The staff in the restro were amazing and friendly. His name is Bikash.
Loved the view, very kind and friendly staff
We booked for 4 days and 3 nights, but had to change hotels after the first night due to a power outage and an uncomfortable stay. I requested a floodlight, but it was not delivered, which interrupted our sleep. I also had to change rooms because water was leaking from the bathroom light, and after tea, the bathroom was flooded.
food was mediocre, and the breakfast spread was paasable.
there were multiple power cuts which is apparently normal when its the rainy season, however there were no emergency loights in the room, or even a torch, and when we asked numerous times for a candle or torch we got very non committal response from the reception, and we never did get either sent to the room. there should also be an accessibility call out for this hotel, as there alot of climbing to do from the reception to the rooms. also the closed and terribly rundown buildings in front the reception is a real mood killer and makes a terrible impression when u first arrive at the property, we booked for 3 nights and only stayed one night.
Habitaciones cómodas y buenas instalaciones con un restaurante muy agradable y sabroso
La piscina no estaba funcionando y tenían ciertas partes en construcción
The view is stunning. We loved the professionalism of Bikash khatri at the restaurant. He is a real gem with his attention to details and warm welcome every single time. So young and still stands out of all the rest. We loved the masala tea Binita did for us everyday with her smile that enlightened our mornings at the restaurant.
The resort is very far from all the facilities, we have only two shuttles only in the morning from the hotel. We requested for Mosquito repellents coils from the reception, after several calls no one brought it. Reception services are inadequate and unresponsive. Really need to work on that part. Wish the hotel had more persons like Bikash from the restaurant. Bikash would have been an excellent Reception Manager with his attention to details and excellent communication skills.
Good room and service best part is tge play area for kids and swimming.
It was all good
Service was excellent, resort itself was great but weather was not in our favour so we are not able to enjoy the view as we expected due to foggy weather. Can’t blame them, we just got unlucky! But we enjoyed our stay specially sauna.
Good location
Very poor maintenance During my stay Slippers broke, door knob broke, anti skid mat was the reason I slipped, my room had continuous power cuts and staff just kept resetting the mcb for 5-6 time at 11 in the night
Great location and view with friendly staff.
Resturant was bit small and the breakfast was not that great.
Beautiful View but a Few Letdowns I recently stayed at Rupakot Resort, Pokhara, and I must say the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning — one of the best you’ll find in Pokhara. The peaceful surroundings and natural beauty make it a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
However, I was a bit disappointed that the free airport transfer mentioned in the advertisement was not provided, which was inconvenient, especially for a resort of this level. Also, the food was quite expensive, considering the portion size and options available.
Loved the location.. one of the best places I visited.
Food was not good at all.
Second time..the best!
The pool opens late and closes early (compared to many others)
We had the MOST amazing and wonderful time at the Rupakot Resort!! The resort is tranquil and stunningly beautiful, with unrivalled views of the Annapurna Mountain range. You can easily walk to a few lovely lookout spots for the sunrise and sunset. The restaurant is top notch, with food and curd made from the organic farm at the resort itself. The sauna, steam room and spa facilities are absolutely delightful, though the pool is a little cold during the 'winter' time in Nepal. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and we will certainly be back to this magical place
The views are totally amazing , waking up every morning with the Himalayas in front of your eyes is amazing. The staff is supper attentive, they really take care of you . The location is a bit far but they have shuttle bus to take you to Pokhara city , but I don’t think you need to get out of the resort you have everything there. Totally recommend if you are traveling to Pokhara
The only thing is that the buffet offer doesn’t have to much variety for breakfast but I don’t think is a big issue
Beautiful
Excellent staff exuding Nepalese warmth and hospitality. Spectacular panoramic views of the Annapurna mountain range. Clean and spacious rooms. Pleasant resort environment.
Not much to not like here. Some possible points for consideration. Good to have standing shower if possible. Later timing for last return shuttle from Pokhara. Widen breakfast offering a little.
Amazing resort. The views of the Annapurna range could not be better. The staff is very friendly and professional. Beautiful resort and beautiful people.
The view of our room was excellent, and also the food. All staff are so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Chef Anis prepared best food, and all restaurant staffs delivered outstanding services.
Out side the room Insect control should be in consideration. Bathroom towels, bathrobes are old enough, should be changed. And off course room rent was a little bit costly
The views here were phenomenal and the main highlight for the stay. The location is remote and up a hill, so the point is to really stay in and enjoy the views from the resort. The room was clean and comfortable with a great balcony that faced the mountain range. The food came in large portions, and we had a pleasant stay. We didn't get to try the spa or pool as we were just there for one night, but am sure it would have been great. We appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport and Lakeside.
There appears to be some expansion going on, so the resort has a lot of unfinished blocks still - BUT there was no issue with noise or reno work, and there wasn't any inconvenience caused, just an observation. We also saw that they had yoga and meditation offerings, but weren't quite briefed about how to arrange this. Since we were there for just one night we didn't enquire further, but might be good for the front reception staff to expand upon this to guests when we check in :)
location staff
Location is amazing with beautiful views. Breakfast had a wide variety
Location
Food especially pastries. Need to improve the texture of bread and croissants served at breakfast.
amazing resort build is to a very high spec staff amazingly welcome massage spa so professional views incredible a brilliant week or relaxing by the pool and looking at the view 5 star service at a four star price.
Everything
superior resort outlooking the Annapurna mountains swimming pool great restaurant and local team very supportive to every request
we made a reservation for 3-beds room but found only 2 beds plus folding one, which we rejected, and only after an argue with the reception they provided us with a real bed we were surprise dto find out that we are not allowed to bring any food/drinks with us to the hotel and can only purchase on-site, which is quite outrageous
Everything! The staff's hospitality was exceptional. The view is amazing, if you are lucky with the weather.
There are no activities if it rains. The staff will do everything to make you still pleased, but an indoor pool would make the difference.
Exceptional staff and a quiet place to relax. The owner paid attention to detail when they develop this resort - an outstanding job. I'd not hesitate to return or recommend it.
An excellent location to de stress
1. Absence of Fitness Centre 2. More choices of dishes could be there in the menu, breakfast was relatively simple
Location was top notch. The view was mesmerising. The breakfast was one of the best I had in Nepal and the staff were attentive.
I walked in the bathroom with hair on the tile. Did mention this while check out on reception but didn’t get any proper response that put me off a bit. But overall was a good experience
everything F&B staff were very attentive. they are the gem of this property .
pool time as it’s hot in the daytime people would like to go to the pool little bit late as we were couple and wanted to go after sun dawn but the pool timings were not very favourable to our timing so we opt out enjoying . it would be great if you can open the pool until 9ish. other than that the property is very accommodating
I booked this place for my sister and brother in law for their honeymoon gateway. They really enjoyed their stay. The staff were friendly and efficient.
Wonderful place to relax while enjoying a wonderful view of the Himalayas! Although expensive, the view and facilities made it totally worth it!
Wonderful resort!! Friendly staff!! It has clear view of Annupurna range if there is no cloud from room balcony.
Had a bad experience from point of arrival where hotel's office somehow did not update the hotel of my prior booking (despite earlier receiving an email confirmation)...it was frustrating as it already took us 1plus hours from Pokhara and very very bad and dangerous road conditions...and then told to wait since no booking was known. After the wait, was given probably the worse room with zero view...it was supposed to be our highlight of the trip to see the view from the hill top. imagine the frustration...after our persistence, we changed rooms (which we were earlier told as not available). One needs to also be very patient with the restaurant as it took us another 1hr (approximate) to get our dinner served. All in...it was frustrating...luckily, we did get to see the beautiful sunrise view amidst the mountain which softened the frustration...but the level of customer service needs to be seriously improved for the price paid...
