Reviewed May 4, 2020这应该是第一次給万豪国际集团旗下的酒店这么低的评价。因为几个原因： 1. 一进房间就闻到非常重的霉味，空调开了一阵子后才改善，但是关掉空调没多久，霉味又出现了。 2. 自助早餐的水果沙拉吧可以看到小飞虫在食物上爬来爬去。 3. 最后，退房后发现押金扣款有问题，打了酒店客服电话，服务人员不断以前台太忙没时间帮我查询为理由让我等，感觉非常不受重视。后来证实是重复扣款，更让我觉得饭店服务人员的训练不到位。 原本要打最差评的，帮我安排在海景房，干净美丽的沙滩和照顾良好的草坪挽回了一些印象。

Reviewed Jan 3, 2016While the location and landscape were breathtaking, and the hotel facilities were beautiful, it fell short of what one would expect from what one would expect of an international 4.5* hotel. After checking in, we had to change rooms as there was mold in the bathroom, a large rotting patch of wood flooring and a multitude of stains on the carpet and furniture. The staff truly tried their best, upgrading us to a larger room, but often the service fell short in delivery (dining, customer service, management...). Hotel is in a remote part of Hinan with very few western visitors. I'm sure as tourism grows, so will the hotels ability to meet international standards/
