are clean, neat, and spacious.

Old hotel but well mantained. Hospitality ia great, location is good. Breakfast is really too average, should give more varieties. The only problem I encounter was my room is not cold enough. The ac is too small for the room. Should place a bigger or newer AC.

It's been a wonderful experience staying at Santika Bandung. The food are marvelous, the location is very strategic and near mal.

Very endearing. I have long history with it, since the day they opened in 1989. The facilities have aged with time, and their positioning in the market is middle class, so not the ‘shiny’ type. Including the variety and quality of the fnb. But the whole atmosphere is very warm n welcoming. And the care and service to me was exceptional as they took the EXTRA miles to help me get my left behind valuables back in the shortest time imaginable when I am already out of Bandung. Even better than the benchmark Singapore Airlines.

Saya masuk Hotel sekitar pukul 19.00 WIB, dan checked-out te next day di pagi hari pkl 08.15 WIB. Tidak banyak yang saya alami dalam waktu singkat tersebut.

Buffet makan malamnya kemahalan dgn variasi makanan yg sangat minimalis.

Locatie was goed. Vlakbij een mall, restaurant, enz. Vriendelijke personeel. Ontbijtbuffet had een ruime keuze.

Naast het hotel was een helipad. Als je nog sliep leek het net alsof je onder een vliegtuig lag.

Excellent service within our stay here! The staff is friendly,helpful, sincere. We love the Pizza! Rich topping and tasty. Room is spacious and clean. Thank you for all the staff of Pandan Wangi Restaurant especially teh Azizah, Pak Sukanda, Chef Oza, Kang Dimas, Teh Chelsea and room service staff too. We love to staying here, hope be back soon.

I have stay in other santika hotel, this one have the nicest location . located at city center you can find many shop, restaurant, business center and park .the hotel is nice, service is good and breakfast is fair with plenty of food.

The open plan design is very attractive giving it a spacious airy feel. Well located opposite an excellent supermarket, easy transport options, good breakfast and very friendly helpful staff.

While breakfast offered good choices the coffee was a disappointment.

I go to the restaurant around 8.30, some foods are empty.

I love the location and the staff. The location is very good that restaurants were only few steps away. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room service came only 2 minutes after the call. I like the tile floor for the hygienic reason. The breakfast was not splendid but okay. The dining room was convenient that my family and I can have chat after breakfast.

It is an old building. I can tell from the bathroom, but it is clean so it is alright. Nothing serious to complain. Love it!
